Lovely apartment. Very spacious.
Lack of kitchen utensils.
Only 3 pint glasses. No wine glasses.
No salt and pepper.

Really really poor service here. I sent 3 of my staff down to stay for the weekend for some work we had in Bristol... The room wasn't ready and no keys available to collect for the first hour (bearing in mind they got there 7pm so wasn't remotely early)... The worst part by far is that after the hour, when the staff returned to get sorted into the room, they were taken round the back of the property to a cleaning cupboard to collect a master key.... where ALL KEYS to ALL ROOMS were just available and on show, in an unlocked and OPEN cupboard.
Major security risk for anyone staying here.
I've complained and all they said was that "that normally doesn't happen".
I wouldn't trust staying here.

The property was perfect. We chose this due to its location and price. Only a short walk to all major bus links and Abbey Wood train station is really close. From there and within a few minutes you’re in the centre of Bristol. The added bonus of two supermarkets right on the door step.
Nothing to dislike

the property advertise with 2 bathrooms but hours before was told that only one is available, the other was closed. Not happy

The location and parking was about the best this place had to offer. The living space and kitchen also offered a better alternative to premier inn living.
The door access was useless. We got up at 6.30 to find a lady had been locked out since 2am from her flat. We rang the property management (Hopewell) the day before to tell them it wasn't working. Nothing was done. The bedroom window was smashed on arrival. The bathroom door was locked because the floor was up from what looked like a leak. Your typical unmanaged property where they're happy to take the money and let the property work its way towards dilapidation. Shame, because it could be a lovely place to stay.
