Loved the location. Close to golf courses, grocery store, golf store, and plenty of food options.

Everything I needed to know about the property was included in a welcome email. I loved the idea of door codes on all the entrance points. Was much nicer than having to dig through a bag to find the keys.

New Apartment in Perfect Location

Visited St. Andrew’s for a getaway with friends. Perfect location. New property/recently renovated. Lovely decor, very clean, comfortable beds and linens. It was easy to communicate and get access to property. Loved everything about it. It’s pricey but worth it.

Fantastic central modern clean accommodation. Highly recommended

Literally faultless. Extremely clean, great condition, stylish, sitting room as well as bedroom which made cost amazingly reasonable. Fantastic information as to local parking, directions to accommodation, discount voucher to fantastic local restaurants. 10/10

great choice for a center located family apartment. very professional hosts

location was pretty good. We were happy the place had a Nespresso machine! Bathroom were quite new although only one fitted with shower (not ideal when traveling two adult couples...).

rooms were too small. No door stoppers so we have to be blocking all the space with bags to prevent doors from closing

Excellent apartment in the heart of St Andrews

Excellent location and facilities, could have done with more information re facilities on the booking site eg that there was a washer dryer, could also do with a few more coat hooks in the hall. Overall a great apartmet with modern facilities in the centre of St Andrews

Change one of the kitchen cupboard doors so that it opens differently to allow easier access to the cupboard, few more coat hooks in the hall would be a plus.

Excellent apart from the one small issue

Location was great, property really hi end and very comfortable.

Only one minor issue was the close proximity of a local bar open until 2am which was really noisy, this is perhaps more relevant to our location in the property

Great location, comfortable bed, kitchen and access to outside

Throw pillows on bed, room too small for that. Carpet under bed unnecessary. No instructions to make heated towel rack work

Great Location, Nice Place, but a bit lacking.

The location was terrific! We also enjoyed the grounds and access to the outside. The furniture selection was nice. Overall this is a nice place to stay, but we did unfortunately have a few bumps in the process.

Our bed sheets were dirty and there was a variety of hair in the sheets. Unfortunately due to the hour (this was on us) there wasn't a fix until the next day, We wound up sleeping on top of the bed as that seemed to be cleaner. Also we ran out of toilet paper, asked for it to be replace and it was not. We were only provided with one partially used roll. We had to purchase additional. Finally while the kitchen had plates, glasses and cooking utensils, there was not any silverware...no forks, knives or spoons. We also asked for this to be brought to the room (as it was forgotten), but that unfortunately did not happen either. Given the cost, I would have expected better follow through, especially since we effectively weren't able to sleep comfortably for one of our three night. While very apologetic, it was a bit disappointing.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay despite the few observations that have been mentioned.

They kitchen was excellently equipped. The provision of all the essential beverages were a real surprise.

The shower tray doesn’t drain the water fast enough & water was spilling onto the mat outside the shower room and as a result, it was soaking wet every time we took a shower. Lastly all face towels, bath towels & floor mat outside the shower were not replaced daily until requested by phone to the reception.

Serviced apartments in the heart of St Andrews

No. 1 Apartments in Mary’s Place are in the heart of St. Andrews, everything can easily be reached on foot. We were advised to park in a nearby parking lot, which is free of charge, it is just a five-minute walk away. Street parking is available, too, at 1,10 GBP per hour. There are two buildings with apartments all rented by the same owner, one facing the street while the one we stayed in (no. 9) was in the second row behind a small courtyard with chairs and tables. Our apartment came with two bedrooms with each a large double bed, two bathrooms (one of which had a shower) and a sitting room with a small kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso coffeemaker and tea kettle. The bathrooms all contained high quality toiletries (refillable). Everything looked new and well-kept, the only issue we faced was closing the door to the courtyard which was so distorted that it was almost impossible to get it shut. There is no reception on site, all doors are opened with a 4-digit code provided before arrival (it’s the same code for all doors, including the one to the apartment itself). We found the concept of a serviced apartment in the middle of St. Andrews very comfortable.

Appalling communication. We Received zero information as to our apartment number and how to obtain our key.4 phone calls and an hour and a half later someone finally called us back. Extremely disappointing . To add insult to injury the dudes who finally called kept insisting the email with our apartment information must have gone to my junk mail. This is as insulting as asking ' is it plugged in' when an appliance isn't working. NO IT DIDNT GO TO MY JUNK MAIL. IT COULDNT HAVE BECAUSE YOU NEVER SENT IT! If you chose to make the guest do everything themselves, then you need to inform them of this and give them the appropriate information.

I had no preconceptions about staying in an apartment hotel. I didn’t know what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised by the property. large, spacious and very well equipped. I would absolutely return to this property next trip to the area, if travelling for Liesure I’d use it as a base to explore further afield.

The entrance was hard to find.

The location was perfect. The room was super clean and very comfortable. We had no trouble getting in. When we had a question about where to leave our keys it was quickly answered.

The only thing we wished was different was we wished we had a mini-fridge. But other than that, everything was PERFECT.
