Superb location, right in the heart of the Barbican area of Plymouth, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Having a parking space is a bonus! The cottage is small, (especially the bathroom) but has everything you would need for a short stay (except spare toilet roll!)
The directions to get to the property are incorrect - you cannot access it via Pin Lane & the letting agent was not contactable to get better information - we ended up walking round the area & asking residents for help! Correct directions: the access road is on the R, just past the end of the Harbour seafood restaurant - turn R immediately after the (now closed) ice cream parlour & go through the arch towards the New Street antiques centre - the cottage is tucked away to the R. (If you reach the Tourist Office & Mayflower Museum, you've gone too far!)

Excellent location for the Barbican and the marina area, it's a really nice apartment conversion over three floors and ideal for a couple or single person staying to explore Plymouth. Furnished in a lovely style and very comfortable.
On-site parking is a bonus.
There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment

Location was fantastic, we had parking which is brilliant there. Accommodation had everything we needed
Shower room a little small but considering the property can’t see how it could be any bigger

Loved the location and the court yard garden
Bathroom was a little snug but functional.

Location was brilliant, just less than a minute to the nearest pub, lots to do and see, free car park is always a bonus, nice place to relax and chill.
OK maybe the shower was a little small, and the place could be cleaned a little better, also we washed dishes and plates before we used them, maybe I am too fussy, would I stay again ??
Most definitely, look forward to returning

The cottage is in a fantastic location in The Barbican. It’s set back through an archway with its own parking away from the hustle and bustle. It has a very good kitchen, living room and bedroom and a garden to the front. It’s a minute or two walk to the shops, bars and restaurants.
The bathroom is very small. If you are of a larger proportion or have a disability, this may be an issue. The house is has 3 floors and the stairs are quite difficult towards the bottom. There are steps as you enter the garden too so not wheelchair accessible.

location is absolutely perfect, couldn’t be better.
nothing, some people may find the shower room is small and stair case steep but I think they are the character of the cottage and location and value for money overrules that

Would have been an "excellent" except for cramped shower toilet which is in need of a bit of an overhaul. Cottage is well equiped and tastefully appointed and is very close to extremely busy (at weekends) Barbican promenade, but is tucked away behind, and is quiet and secure. Numerous places to eat and drink within half a mile. The property doesn't see any sun In March when we visited but is amply warm enough inside.
Routing instructions from agency are incorrect in that arriving via Pin Lane is not possible. A bit of guidance re appliances , rubbish disposal etc and possibly some local recommendations would be useful.

Great location, parking included, very comfortable bed, snug and warm
bathroom is tiny, kitchen wasn’t very clean, no cupboard storage for guests groceries

The location was excellent, very, very clean. Parking was perfect. It was one of the best accommodations we have stayed in.
Standard inside was top class. Would stay here again.
All was top class, nothing to dislike. Would recommend to all. No coplaints

Location, property has a lot of charm, decor is really nice. Very comfortable bed.
Cooker hob broken, bathroom door held together with an elastic band, lights were not working in the bedroom. Bedroom window needing to be open made it very cold. Couldn't get the TV to work. Toilet flush broken so continues to flush.
