This second floor apartment has room to host you and your guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Enter from the front veranda into the living room filled with natural light.
Step into the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. One this floor are four of the five bedrooms - two with king beds and two with queen beds. The back queen bedroom has an en suite bath and offers plenty of privacy featuring an attractive bar, microwave and mini-fridge. This room feels like it's own separate apartment. It leads to our outdoor gardens with an outdoor dining table and seating. Up the spiral staircase you will find a bedroom with a king bed and two twin beds and bath
Offsite Adult Pool & Gym Access
We partner with an offsite resort called the Wonderer which is located in downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Our guests 25+ are able to visit the wonderer. There is a strict age policy, no one under 21 will be permitted (including the pool). Resort features : Olympic size pool (heated in winter) , Poolside Cabana (additional charge), Gym (classes at additional charge) , 2 bars , Restaurant , Private & Shared work space

REPAIRS/INSPECTION: Owner or Owner’s agents shall have access to the leased premises to make necessary repairs. Owner will use its best efforts to provide reasonable notice of any such access. 7. REPAIR REFUNDS: Appliances and amenities are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be given due to breakdown. Repairs will be made by the Owner as soon as practical. 8. SIGHT UNSEEN RENTALS: Tenant should make every effort to pre-inspect the property before executing Lease. Otherwise, Tenant acknowledges and agrees to accept the property in its condition upon commencement of the Lease sight unseen. Pictures on VRBO taken within 8 months or no changes have been made and depicted as picture. 9. LINEN: Owner shall furnish blankets, linens and towels which Tenant shall not remove from the leased premises. 10. RENTABILITY: If the leased premises is destroyed by fire or acts of God so as to be unfit for occupancy either prior to or during the term of the lease, the Owner shall return any prorated share of unused time that may have been paid in advance. The lease shall not terminate as a result of cosmetic or inoperable non-essential appliances. 11. SUBLETTING: The Tenant shall not be permitted to sublet or assign this lease agreement without the written consent of the Owner. 12. DEFAULT: Any default by the Tenant under the terms and conditions of this lease, including but not limited to the failure to pay rent, shall result in the termination of this lease at the option of the Owner and the premises must be vacated immediately with no refund to Tenant. If damage has been done to the leased premises in an amount in excess of any rent or security deposit paid, Tenant shall also be liable for any such damage. 13. CANCELLATION: All cancellations will first fall in policy as set by site. If not within those dates, all requests by the Tenant to cancel this lease must be made in writing. Upon notice of a desire to cancel, Owner shall use its best efforts to re-rent the leased premises. All pre-paid rents or deposits shall be held by Owner until the leased premises are re-rented at the full rental price. If the property is re-rented for the full rental amount, Tenant shall receive a refund of all pre-paid rents or deposits. If the property rents for less then the full rental amount, Tenant shall receive a refund of all pre-paid rents and deposits, less the difference between Tenant’s rental amount of the new rental amount. Prices are not lowered until we are a couple weeks out, at which time, we try to lower the price to allow for better chance to rent and to allow some sort of refund. 14. ACCEPTANCE: This lease must be agreed to which means, by booking, you agree to the terms and conditions of this lease. 15. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit should be considered with total rent due when considering deposit due. Deposit will be refunded by Owner and released to the Tenant after the property has been inspected and in accordance with applicable law UNLESS THE OWNER PROVIDES TENANT WITH WRITTEN NOTICE OF DAMAGE OR OTHER REASONS TO WITHHOLD A RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF THE LEASE TERMINATION DATE. The security deposit shall not be deemed a limit on Tenant’s liability to Owner for any damage to the premises or otherwise. 16. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Do not leave food of any kind outside. For safety reasons, do not sit or lean on the 2nd or 3rd floor piazza railings. Supervise children at all times while on the piazzas. Tenant and his/her guests assume all liability when occupying the piazzas. Please leave doors and windows closed whenever possible due to habitual insects and flying bugs. Any items for use with property should be listed on the site and may need a liability waiver, so waiver must be signed before use of any item on property like kayaks or water items if listed with property. 17.

This 5 BR/5 BA home exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, the courtyard was so great for our group to enjoy happy hour and the end of our evening. The bedrooms and baths were all great for our 5 couples. The porches were great too and even the artwork was great. We are out for every meal so having just a small dining area was no issue for us. Would 💯 recommend!

Lots of outdoor space to sit together; however, many people use the space and it can get crowded. We also had a porch for seating most of us. Living room was pretty small compared to how it looked on line. I was not aware that we had to use a stairwell going to the second floor - I don't know if I missed that or it wasn't clear on the booking; I thought we were on the main floor, plus a room on the second. No outside stairwell to 3rd floor bedroom; had to use the spiral staircase inside. Shower on 3rd floor is very tiny. Water pressure and hot water in showers in most rooms was not good. The kitchen worked well for us, although we had to eat in the living room or outside because of seating. The bedrooms are very large and very pretty. Location and parking are good - about one mile from downtown. Property manager was very helpful. Instructions for checkout are very clear and useful.

