About this apartment rental

Inspired by the white sandy beaches and the hum of the ocean waves, this ninth floor condo boasts a majestic ocean view and luxurious living space. Located on the beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, this non-smoking 3 br/3 ba unit has a new kitchen, fresh paint, new flooring and carpet, new mattresses, linens, and furniture to ensure maximum relaxation. The ninth floor view allows you to enjoy beautiful beach sunrises and an evening of the calming sounds of waves from the private balcony that stretches from the master bedroom across the main living area. The balcony not only looks out onto the ocean, but you have a bird's eye view of the large swimming pool and hot tub available for guests' use.
There are three large bedrooms with three large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a sliding glass door for direct access to the private balcony. The large, master bathroom has a shower with separate, jetted tub and two sinks set in granite countertops. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom with granite counter tops. The third bedroom has two full-sized beds and a nearby hallway bathroom with a shower and granite countertop. All the bedrooms have large tv's and generous walk-in closets. With new mattresses in every room, you're sure to get a comfortable night's sleep.
Our condo is located in an area with excellent dining options, but if you should choose to eat-in, we have a well equipped kitchen to meet your needs. This includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig and many appliances and gadgets to make cooking (or opening a bottle of wine) easy. The kitchen looks out onto the dining and living rooms. The dining area seats eight, with counter seating for two more. The living room has a large tv, comfortable seating, and a sliding glass door for access to the private balcony. The balcony has comfortable seating so you can enjoy the beach from the convenience of the condo - day or night.
Should you need to exercise indoors or spread out for game night, the building offers an exercise room and game room with a pool table for your use.
To ensure maximum convenience, we have a new washer/dryer in the condo for you to use as needed. In addition, an on-site storage unit holds beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, shovels, kites, anything you may need to enjoy a day at the beach. A special perk about our condo: we are situated at the border between the drive beach and the drive-free beach. You can have it either way!

We've been staying at the Sanibel since it opened - been coming to Daytona for over 50yrs. This was one of our favorites. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Host was easily reachable and a pleasure to work with. Hope to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities a family would need for a week at the beach. I had questions before and during our stay, and the owner responded quickly. The parking is very limited, but the owner gave me the information for a place close by where we could park an extra car when my mom came to visit. That person was also easy to deal with, and the daily rate was very reasonable. We had a great week and look forward to returning!

Comfortable, well-stocked, beautifully furnished and maintained, perfectly located, AND incredibly roomy for a Daytona-area beachfront condo. We were looking for a peaceful home base as we visited with relatives in the Daytona area. We found it and will definitely make this "our" Daytona place. Too many great features to name, but the deep patio was perhaps our favorite.

Condo is just as advertised. Great location, view and updated perfectly. This building has great access to the beach even with all the damage to the pool and decks. Will book again.

The condo waa great, very up to date. Views were great. The pool and beach area.....well, the storm wiped out the entire pool /hot tub and patio area. The only access to the beach was down the car ramp for the drive on beach, which was adjacent, but was still a mess of debris, glass, and heaved pavement. I would inquire as to progress on those items. I had to communicate alot with management, as the elevators were out....and they were very accomodating and easy to reach. They worked with us to find either other accomodations, or offer a refund. I would stay here again if the hurricane clean-up has occurred.

The property was just as advertised. But with 2 hurricanes 6-8 weeks apart, problems did arise. We were forced to end our vacation early because of mandatory evacuation by city. The property owners were just fabulous. They kept in contact with us through out the process and are great people to work with. Hope to return in the future.

I have thought long and hard about what to write. All I could come up with is FIVE STARS in all respects. Location is great, unit design is great, communication is great, everything you could ever want in the unit is there. Pricing was great. Master bedroom mattress is delightful. We could not find anything wrong, not a thing. Sanibel #904 is a must stay in Daytona Beach/Port Orange area.

We've been staying in the Sanibel since it opened. This was our first time renting unit 904. It exceeded our expectations. The smallest details were taken care of (finally someone labels ALL of the light switches and explicit directions for the multiple TV remotes 😀 ) The unit was extremely clean and had recently upgraded appliances. Communication with the owner was very easy. We hope to rent again next year. Highly recommend unit 904.

We loved staying in this condo. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach. The check in process was super easy and I loved the keypad entry for the door- so much easier to deal with than keeping up with keys. The building was super secure and we felt nice and safe. The place was very clean, no smells. It was even better than the pictures showed. We loved staying here and look forward to visiting again!

What a beautiful place and location! We were greeted by amazing ocean views every morning and the unit was very clean, decorated so cute and even stocked to make our stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated that it was also quiet. We had never been to this part of FL so we weren't sure what to expect. Everything we needed and wanted was no more than 15 minutes away. Despite not being able to enjoy the ocean more than 2x during our stay due to riptides, we will definitely be rebooking!!!

We had the best stay at Sanibel 904. The condo has everything you could need, is beautifully decorated, and has spectacular views. It was spacious enough for the 7 of us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Such a memorable week for our family getting together for the first time in two years. We have stayed at this location in the past but a different condo. The view was amazing and it had everything we needed. The to king size bed was a plus for us because me and my sister along with our husbands stayed there together. Having our own spacious rooms and bathrooms was great. Check in and check out was very easy and there was a person on the property for any issue, which we had none. Location is perfect for wanting a more quiet and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this condo.

My four girlfriends and I had a great time. The condo is beautiful and well furnished in every way. My only suggestions are to put a shower curtain up in the master bathroom for privacy and a few additional pots and pans for cooking. The furniture on the balcony was phenomenal and I could have spent the whole time there. We made full use of all amenities. Pool and beach access were excellent. We all look forward to staying in Unit 904 again and highly recommend it.

This is an amazing condo on the beach. Access to the beach was perfect. I loved that it is at the edge of the drivable part of the beach and the quieter side. The condo itself was PERFECT! It literally has everything we needed. I felt like I was at home, for real at home. There is a ton of space for everyone. The decor is very tasteful, clean, and updated. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property. We will 100% be coming back to this location. The owners were fantastic! They were quick to respond, kind, and just all around a great host. One day the pool was closed, we found out it was a chemical issue(very short period of time), the owners were very quick to update us. There is everything you need games, pool/beach toys, well stocked kitchen. Best VRBO I have ever stayed at.

The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen has everything you possibly could need. The knives are even sharp! The locker with all the beach toys have everything you'll need. We could have left our beach chairs, towels and beach wagon at home. I love this condo.

Can't beat the view. No matter the weather, the view makes it okay! Our weather was not ideal, rainy & King Tide, but the balcony furniture was comfy, the view & sound of the ocean the best. Everything was clean & well stocked.

My family had a WONDERFUL vacation at Daytona Beach Shores and more specifically this unit. During this crazy time, we needed a retreat spot where we felt safe from COVID, secure and at home- this unit perfectly met all of those needs. We have vacationed in the Shores since 2008 and at Sanibel since 2015 but this unit was a first- we will be back year after year! Highly recommend this unit and these property managers.

This delightful oceanfront condominium is very large and well maintained. The owners are very nice and quick to respond to any questions or request. We enjoyed the large balcony for morning coffee, beautiful sunrises and watching for dolphins. The building is well managed and is located near restaurants, shopping and area attractions. We enjoyed our time at Sanibel very much and hope to return.
