Buena relación calidad/precio

La atención de los dueños es la mejor, dan todo por ayudar en tu estancia, asesoran en los tours y se preocupan por las necesidades de los huéspedes. El desayuno es casero lo cual agradecí muchísimo...Las habitaciones son cómodas y la limpieza impecable. Me proporcionaron agua de cortesía y puede realizar el check in antes de tiempo lo cual también agradezco. La relación calidad/precio es muy buena.

Está un poco alejado del centro pero la zona está llena de taxis y uber y para compensar la zona es más tranquila y el precio es muy conveniente. Las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción, aunque por la noche te proporcionan frazadas y mantas y se duerme muy bien. Recomendaría al hotel tener disponibles estufas eléctricas porque las noches de invierno en Cuzco son muy frías.

Perfect place to stay in Cuzco

First of all, they offered a transport from the airport which was very convenient. When it comes to the location, the hotel is located a bit away from the center but it's not an issue -20mins walk, 5mins by taxi and there are lots of local and good restaurants around, at the same time it's quiet. Both hotel and the room itself was very clean, the bed was so big and comfy, we loved it! But the best part is the owners - the nicest people, we felt taken care of each day. You can get a coca tea for free for the altitude, the breakfasts are prepared freshly and were so yummy! And when you're going for a trip early in the morning, they will provide you with a 'take-out box' with some fruits, snacks and water. If you have questions or needs, they will surely try to help. We would surely stay there again. PS. You need to wait a little bit for a hot water to come, but it's there! :)

You may want to bring your own hair dryer with you, as there wasn't one in the room, but if you don't - it's not an issue as well, you can get it from the owners :).

Absolutely Glorious hotel and staff! Would definitely come again.

We were welcomed like family. We arrived at night and was received with hot tea in the dining area while are bags were being brought up to our rooms. Breakfast was amazing the next day! And even kept our baggage after check out so that we can freely tour the city of Cusco before our flight. Top Notch!

The most amazing host I had ever experienced

Our host, Victor and his family treated us like their own family. They are super kind, very hospitable and did outside the box to make me and my fiance stay memorable. It was hard and sad when we had to check out. The room is spacious enough, clean, and in strategic location. I would recommend everyone who is planning to come to Cusco to stay at Ureta Hotel!

Your family is his family, too!

Super clean, modern, and beds were very comfortable. Nice wool blankets kept us warm when the sun was down. Breakfast in the cafe lounge was perfect! The sunshine warmed us as Victor, the owner, served us a mix of local foods. Heading out early for a tour? Victor will be up to make sure you are picked up for your tour and sends you off with a snack box. Victor and his staff are your extended family! They will look after your every need! Including recommendations on tours, eateries and shopping!

The best hotel in entire Cusco!

This is without a doubt the best hotel in Cusco! Not because it is luxurious or fancy, but because of the overall atmosphere. You will feel like visiting a family - the one you actually like. Victor, the owner, is an amazing person who makes you feel right at home. If you're not spoiled and arrogant, you might just make a friend for life. The price of the room is really good, and it comes with breakfast (and coffee 😃) and a free ride to and from the airport. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We were worried that we would get cold at night because Cusco can get chilly, but the rooms are very well isolated, and we didn't hear any noises from other rooms (even when the hotel was at full capacity). If you get cold at night, though, you can rent a heater for a few dollars a day. The showers have HOT water, and we've never run out. If you have an early morning, Victor will be up to make sure you have snacks ready for your trip. We got even luckier, and when we were going to Machu Picchu at 4am, Victor personally drove us to the train station. He has a heart of gold. Also, if you don't speak Spanish, make sure your phone's translator app is ready so you can communicate with Victor and everyone else in Cusco. You are in a different country, so don't expect locals to speak any other language than their own. When we go back to Cusco, we will definitely stay in Ureta, and we recommend this hotel to anyone.

I can't say this enough. The staff were the nicest and most helpful ever. Everything was comfortable and clean and the hot showers were amazing!

Only small downside was it is located in a kind of odd side street that ubers and taxis seemed to have a difficult time finding.

Would absolutely stay here again - they are like family!

All of the staff was incredible. I would come back to Peru just to stay at this hotel again. We went on the inka trail hike and had to leave at 3am - they had a bag of snacks, juices and fruits ready for us when we left. They are all amazing people and greeted us with so much love!!

The whole experience was wonderful - no complaints!

Best Hotel in Cusco

Victor and his wife were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the lobby for the first time, I knew that Ureta Hotel was an excellent choice. Victor and I have created a friendship. I will missed our long talks in the Lobby. The amazing breakfast created by his lovely wife and himself very early in the morning, and the lunch bags they will made for us for our long drives to our tours. Very Highly Recommended.

Easy walk to historic area, clean and affordable

the host family went out of their way to get me directions, connect to travel service and most helpful arranging a Covid test at the hotel with printed results. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The property is close to the city center, we had a lovely walk downtown from there, the hotel management and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing.

Extremely friendly staff, everyone trying to do their best to be at your service. Breakfast is generous and custom made for you. Transportation from the airport is included in the price.

The main issue is to keep comfortable temperature in the room including bathroom.

Perfect time in hotel Ureta :)

I spent with my friend three nights in hotel Ureta :) I definetely recommend this place! The room was clean and very comfortable! The breakfast - delicious! Staff - super friendly and helpful! Nice and warm people. What can I say? Simply 10/10!

That we were only 3 nights here! Too short in this beautiful place :)
