About this house rental

Completely renovated, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with all new furnishings and pool. Fully furnished, non smoking, dog friendly (pet fee required), 1300 sq ft pool home located in a family neighborhood. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, queen size guest room, and 4 single bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom, where you will always find fresh, clean linens upon your arrival, has its own smart TV and window treatments for privacy. Both the master and queen bedroom are full of natural light coming through the french doors that lead out to the back patio/pool area. The master bath has a double vanity and walk in shower, while the guest bath has a single vanity with a shower/bath combo. Spending time together will not be a problem in the spacious living area adjacent to the dining area and kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. French doors lead out to the inviting back patio with a white light strung outdoor eating area. Full size washer and dryer are available in the 2 car garage. Property is dog friendly with a $150 pet fee per dog. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for guests over 4. Port Orange provides easy access to Daytona Speedway, white sandy beaches, New Smyrna Beach eclectic shopping and Orlando attractions. Within minutes from the house is Publix Grocery, WalMart, Target, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Regal Movie Theater and other delicious dining. Just over the bridge you will find seafood dining on the water at Deck Down Under, Down the Hatch, Off the Hook at Inlet Harbor and Hidden Treasure. Whether a family vacation, Bike Week trip with friends, long term or executive rental, this home is sure to provide you with everything you need in a central location making it easy for any activity. The home was perfect for our weekend trip to Florida for my daughter's wedding. The location was ideal, the home was very clean and the outdoor area with the pool was a great area for our family to hangout during down times. I would highly recommend this home if you need a place in the area.

We rent a lot of homes and if this sounds too good to be true, it isn’t! It was perfect for us! Hubby and I, my folks, and 2 dogs. The yard was great with the enclosed fence. The neighbors were quiet. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked nice and clean. We went to New Smyrna Beach about 15 mins away. We felt safe in the area and lots of stores, restaurants, and parks to chose from. Close to Disney and Orlando airport. The kids room is adorable and my daughter and her friend got to spend a couple of nights with us. The owners were great and quick to respond when we had questions or had a slow ro drain tub. Problem was fixed immediately. We appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs available to us. Definitely added to our favorites! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable inside and out. There was plenty of private, sunny space to get our daily dose of Vitamin D. The open design of kitchen, dining, and living rooms were just perfect for us. Every bit of the property was squeaky clean and the kitchen was very well stocked for casual meal prep. The big screen, smart TVs in the living and master bedroom were just what we needed. Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and nice large in-suite bath with large shower. Again perfect! Couldn't ask for a better location with beaches, speedway, restaurants, and adventures within easy drives of 10 minutes or less. We will be looking forward to staying here again!

We chose this listing due to it’s location central to all of the wedding venues. The interior of the house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Extremely clean and neat. Knives could use sharpening/replacing but kitchen was so well appointed. Our only disappointment was the pool area. The pool was dirty when we arrived. However the pool guy came immediately when we arrived (without us saying a word) and returned the next day to retreat and make sure it was in great condition. Also, be mindful that the screened in pool is not completely enclosed and will have mosquitoes and visitors. The owners supply ample bug spray but we were hoping for a more bug free zone. Even so, I would highly recommend this place!

We stayed at this location to celebrate Christmas with our family that lives in the area. The house was very nicely decorated, incredibly clean and beyond accommodating for our needs. The owners of this house definitely make you feel like you are at home. Providing everything that you may need in abundance. The neighborhood is very close to several shopping areas. I'd highly recommend it.

This home was very well decorated in a quiet neighborhood just far enough from the beach craziness but a short 15 minute drive. Parking on the beach was extremely helpful. The grandkids loved having their own bunk bed each. Would definitely return. Michelle and Alan were such gracious hosts and kept us up to date on check in and departure. This is our fourth stay and it is always wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, many supplies are provided, the pool is large and warm, and the big fenced yard is great for our dogs. It's an easy drive to the beach, grocery stores, and local restaurants. We will definately be back!

My husband and I were in town to visit with family. This home is very spacious with room to relax inside or outside. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare any breakfast, lunch or dinner. Outside provided all the extras you could ask for to play in the pool and do some grilling. The hosts were very responsive and kind, even when I asked stupid questions! We visit the area often and would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood. Immaculately clean and comfortable. A perfect respite to daily activities. We were there for our son's wedding and wanted a quiet space to relax between activities and festivities. This fit the bill nicely. Only wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the pool!

The property is located in a quiet residential area that’s close to both 95 and the beach. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing. It did not disappoint. The house was well stocked with towels and basics. I would note the coffee maker is a keurig. Our dog loved the backyard and so did we. It’s beautifully landscaped and fully fenced. It was a little too cold to try out the pool but hanging out with morning coffee on the lanai was just the best. Love that such a perfect house that allows dogs is available to rent, so much more comfortable then a hotel. Hope we have another opportunity to stay there soon. Neighborhood would be great to walk in, but we took our dog out to the following that we recommend: Buschman Park - close, plenty of parking and a paved trail Lighthouse point park - $10 to get in, but dogs allowed on beach inlet side Doris Leeper Park - bit of a hike but beautiful wooded trails, bikes are allowed on them fyi. Down towards new Smyrna Benny m woodham trail - Also kinda far but nice paved trail if your looking to explore ormond

The house is exceptional in ALL areas! Pictures and descriptions are completely accurate. Located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to many attractions and a quick drive to the beach. House has everything you need and more if you want to stay in or go to the beach for the day. We absolutely loved spending the day at the pool and evenings in. We’re extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place is five stars! Would love to stay again!
