Nice property. Great area.

We came to Florida for a gymnastics competition and wanted a quiet place to stay away from the touristy hustle and bustle. This home had everything we needed! It was perfect!!

Our Port Orange home was fabulous. Everything was clean and ready for us. This home had everything we needed. The 4 bedrooms were all comfy and spacious and the 3 bathrooms gave us room for privacy.
The dining room had a table for 8 so we could eat together and play games together and share together.
The screened in porch provided for extra to enjoy morning and evening quality time. The location of the home provided for easy access to everything. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Really enjoyed the house. Everything was just as advertised. For one suggestion, it would be great to have a side table in all of the bedrooms for access to a lamp. The dresser is too tall in one of the bedrooms because you have to get out of bed to turn lamp on and off, which is
very inconvenient. That was a major thing having to literally get out of bed to turn light on and off.

Overall this was a great house for our group. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Some a bit dated but that was okay. No garage opener though. 42 in of the back of the garage are not usable due to it being raised concrete and holding the hot water heater and furnace. Somewhat limited use of the garage affected our parking. Very echoey due to the high ceilings. With a group of people chatting and talking it became a bit irritating. I will submit a list of issues to the rental group overseeing this home.

The house was very spacious and clean. Only negatives are if you’re staying more than a couple nights they only provide “starter toilet paper”. Also there is no garbage or recycling bins and you must remove all trash or be charged. That being said we’d definitely stay again as the neighborhood is quiet and close to the track and beaches.

Came to visit son for Christmas! House was beautiful and dog friendly. Sister-in-law and nephews came up for Christmas dinner. Close to Publix and lots of shopping. Would stay again! (For those with dogs, yard is not fenced.) Beautiful hawk came to visit several times a day!

We have family in the area and the property was located nearby which was convenient. We enjoyed our stay but the property could definitely use some TLC - the kitchen appeared to be the only recent update. Furniture wasn't the most comfortable and one of the chairs had a lopsided seat and the foot rest was damaged. Master bed was okay but the other beds were not comfortable per family. Have booked many properties through VRBO - while not the least favorite we've stayed in, wasn't our favorite either. Would consider this property in the future, but consideration would go to other properties first.

The exterior and front of the house needs painting. First impression coming to the front door was negative.
The extra 4 inch foam pad on the master room bed was awful. Way too soft. We took it off and slept much better.
The back patio ceiling is full of spider eggs hanging down. The yard was mowed but the lawn is mostly weeds.
We spent our time in the family room which was comfortable enough for the five of us. Don’t think we would book it again without attention to these issues first.

SPACIOUS - More room than needed, and in a very quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located to access to all of Daytona Beach.

House was perfect for our stay
4.4
It was a spacious house that was peacefully away from things, yet close enough to all the fun
4.4
Everything was as advertised and very fairly priced. Id definitely stay at this property again.
4.4
The neighborhood is nice, location super convenient, the house is aging in some ways but all in all it was a great home base for us for the week.
4.4
Was a nice place needs some paint and renovations. Yard and grounds need some work too. Back door slider very hard to lock. But it served our needs comfortably
4.4
The location was central to everything, the race track, the beach, stores. It was a wonderful home and my friends and I enjoyed it very much! There is a lot of room to spread out and there was room at the dining room table for us all to eat together!! The back porch is awesome and maybe my favorite feature! The beds were super comfy! Each person raves about how comfy the mattress was! And having the washer and dryer came in handy!!

We came to town for a funeral and needed a place to stay close to the church and funeral home. This house was located in a great place within 2 miles of everything we needed (grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, ...) The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (technically two full and one 3/4 bath) were fantastic for our group of 8. The highlights: the house layout, the open kitchen and den area, the piano, the 2-car garage, the neighborhood, the full-size washer & dryer, TVs and channel selections, and large fridge. The areas for improvement: the home was fairly clean, but like many homes, when you look under the furniture, you find dust and dirt. The MBR bed seemed to be a little sagging in the middle, and come to find out on the last day when packing, I looked under the bed to see 1 of the middle support legs was tilted. The palm tree along the front walkway blocks the sidewalk - but I give them a break since the area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian a few weeks before and many trees need trimming. The kitchen could use a few more cooking (pots, pans), eating (plates, cups, ...), and assorted utensils, but we came prepared with paper plates and plastic silverware. But, the highlights far outweighed the areas for improvement!
So, overall, we were very pleased with the house. It was our home away from home while we came together as a family for a funeral. Each evening, it was nice to come back to this house and be able to bathe, eat, relax, and then go to bed. I would recommend this home for anyone staying in the Daytona / Port Orange FL area and needing lots of space.

This place has a lot of space! Ok the only con to this pro house were the nosy neighbors..not one but 2 knocked on the door on different days. Odd because after the second person and the 20 questions I thought they casing the place. It's a lively neighborhood, 10 min from daytona...very limited towels and only a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, that's stretching it for 7 people for 5 days.

4 bedrooms. Could sleep 8 people. 3 coffee cups???? Dust in kitchen above range . Could see from anywhere. Why not clean it?
Not enough plates, bowls,etc.
Good grill and oven.

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

My group on golf trip, so we didn't need to be on the beach.

In town for a concert and had a great time. Home was convenient to the venue and was in a quiet neighborhood. Nice stay.

Things go wrong sometimes- tv didn’t with, door handle broke. We called to report problems and they immediately replaced the tv and sent a repairman for the handles. House was spacious and we had lots of room.
4.4
The house was in a great area. Most things were in working order.
4.4
No issues

Property was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The only thing that we can complain about was not enough coffee mugs(3 for 6 people) so we took turns using them.
4.4
Property maintenance outside was poor, yard was mowed after we had started our stay while we weren’t at the house. Vines and weeds everywhere. The one bathroom light didnt work. The garage door sometimes wouldn’t close. The hot water heater was like stuck, the showers on coldest setting was burning hot. Otherwise everything was excellent, fridge, tv’s, washing machine, etc
