The second-floor entrance to the living level opens up to a wide-open floor plan. The living area features casual yet upscale coastal decor, with whimsical touches throughout. The living room has ample seating, with a sleeper sofa and a large 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV mounted for viewing. The open floor plan includes a large dining table that seats up to 10. The beautifully appointed and fully equipped kitchen features Quartz countertops and is ready to take on any meal, from continental breakfast to a large family meal. There is a breakfast bar, perfect for meal prep or entertaining, with seating for three and a coffee bar with a mounted TV next to the kitchen. Step onto the spacious screened balcony to take in the Tybee breeze and fresh air. Be seated at the table for alfresco dining on the porch. The large round dining table has seating for 6.
The Primary suite, located on the main floor of the home, features a King-sized memory foam bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The attached primary bathroom boasts dual vanity sinks with Quartz countertops, a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, three guest bedrooms await. The first guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a twin sleeper chair. The bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom mimics the first one, with a Queen size bed, twin sleeper chair, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom opens to the hallway and has a tub and shower combination. The third guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The ground level of the home is where all the fun begins! Guests will be wowed by the stunning 12ft X 20ft (3’ 6” – 5'deep) in-ground pool, which is fully fenced with a privacy fence. The converted garage area is perfect for cook-outs with the gas grill, and an extra fridge and a large dining table that seats 8. Don't worry about missing a big game, there is also a 40-inch wall-mounted TV. Challenge your friends to hours of fun with a foosball table, ping pong table, darts, corn hole, and giant Jenga! Something to entertain everyone!
This home is located on a quiet street with minimal traffic. Bring your bicycles, or rent them while you visit. The main beach is about 3 blocks away, and you will be about 4 blocks from the Back River beach, for amazing sunsets and quiet strolls along the shoreline. The property is furnished with a washer and dryer and includes Wifi. Off-street parking is available for 4 vehicles. This property is not pet-friendly.
