Nice staff and good location, but dark and dingy rooms

The staff were so friendly and more than willing to help. The location is great, right in the old town with shops and restaurants close by.

The room itself was very dark and dingy. There were no outdoor windows. Just a window that looked into the hallway. No natural light came into the room and made it very dark. The swimming pool and bar area is very small and the water looked murky.

Awesome

Great location, clean, well maintained facilities, free breakfast, staff were very helpful giving us information and arranging tours. Hotel is next to 24 hr laundry, and very close to 7-11. Also within walking distance to the big night markets

L'hôtel est bien placé mais vieillot.

L'hôtel est bien placé dans la vieille ville et près des marchés de nuit du samedi et dimanche, environ 1 km 500. Le personnel est gentil et serviable.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot. Le ménage et le petit déjeuner sont à améliorer. Trace de moisissures dans la douche.

Großartiger Aufenthalt!

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage perfekt um alles in der Altstadt zu Fuß anzuschauen. Der Preis super! Das Pool eine supertolle Abkühlung! Jeden Tag gab es ein kleines !kostenloses! Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Kaffee, Tee, Brot, Müsli etc. wirklich ein gelungenes Hotel mit top Personal :)

Preisgünstiges Hotel am Rande der Altstadt; große, saubere Zimmer

Verhältnismäßig großes Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten. Trotz Lage an einer Hauptstraße Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Fenster visavis zu einer nahen, hellen Hauswand, dadurch sind die Zimmer relativ dunkel, was in der 3. Etage aber okay ist. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Hatte erst ein Zimmer im EG, war dort ziemlich dunkel und unruhig, da alle zu den Etagen, zum Pool und zur Bar vorbei mussten. Auf Nachfrage konnte ich nach 2 Nächten in ein ruhigeres Zimmer in der 3. Etage wechseln, mit welchem ich bei diesem Preis äußerst zufrieden war. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt war für mich perfekt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Nette Cafes sowie Einkausmöglichkeiten, Waschsalon und was man sonst so braucht um die Ecke.

Das Wasser vom Pool sah leider nicht einladend aus.

Great location and nice staff - pool too small

The location. The speakeasy like bar next to the pool. The staff is very nice and helpful. You get discounts on activities of you book through them and they are very efficient.

The pool is small and did not look ultra clean (water was green). The hotel does not have real breakfast but they provide coffee, bananas, crackers and sliced bread. The rooms don’t have views.

CAMBIO DE HOTEL POR PROBLEMAS ELECTRICOS

La verdad que no puedo valorar este hotel ya que solo llegar el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba, vinieron a arreglarla y hubo un corto circuito con la luz, y nos quedamos sin luz en la habitación. Eso si nos dieron la opción de cambiar a otro hotel, de la misma cadena, ya que el suyo estaba lleno. El otro hotel era mas nuevo pero sin piscina.

Un hotel y personas que hizo aún mejor mi visita a Chiang Mai.

Lo primero destacar la amabilidad del personal, principalmente de Pleng. Su ayuda e información ha hecho que mi estancia en Chiang Mai haya aún mejor de lo esperado. Gracias. Gente como Pleng hace que uno se sienta mejor que en casa. La ubicación es perfecta porque está cerca de todo pero sin ruido ni turistas. Un pequeño paseo de 10 minutos como mucho te lleva a todo lo importante (templos, centro de la ciudad, mercados nocturnos, mercados de comida). Hay una lavandería al lado y un 7eleven, además de varios restaurantes. La habitación era muy grande. Tenía que trabajar todos los días y la conexión a internet ha sido perfecta, no ha fallado ni una vez (ha funcionado mejor que en mi casa). Buen aire acondicionado y bien la zona de la piscina (pequeña pero suficiente). Si algún día vuelvo a Chiang Mai, será a este hotel.

So much potential, but so much disappointment

In old town near centre

Room felt small and unclean, we were staying Friday and Saturday and the bar was shut which promised as their highlight on the website with live music. Pool was also dirty and no sunbeds. The hot water was turned off from 4pm and we were not informed. We came back from white water rafting unable to shower and when asking the hotel staff why he could not speak Amy English and said I don't know. I asked if it would come back on and he said at 8pm. I tried to shower at 830pm and it again did not work. We could not use the toilet, sink or shower from 4pm until after we left at 9am on the Sunday. Staff were very unhelpful, rude and unapologetic about this. Also, towels were dirty and room not cleaned well. I have shown photos.

excellent stay because of the high quality, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and overall service. Highly recommended

kept exceptionally clean. We did not go out side until later in the day to escape the blistering heat of late mornings into much of the afternoon. The front desk was always very accommodating to have our room cleaned whenever we left it, even if just to go to the swimming pool for an hour. The hotel also offers a light continental breakfast in the morning set up in the lobby area, and it’s included in the hotel price of the room. What could be more convenient than not having to look for an eatery when you just get up. also, if you’re willing to walk, location is perfect for city sightseeing.

Nothing to say about what we did not like. We had spent the preceding week at a more upscale hotel, located in a tony area. Although we had anticipated the possibility of disappointment at this second hotel because of its low prices, we were highly surprised by the quality of service. The hotel room was much smaller than the first hotel, but very adequate for our needs.

The room is nice and comfortable, and the facilities like the swimming pool and bar are superb.

The air-conditioning was not cool at first, after we asked the staff, he helped to clean the filter and it turns out fine.

Totally worth it

nice bathroom and nice staff! They were very helpful. They don’t have breakfast but they do offer bread, crackers and bananas with coffee tea or juice. It was close to the old town aswell.

the matrass or pillow made my back and neck hurt really bad. My boyfriend didn’t have these problems. Maybe just for me a problem. The bedsheets had some holes in it but for me weren’t a big deal.

It is a very nice hotel, clean, organized, very good location to visit Chiang Mai. Staff very nice they put the beds together for us. Air conditioner is located so the air doesn’t go directly to bed which is very comfortable.
