Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen in einer großen Stadt

Die größeren Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet , das Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und im ganzen Hotel fühlt man sich sehr wohl .

Das Frühstück ist ok , könnte aber noch verbessert werden .

This Hotel made the stay better me !

This place is excellent in my opinion! Very comfortable and nice sized room with a large firm bed with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath ! Large Television and the options are 1st class including Netflix ! Nice swimming pool ! Breakfast for the cost was good !

Nice, modern , clean hotel.

Great room, clean. Staff very very kind and helpful. A smart TV that works!

- We had a balcony outside of the room. But it is OK. On the other hand we had no view. - I am missing good bread, baguette, pastry for the breakfast. This is all I would like to eat . But it is a general problem in Thailand. Only toast bread.

Agréable séjour à Chiang Mai

Personnel très agréable, hôtel à l'extérieur de l'enceinte de Chiang Mai mais pas très loin à pied, chambre confortable.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel. L'hôtel est assez bruyant (on entend beaucoup les bruits de couloir ou des chaises dans la salle du petit déjeuner). Impossible de régler la température de l'eau de la douche : c'est trop froid ou trop chaud.

Could be better

The personnel were polite and always ready to help. The hotel was clean. The location for visiting the Saturday night market is perfect.

Breakfast was basic with minimum. The shower had a lot of issues. No water pressure and no hot water. I don't know if that was just a problem with our room or all the hotel rooms. We stayed in room 304 ( 3th floor). The room balcony is detached from the room and the only window room have is the one on the walking corridor.

Très bon séjour à Chiang Mai

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre est très bien équipée et belle. Le petit déjeuner. L'emplacement, dans une ruelle calme tout en étant à seulement 10 min à pied de la vieille ville.

Gutes Hotel, etwas abseits gelegen, Preis-/Leistung nicht besonders gut

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich durfte dort meine Tasche 4 Tage lang lagern, obwohl ich nur eine Nacht geblieben bin - vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und relativ modern eingerichtet. Die Betten für thailändische Verhältnisse relativ bequem. Sehr ruhig, da es in einer Seitengasse liegt.

Die Lage ist relativ abseits der Altstadt, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Pool ist ziemlich klein und auch die längste Zeit des Tages im Schatten gelegen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war ziemlich schwach, man konnte ihn nur erhöhen, indem man das warme Wasser zurückschraubt. Aus der Toilette ist Wasser ausgetreten, das fand ich ziemlich unappetitlich. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob man meinen Hinweis darauf effektiv verstanden hatte. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war für all diese kleineren Mängel aus dieser Sicht nicht positiv. Wäre die Übernachtung günstiger, könnte man über diese Mängel hinwegsehen.

Gorgeous

Wow Hotel De Wualai was an amazing stay. We only stayed for three nights and were blown away by the beauty of the hotel. The whole hotel is sort of an indoor/outdoor design and the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. There are Smart TVs in the rooms and also a bathtub jacuzzi (room for two!)! We also had a balcony which wasn’t attached directly to the room but a two step walk away. The design is so unique. The pool was refreshing and clean.

It looks as though the hotel was refurbished/opened a while ago so a few things need a bit of maintenance like the pool.

Alles in allem war es okay. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht sehr gestört.

Die Lage war super.

Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser. Es wurde repariert, jedoch war es paar Stunden wieder nur kalt das Wasser. Leider war es auch nicht wirklich sauber das Zimmer. An sich hatte es auch eine gute Ausstattung, jedoch die Schlappen und die Bademäntel waren nicht wirklich gewaschen. Der Balkon ist auf der Etage und nicht direkt am Zimmer. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre.

Das 40qm Zimmer für Pärchen sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr freundlicher Service. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung des 40qm-Zimmer entsprachen den Tatsachen. Sehr geräumig, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Pool war sehr sauber, allerdings haben wir ihn nicht benutzt. Frühstück nach europäischer Art.

Das kleinere Zimmer (24qm) für unsere beiden Kinder hatte leider nur ein Fenster zum Etagenfur. Der Balkon befand sich gegenüber des Zimmers über den Flur. Das war nicht so beschrieben

Gutes Hotel an nicht perfekter Lage

gute Zimmergrösse, grosses Badezimmer, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. In Chiang Mai hat es viel Verkehr und belebte Gegenden, ist aber nicht ganz so chaotisch, erdrückend, lärmig und stinkig wie Bangkok. Das Klima ist deutlich angenehmer, zwar am Tag auch sehr heiss, aber nicht schwül (Januar). Abends ist es fast kühl.

