Lugar muy recomendable al lado de la estación

Lo que más me gusto de este apartamento fue que el personal atendia a cualquier duda o problema que tuvieras de manera muy rápida, són flexibles si tienes algún problema y siempre muy agradables y con la intención de facilitarte todos los procesos de la mejor manera.

Por ponerle alguna pega, podria comentar que nosotras encontramos algo de polvo en la habitación y que actualmente toda la estructura esta en obras, por todo lo demás no encontramos nada que no nos gustara.

Buon prezzo, buona sistemazione

Posizione ottima per vicinanza alla stazione, il centro di Pistoia è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di passeggiata. Il grande vantaggio di questa struttura è sicuramente il prezzo, il più basso in tutta Pistoia al netto di una stanza pulita, dei proprietari disponibili, una camera tutto sommato confortevole.

Le dimensioni della stanza sono proprio minime, ma comunque comunicate bene: non ho avuto sorprese. Potersi interfacciare con i proprietari solamente tramite app o messaggistica, le automatizzazioni di serrature e luci, l'estetica fredda e poco accogliente della stanza rendono la permanenza nella struttura poco invitante. La struttura smart della stanza è comoda ma asettica ed estremamente vincolata al proprio smartphone: se si scarica lo smartphone fuori casa, rischi di rimanere chiuso fuori.

At the beginning we've got a little confused about digital keys but the host was easy to reach with and helped us with information and explained everything. Clean,new room.

It was quite difficult to find a place for parking.

Great location, only a 2 minute walk from the train station. Only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Pistoia. Easy check-in/check-out.

Quite small and lacking some amenities like a coffee machine and kettle. It was a bit too clean and smelled strongly of bleach. The view outside is average and the window is small.

Good location, just a minute away from the train station. Comfortable bed, aircon, reliable wifi and a reasonable price.

The access system entailing an app with bluetooth enabled and not being able to get in a minute early when it was 38 degrees outside. Having to rely on my phone to get in and out of the place. I don't recall seeing that a smartphone was essential. A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would have been appreciated. Minimal but also a bit soulless.

i dont like keesy application..stressful took hours to fill up bec customer service cant explain what is tax code. i cant encode. it seems codice fiscale in italy, not friendly application specially for persons not well in digital world and oher non english countries . started the problem in application when i used my carta di soggiorno. the system accepted it but when the app asking the exp date of soggiorno, cant proceed bec its unlimited..i tried to edit to replace other doc but i cant proceed in app. its not permitted in the system.customer service told me to delete the app and install again.. i did it and the same, i cant edit, i cant replace with my other doc id. Then, customer service instructed me to send my carta identita thru email to keesy.com.help..Here again. customer service is wrong..the right email is help.keesy.com...Very tedious and yet customer services are not confident what they're doing to customers...although they're polite and helpful. if i were the owner of the hotel , i think need to have alternative solution for this. or might be even the owner are relying in the system.. were just lucky that my wife brought her codice fiscale..The customer service did all the inputs of our codice fiscsle and thanks for that after 2 hours processing the keyless app..Enjoy reading and have a nice day..
