Wonderful Stay In A Beautiful Place

We loved everything about the property. Both Sue and Paul were so kind and Sue even baked some scones for our arrival, along with leaving a bottle of bubbles for us as it was my husband’s birthday. The property was absolutely immaculate and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It was definitely the best air b&b that we had ever stopped at. The views across the fields from the lounge were just stunning and we enjoyed sitting outside every day on the patio having a drink and watching the sheep across the fields. We even saw a baby deer one evening. Thank you both for everything. We will definitely be returning again very soon. Xx

Perfect place to enjoy Somerset

This new and well mantained property is spotlessly clean. The facilities are fully provided to the last details. TV and internet is good. Wifi has strong signal throughout the property. The view from sitting and dining room as well as from the backyard is hard to find. The bench and outdoor furniture is perfect for picnic. The place is so comfortable that our 4 days’ stay seemed much too short. The two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Its location is conveniently located by car and is within short drive from most of places to visit. Plenty of activities for all ages. The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. We strongly recommend this property.

Beautiful home from home.

Beautiful property set in wonderful countryside. Immaculately clean and modern property. Lots of attention to detail and very well furnished. Lovely welcome with fresh scones and milk in the fridge. The wood burner was a welcome addition in the evenings. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area. Thanks!

heerlijke omgeving. prachtig pand met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. beneden slapen en boven woonkamer en keuken. dit zorgt gelijk voor een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. als je wilt kun je zo uit de woonkamer met een trap naar buiten en beginnen met wandelen of lekker relaxen in de weide beneden. tja wat valt er nog meer te zeggen. gewoon boeken en genieten. in de omgeving is HEEL VEEL te doen. dus je redt het niet met een weekendje.

One of the best self catering properties we have stayed in. We will definitely be returning.

Beautifully decorated to a very high standard. Very comfortable - had everything we wanted and more. Stunning views with a lovely outside seating area and also a big window in the lounge. Perfect location, easy drive to Cheddar, Wells, Street, and Glastonbury.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

This was the most beautiful accommodation I think I've ever stayed in. There is everything you need in a beautiful location. The cottage was immaculate in every way and the owners put a few final touches that make you feel so welcomed. We really were sad to leave.

A perfect, relaxing stay in a lovely property.

The house conversion was of the highest standard and could not have been cleaner or better equipped. The view over the fields from the lounge was stunning. The hosts, Sue and Paul, were very welcoming and accommodating, ready to give any help required but were not at all intrusive. The home baked scones on arrival were delicious and the welcome pack much appreciated, including the fresh eggs from the free roaming chickens. We loved our stay here and The Hayloft would be our first choice if we are in the area again. Thank you Sue and Paul.

Location was fantastic, a good base for visiting the sites. The accomodation was very clean. Just loved looking out of the picture window.Great for watching the wildlife around the gardens. The hosts were helpful and friendly.

Luxury at the Hayloft

The Hayloft is a beautiful converted stable. The picture window overlooking the fields is absolutely fantastic. The quality of the renovations is top quality. It is in a great location for sightseeing and walking trails. Sue and Paul were exceptional hosts. Life is better for having a stay at the Hayloft

Stunning

Whats not to like?! This place is nothing short of stunning. Attention to detail at every turn and finished to the highest of standards. The property sits in just over 9 acres that the owners are happy for you to explore. I could have sat and watched the lambs for hours on end. The location is perfect with cheddar just over two miles away. Wells in the opposite direction. A little further out is weston and brean so the perfect base for a family. The owners are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the local areas. All in all this place is fantastic value for money and perfect if you're looking for a touch of luxury. We look forward to returning!

Nothing not to like. Only thing to mention is the small window in the front door would probably benefit from a blind as it sits just infront of the bedroom.

Excellent accommodation rated at one of the very best we have stayed at. Would thoroughly recommend.

This farm building had been thoughtfully converted to a very high standard that had all the facilities visitors could hope to find, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, excellent kitchen and lounge with large picture window looking out onto fields and a wood. Great access for country walks and for visiting the locality. Owners on site friendly and helpful.

Beautiful house

Beautiful newly renovated house with great views. Very comfortable with everything for a great family holiday. Lots to explore locally in Cheddar, Wookey Hole and Wells (Bishops Palace & Garden and Wells Cathedral), and more further afield. Very welcoming hosts. Thank you Sue and Paul for a great stay. Highly recommend.