Die Lage, das Hotel befindet sich zwar unweit des Zentrums von Chiang Mai, 20 Min zu fuss, aber in einer desolaten Seitenstrasse wo weit und breit nichts ist. Das Zimmer hat Fenster aber die Gardinen müssen immer geschlossen sein, weil man sonst von den vorbeigehenden Leute beobachtet wird, also hat man nie Tageslicht. Gym ist nicht zu gebrauchen, Pool extrem klein und Liegen für maximal 2-3 Personen. Frühstück war extrem schwach, die Auswahl total lächerlich. Chiang Mai hat definitiv zu viele Tempel, alle 200-300 m steht einer, egal in welche Richtung man im Zentrum spaziert. Sie sind alle sehr schön, aber letztendlich ist es immer das gleiche und nach dem 10. Tempel hat man die Nase voll. Ansonsten hat die Stadt nichts zu bieten. Es dreht sich ausserhalb Chiang Mai eigentlich alles um diese Trips mit den Elefanten und zu den Nationalparks. Alles reine Touristenabzocke, völlig überteuert, dafür dass man wenige Minuten lang Elefanten nahe steht und füttern darf und mit ihnen dann auch wieder wenige Minuten im Schlamm baden darf. Das wars eigentlich. Das selbe gilt für die Nationalparks, ein bisschen Landschaft, ein bisschen Trekking, Fahrradtouren, ein paar Reisfelder hier, ein Wasserfall da und eine Felswand dort und natürlich zwischendrin wieder Tempel, Tempel, Tempel. Nichts was man nicht schon auf der Welt gesehen hat. Und das ganze alles viel zu weit weg von Chiang Mai. Alleine die Horrorfahrt dorthin und wieder zurück würde ich für kein Geld der Welt wieder machen.

룸 컨디션 : 첫날 개미가 나왔는데 프런트 데스크에 말해서 퇴치제 받아서 뿌렸고, 2주 있으면서 첫날 빼고 개미 못 봤습니다 / 직원들은 매우 매우 친절하지만 청소를 엄청 깔끔하게 해주진 않아요 바닥에 머리카락 조금씩 있었어요. 그렇지만 전체적으로 깨끗합니다:) 위치 : 올드타운 웬만한 곳 20분 정도면 도착 가능합니다 / 토요 마켓 걸어서 1분 / 주변에 많은 맛집과 카페! 우아라이 거리의 모든 카페와 맛집 추천합니다! + 역시 수영장 최고 / 룸 안에 전자레인지 있어요 / 프런트 데스크에 자주 앉아있는 여자 직원분 영어 매우 잘하고 친절해요. 혼자 왔다고 하니 여기저기 여행지 추천해 줬어요! / 한국인 한 분도 못 봤는데 왜 안 오시죠.. 매우 추천드려요!

방음 : 방음이 잘 안돼요. 방안에 소음은 잘 안 들리는데 문이 나무 문이라 그런지 방 밖의 소리는 엄청 잘 들립니다. 저는 소음에 민감한 편이 아니라 괜찮았어요 하수구 냄새 : 저는 가장 위층의 룸에 묵었는데요. 맨 위층이라 그런지 화장실에서 하수구 냄새났어요. 아침에 일어나서 화장실 문 하루 종일 열어서 환기 시키고 잠잘 때만 닫았습니다.

Amazing modern place to stay with the best staff around to make your stay very pleasant.

If you have any doubts about staying at this hotel, honestly don't and just go for it. It is very reasonably priced, location is great, the hotel is very modern, gym is basic but adequate. I would like to highlight the staff - everyone we interacted with from reception to cleaners were extremely friendly, polite and really helpful. I would like to call out Kang (the receptionist lady) who was marvellous and helped us out all the time. Also the pool was really great and perfect for winding down after a long day out. We found some cafes and vegan restaurants within 10 mins walk and all were really nice and we frequented them often as a result. You can also buy cold beer from reception at a very reasonable price which was a bonus. 2 bottles of water was provided daily in the room.

Parking was tight, but with the help of reception we could leave the car parked outside on the opposite side of the road.

Perfect 😍

Everything it was just what I needed. A fabulous room with a jacuzzi bath.

It’s not in the center so was a 10 minute walk to the square. But not a deal breaker.

Great for short stay

We loved the ultra comfy bed, everybody from the staff was amazing 😍 The AC was quick and efficient. Good swimming pool, we would have preferred reclinabile lying chairs to tan our back too. 😅 The location is awesome, right next to the Saturday night market, and close enough from the old city.

There were a few things that weren't so great. Sometimes the bathroom smelled funny during the day so we kept it close all the time. The room isn't very luminous due to the passing corridor next to the window, it also wasn't feeling great to have the curtains open since people were passing to reach their room ( full vue on our room). The balcony isn't accessible from the room, you gotta cross the corridor and reach your balcony, which takes us to the last point. The balconies are close to each other, we came to like our balcony but the neighbours were so noisy on the next one that it was a little awkward for us to be on ours, they stayed put till late in the night talking on the phone...
