I have stayed here before, and its location is brilliant, not too far from town and just out of the way enough that it's not too noisy either. Large clean, spacious rooms, with everything you could need for a night or 2 away.
Awesome selection of breakfast items, so you can always start the day the right way.

Minutes away from The Hoe! Couldn’t be better location! Perfect! Quiet. Great parking. Service minded staff.
No lift. We got one room on top floor and moved down to floor two. Lots of stairs. Horrendous to walk them.
Old fashioned, the breakfast room is in basement and feels so sad to go to. Plain breakfast. Nothing exciting. My parents got an old room with a tiny window high up facing a building and it felt like a prison cell.

Location was ideal the choice at breakfast was 1st class.
For a 3 star rated hotel we found the room rather small.

A beautiful traditional English building. Excellent location. Relaxing lounge to enjoy a wine after long walks around the Hoe.
The 60 stairs to my room and a very uncomfortable bed.

Hot water variable. toilet not as clean as it could be.

Convenient location for a night out Pavilions…also lovely and close to the Hoe. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.
It was a bit cold in the room due to the bed being right next to the old fashioned window, but a blanket found in the wardrobe kept me warm at night once in bed.
2.5
Proximity to Plymouth Hoe, quiet location. Looks recently decorated. The staff were pleasant and accomodating enough. Off-Street parking facility albeit limited.
Shower head didn't stay in position. Waste bin not emptied of previous occupants materials. Stained furniture in bedroom. Room carpet looked grubby. 8am start for breakfast could be too late for business travellers. Very creaky bed.

5.0
Staff were brilliant room was clean could not ask for more
