The place was very clean and neat. Views were stunning. We reached very late but staff was available to help us find our cabin. Its away from city and remote area. If someone wants to have relaxing holiday this place is best.
Nothing I can specify..
4.2
The location and size of the property.
There was no freezer or basic kitchen supplies like chopping boards, etc. There was no freezer. The Showers were blocked and filled up immediately resulting in a pretty disappointing shower. The radiator upstairs in the 4 person single bedroom did not work and was not a great nights sleep. The heating wasn't able to be controlled. The chimney of the log burner was blocked and caused smoke to set off fire alarms and couldn't be fixed or used.
4.2
Plenty of room excellent value for money so much to do, fire pit, BBQ or cook a nice meal inside.

Great location with amazing views
It was incredibly expensive for the standard of accommodation. Two dishwashers broke, the house was unclean, many rooms had holes in walls and no mirrors above sinks. We also got in late due to cleaners not being finished.

The cabin was much more spacious than what I expected! It's probably much bigger than some people's homes/flats. It was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and very clean too. The place itself is absolutely stunning. We had a lake view from our cabin, there were also fields filled with sheep all around the resort. We only stayed there for one night so we didn't get to explore much but it looked like there was a lot to do. Self check in was extremely handy too!
The charge for the jacuzzi seemed a bit high so we decided not to use it.

Breakfast not applicable. The location is fabulous the lodges are spacious very clean. Well stocked in terms of crockery ect. Easy parking. Gloriously peaceful and set far enough apart from other lodges.
I stayed two nights in two different lodges. Both had uncomfortable beds . The double beds are two single mattresses and they are rolling into the middle. Schiehallion had a very noisy bathroom fan which was on all night. Be good to have fly screens on the windows so you can open the window and not be eaten by midges!

it’s was plenty space for our group of 14 hens.
great cottage and beautiful surrounding s
bunk beds are okay but it was perfect for one night

brilliant location, comfy bed, lots of space, clean and good sized toilets and showers. brilliant staff, especially Hristo who despite a few hiccups was a delight and went out of his way to rectify things
kitchen could've done with a few more cooking utensils (spatulas, whisk, lids for pans, big serving bowls)

The cabins are really nice with ample space and great for a large family. They have amazing views of Loch Tay and very scenic overall.
The wifi and the tv did not work at all and when we requested the staff on duty for support, there was not much offered with the staff informing that this was an external issue with the service provider and nothing could be done and the only thing they could offer was some extra free wood for bbq/camp fire

Beautiful relaxing location with great scenery. It was very clean and nice decor. Our kids absolutely loved it. They really want to go back. The staff were also very helpful.

View from the Cabin amazing, loads of room for everyone and clean throughout
No email with code for entry, phones the number on the door no reply, as it stated I WhatsApp but even now I’m back none they have not looked at it. luckily there was someone working on a car that could other wise we would of been sleeping in the car! Path very muddy and no canopy outside so as it was raining we couldn’t sit out at the fire all the furniture was soaking wet.

Amazing scenery, staff were excellent.
Clean tidy and professional set up.
Not all rooms had views of the loch.

The views are stunning, we had the farmhouse for 2 nights…. Incredible. Also very helpful staff.
The fact that anyone could walk in front of the farmhouse, it should only be allowed for these who booked it as there wasn’t much privacy there
4.2
The location of this place is exceptional… beautiful views. The lounge area and the outside area is a great size and a nice space
The bedrooms were a bit basic and could do with updating.
The floors are very creaky.
You have to pay £100 for a blow up hot tub for 1 night.

This lodge was great!!! I highly recommend

Location was excellent and accommodation very spacious loved the Bbq and fire pit
Reception staff directed us to the wrong property on arrival and as we had entered couldn’t change to correct property, also no privacy in the living area to enjoy my boyfriend 😂
