The staff in bar and restaurant and the yoga
The bed and pillows definitely the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in.
Towels in bathroom threadbare and not white, yet I was told on arrival that I would be charged if the towels were stained??
Wasn’t a welcoming environment for solo traveller
The reception staff particularly one of them was always trying to sell activities they were organising in hotel
Rooms very dark and depressing
G&T €8.50.. the most expensive in Thailand.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool. Good breakfast. Excellent location in Old Town Chiang Mai.
Minor issue - fixtures and fittings in rooms look a bit tired, could do with more easily accessible electrical sockets. Otherwise, all good.

Location is fantastic. Literally 100m from Wat Phra Singh and the Sunday night markets are on your doorstep.
Had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Buri Gallery House. Room was spacious and removed from the street so nice and quite. Laundry service was efficient and affordable.
The front desk staff took a lot of time to explain the area to me and suggest activities for me to do while I was there.
I thought the cleaning staff got a bit lackadaisical over the four nights. For example my shower drain was clogged and they didnt notice/clean it.
Pool area could use a spruce up. A few of the chairs were broken. They also allowed people to smoke in the pool- given the area was small it was quite unpleasant and suggest they prohibit this.

The location: right in the center of old town, close to many historical attractions. 7-11 right next door, plenty of shops near by.
The room was specious and comfy. Equipped with almost everything you need: iron, Bluetooth speaker, cooler fan, espresso machine. Racks for the laundry.
My favorite part is the front balcony, can chill there and enjoy son shine.
The lighting for the trim and/bathroom can be more soft. ( less white light)

Really nice 'thai' style room, which was pleasantly decorated and maintained. Bathroom was a bit outdated, but nothing drastic and to be expected when booking this Hotel. Location is amazing, right next to a Temple and pretty central for all activities.
Pool was also really cool to relax at.
The Beds weren't too comfy and the veil which hung over the Bed was actually annoying.

Buri Gallery House is in the heart of Chiang Mai city on one of the main roads (the road with the walking street market) but you feel like you are in the country. It’s so peaceful and quiet! We stayed in the suites (family of four shared two suites) and weren’t disappointed. Rooms are huge, with a lovely seating area outside and modern and clean bathrooms. The pool is small but very refreshing and meticulously maintained (cleaned everyday). The property has lovely maintained gardens and a breakfast restaurant (the breakfasts were included and excellent) as well as another restaurant onsite (we didn’t eat here during our stay as we were generally out exploring). The team working here were friendly, polite and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buri Gallery House.
Nothing.

Lovely arrival, reception staff very friendly and helpful and english speaking. The location was handy and has a pool and Cafe etc. We only stayed 1 night and didn't have time to enjoy the facilities but would love to stay again.

Just loved it. Haven't slept so good in a while. It's cozy, traditional and yet modern.
It's very centrally located and I think it would be perfect for some romantic nights as a couple.

The whole building and the atmosphere, which is really chill and cozy. I like the terrance and home feeling floor.
Math is super helpful with native speaking english and he's always there lol.
The slight smell in dorm room, I think it's from the material of the bed(bamboo?).
No air conditioner during the day time, which is kinda hard to me cause I don't spend the whole day outside, or some day I just don't wanna go out, but the weather in Thai is super hot. If they can provide a bigger fan in the room would be nice.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer.

We loved our stay here. It's like a little oasis. Great location close to the old city west gate. The room was gorgeous--the most beautiful of our whole stay in Thailand. On arrival they had even left us pineapple cookies for each day of our stay and provided fresh water bottles each day. The staff are super helpful and provide recommendations for where to eat, visit, etc. We loved that they offer free bike rentals which is a great way to explore. The breakfast was delicious with both Western and Thai options, lots of fruit, and great coffee.

Gezellige sfeer, leuk restaurant, goed ontbijt, goede locatie

Buri Gallery was lovely. Great location in the heart of Chiang Mai old town, short walk from many temples and cafes. Friendly staff at reception who spoke excellent English. The room was ornately but tastefully done up, exactly like in the photos. Comfy bed / sheets / towels. Very nice grounds as well. Decent spread at breakfast considering it's a small hotel (their Thai-style soupy rice porridge was the best comfort food), and the hotel cafe had great brownies and cocktails.
Shower alternated between hot and cold, and it wasn't easy to figure out how to work the safe. Minor inconveniences.

We loved the traditional feel the fantastic location and the warm hospitality of the staff.
The front door self locking mechanism was bit of a pain if you wanted to sit on your own verandah but that was our only dislike.

- The staff are the best, so kind and professional. They treat you like family.
- The rooms were always cleaned throughout
- Good location and excellent for Sunday night market, although limited restaurants nearby
- area is easy to navigate; so good stay for solo traveller
Breakfast had limited options, and quite “basic”.
Location grounds/ Entrance not always clean or presentable looking
Pool area was dirty, and needs some maintenance work

I really like the friendly and helpful staffs and the breakfast was amazingly delicious and there were so many choices i can chose from. I also like the warm cozy ambiance and green environment. There are many small corners that I can sit down and relaxed. I was really grateful for having the corner room by myself, where I can read and relax at the balcony. The place was well taken care by the hard working staffs. I really felt welcomed and being cared for here.

Fang was great, very attentive, helpful, knowledgable & friendly.
Great cheesecake at the restaurant/coffee shop on site.
Pretty building. Great location for old town temples. Sunday market ran right out the front of the hotel. Friendly staff generally & lovely dog! Good pool area (weather not so!). Arranged driver for trip (who was great) & taxi airport transfer at correct price. Hotel good value.
Room was great decor wise but no direct sunlight. Outdoor area enclosed so not much natural light - good for privacy but not light or views. Stayed there before & room was much lighter. Asked for fan to be repaired above bed but no joy, air-con didn't reach that far. Cleaning/fresh towels inconsistent.

Great location, location, location! Near temples, and great restaurants. Awesome spot in Old City, walking distance to so many good spots. Bikes were an awesome perk. Well maintained, charming grounds with a very cute and friendly hotel lobby doggie! Nice breakfast, nothing special but good range of options and consistent quality. Pool good for a quick dip. Front desk was friendly and helpful.
Only issue was a slow drain in the shower if you used full pressure. But we let management know.
