I booked for my friends and everything was good, but what really stood out was the excellent communication with the host. They were responsive, helpful, and made the experience even better!

Nothing!
Everything! This was kind of a joke.
The whole place smells like it wasn’t cleaned for ears.
Very dirty and the acoustics is horrible. I could hear the neighbors three rooms from me snoring the whole night.
Spiders in the bathroom.

I have no complaints. Just wanted a bed and a food over my head.

Great location, quiet, parking, and a comfy bed

Location good - walking distance from amenities, beach, shopping centers, restaurants, bus and trainlines
Accommodation mostly under renovations - not representing what is advertised on Booking.com. Should actually be removed till completely upgraded/renovated.

Location was very suited to the main street
The shower needs to work and to have hot water tap working.

Within walking distance of the Dart which was 20 mins into Dublin.
I phoned up the day before because I was in the area and thought I'd checkout the parking situation, the lady was rather aggressive on the phone.
The Parking facility was at the back of the property with a 90 degree bend that I had to multi maneuver around as the alleyway was only just wide enough for the car.
The car park itself was a back garden which could only fit two cars comfortable and had scrap and debris lying all around.
The house from the outside looked dirty and was reminiscent of one of those council houses with metallic scrap and debris on the lawn out the back and looked very poorly maintained.
It was like Fort knox to get in and didn't feel very welcoming, once I was let inside the place smelt of stale chinese food, it looked dirty and worn and maintenance was underway.
My room had the only single bed of my 18 day trip. The room was small shabby and once I got me bag in I couldn't move around the room it was that small, The bathroom was even smaller and I couldn't turn around or bendover to get a wash from the sink, it was that tight.
Lying in bed I kept getting woken up the the automatic light in the corridor shining through the badly fitted door, illuminating the room. Each time someone entered the building the door would rattle noisily.
On my day of leaving I got up early so that I could catch the ferry, there was no water from the shower or taps, I had to make my 9 hour journey feeling dirty and tired.

The parking was not very accessab,e, the beds were soft and uncomfortable , there was no hot water for a shower, the place looked very shabby, there was no reception........

Emplacement idéal !
1 seule salle d'eau commune.

No breakfast
Showering facilities on a different floor from our accommodation. Very noisy shower unit. No hot water in the sink in the room , no plug for the sink. Poor standard of cleanliness in the room and corridors. Poor hand washing facilities in the toilet - sink difficult to access, no towel or other means to dry hands

Location was great. Lovely little lodge. Convenient check-in/out process
the decor is very 2000s. The picture of the twin towers really gave us a good laugh. Walls are thin so you can hear everything other visitors say.

Rooms were very shabby.
Check in experience was terrible - no staff, and no email with code to check in sent ahead of time.

It’s very well placed for the DART and local shops as well as harbour . The bed was extremely comfortable , the room was basic but adequate. Quirky chain hanging above bed , and the ground floor loo is tight ! All in all it’s basic but adequate.
The sink was missing a plug ( room 9 ) which made it difficult to wash . The residents car park faced the patio door and through the night whenever there was movement the security floodlights came on and shone into the room . It’s a bit of a rabbit warren of corridors so if your anxious about fire escape ease plan your route , mine would be straight out the patio door :)

Great location and comfortable bed
Room wasn’t cleaned properly, there were chocolate wrappers behind the bedside locker and bathroom floor hadn’t been washed. I could hear the other people in the other bedrooms also. The ceiling in the bedroom needed repair. It was just too expensive for the standard of room.

The location.
The host was informative.
Bed was ok.
The hotel visual description is a lie. The photos are not true. The house is dirty, smells bad, is falling apart!
There is mold in the room. I had to ask if the room was clean? When I arrived it smelled like strong chlorine. We left the room 3 days earlier to another hotel.
There is mold everywhere.
I’m requesting a refund for unprofessional deceptive advertising and unhealthy inadequate room rental for travelers.

Exactly what I needed. Close to the dart.

Location
It needs updating on carpet and paint. And a better way for the man who lives there in the attic to come down. His ladder was right in front of my room.

Only the location is good.
The hotel's condition, no staff service there.

Location was good and one bed was good
No staff on premises only by phone one bed was creaking all the time needs seeing to or replacing as well as shower tray and carpet

Nothing other than the location
This property is filthy dirty and really should not be listed on booking.com. Carpet was filthy (see picture) with exposed wiring. A complete health and safety hazard. The room cost €119 room only for one night and could not wait to get out of there. Staff not friendly. Their supposed parking is a hazard as cars get boxed in.

Not to much bar the friendly host who greeted us on arrival
Room wasnt great, carpet has stains all over it, walls had damp, room smelt of damp, shower wasnt great no power in it at all, show was abit tight to get into and beds wernt the comfiest

The manager Mina was really nice and I liked the check-in and Check-out
The room was smelling cigarettes, the bed sheets were stained so I wasn't sure if it was washed or not, the room and the bathroom wasn't that clean. I found hair in both of them and also in one of the towels (and the other towel was also stained).

I booked Mulgrave Lodge for a couple of friends as I couldn't host them in my house and they were very happy with it. Room was very comfortable.
Nothing to report from their side.

Absolutely nothing!
Walked into room, could barely step inside due to bed being so close to the doorway. Room was tiny, filthy and lacked basic necessities.
Mould on the carpet, on the walls, dark, dank, absolutely disgusting. Not what they are advertising online, not what I expected. The room was so bad we had to leave and find accommodation elsewhere as manager was unhelpful and did not offer to move us, assess the room or offer a refund. A really disappointing end to a long day of travelling.