Everything was as advertised very clean very convenient very comfortable so many small amenities provided need to buy a thing. The parking was convenient and easy. The outside facilities were as nice as the inside we loved the veranda, and we loved the patio with the fountain and the fire pit.

We loved our stay in Charleston. We had 5 couples with us and this house was perfect! They thought of everything! We enjoyed the outdoors pace and convenience to all that Charleston has to offer. Only complaint was the water pressure in the showers.

We had a wonderful stay at Adams Bennett. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. Great location, easy check in, and exactly like the pictures. We didn’t get to use the beautiful outdoor space as it rained the entire weekend. Thankfully they even had umbrellas for us which made walking around Charleston easier. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location and parking pass was great! Having restaurants and ice cream parlors nearby were a plus. The CART stop was two blocks away which we used daily.
There are several steps to the living quarters. The living room area was hard for 10 girls to comfortably sit and visit. We did love the outside area

Had an amazing time on my daughters bachelorette trip in Charleston and this place added so much to the experience. Being one street over from King Street was perfect and allowed us to relax and unwind. The courtyard is also so beautiful! Jamie was so quick and pleasant when responding to our questions. We hope to be back to Charleston soon and would love to stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was nothing short of wonderful. The host was very accommodating letting us leave our bags in the entryway as we got in much earlier than check in time. She also let us check in as soon as it was ready. The house is very clean, modern amenities, beautiful decorations all with the southern charm! The bathrooms and layout could not be beat! Every girl (12) could not stop talking about how wonderful the house was. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible house for a large group!
I could not have been happier with my stay, we had 12 people in the house and every one had a bedroom. There are 5 showers which was great too, lots of fridge space. We didn’t have to take any Ubers all weekend because it was walking distance from all of King Street. I would definitely book again!

Bachelorette Paradise
I couldn't recommend this property more. It was expertly run, had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay and the communication was amazing. The actual space was impeccable, clean, decorated well and extremely comfortable. We had 6 girls for our trip and each person got their own rooms with their own bathroom. I highly recommend staying here!

Great for a family reunion
We loved the accommodations. So many areas to sit and just catch up, have a drink, and soak up the ambiance. Every room came equipped with a sound machine so we all slept like babies. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything it says it is!
Spacious enough for a multi-generational family of 7, 5 full bathrooms with top-flight amenities (just bring your toothbrush), exceptionally clean, enjoyable to be in when you have downtime, parking for 2 vehicles (very important in Charleston), close to the feature places in Charleston, many within a comfortable walk. In other words, it checks off all the boxes.

The house was perfect for a birthday celebration with nine women, plenty of space to vacation comfortably. The front porch was a great place to relax and catch-up with friends. The location was ideal to walk to shopping and dining. Highly recommend for future celebrations.

Girls 50th Getaway
From the start to the end, this was seamless. They were great to work with, very responsive, we had the privilege of meeting the building owner, Bill, who was fantastic, and our stay was flawless. The location was fantastic and we walked everywhere. The unit itself was very comfortable, updated, clean, welcoming, and perfect for our group of 5 women traveling to celebrate my 50th birthday. They went the extra step making this property feel like home and less like a rental with their outdoor sitting area, pretty ferns hanging on the porches, building a fantastic new courtyard area that will soon be finished, and the landscaping was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms and showers were clean and updated, and we all commented that we'd not only come back again, but highly recommend to friends and family.

Comfortable Stay!
We had 9 adults and 4 kids stay at this wonderful property and we could not be happier! The beds are SOOOOO COMFORTABLE! I would highly recommend this for a large party. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is amazing when multiple families are staying. We hope to come back!

Absolutely perfect!
We stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was just perfect. Jamie was more than accommodating and the house was exactly what we were looking for. The courtyard was a perfect setting for hosting small groups and the house felt like a cozy Charleston home. We can’t wait for our next trip - we will definitely be back!

4 adult brothers with spouses 1 WEEK
We first booked almost 2 years ago for what became the start of COVID. The owner rebooked us a year later. The home is onecof many that he owns. He reinvests into the properties so they were in great condition.
He has some listings that dont require stairs. Make surecyou speak with him and he will make sure the vrbo fits your needs.

Great house for a large group
This rental property was perfect for our group of 10! It was even nicer than the pictures! The bedrooms are all spaced out enough to give you privacy and the small living room was great for us to all spend time together. Location was great, but we did hear loud music until 2am each night coming from the bars and restaurant on King Street. It wasn't a problem for our group but something to consider if you are hoping to get to sleep early.

Wonderful Charleston Accommodations
We had a wonderful three nights at this property over New Year's Eve. The house was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The management was on site and very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood had wonderful restaurants and everything in walking distance. We didn't need a car during our stay and found it very conveniently located. All in all a perfect getaway to Charleston and would definitely stay here again!!

Perfection!
My family rented both sides of this property, 9 bedrooms total, for my nieces wedding and it was perfect! The owners have thought of everything and the manager, Jamie bent over backwards to take care of our additional requests. The property was spotless, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and within walking distance of so many of the beautiful sites in Charleston. We would definitely stay there again. You can't make a mistake staying in this home!
