About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2nd floor oceanfront complex located on the West End of Ocean Isle with spectacular views! We are steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the Isles Restaurant and Beach Club, which is open during season.
We are only 1/2 mile from the very end of the island, and it is a beautiful walk down the beach! Our building is very close to the beach access, and it is easy to go back and forth with small children! We also have two Pack N Plays for use indoors. 3 bedrooms/2 full baths comfortably sleeps 8 people.
Entire condo was recently renovated with new laminate vinyl plank flooring throughout, new paint, new washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances. New master bedroom furniture with king sized bed and new mattress. Cable tv with televisions in living room, Master and Double rooms, as well as DVD players. New granite counter tops in fully stocked kitchen, this unit has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation at Ocean Isle.
Awesome deck furniture on our front porch area, which is covered, so bring a book to read and enjoy the beautiful days and nights or have a drink out on the porch and enjoy the evenings! New deck furniture seating for 4 on balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean view.
Master bedroom opens onto deck. Enjoy the ocean view from the Master bedroom door.
Pool is open year-round.
Bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, and dishcloths are provided, however, you will need to bring beach towels and beach chairs.
Other things to note:
Smoking is not allowed.
Absolutely no pets are allowed.
Complex does not allow golf carts.
Keep the property and furnishings in good order.
Linens and towels are not to be removed from the the property; in the event that they are, a $150.00 fee will be charged.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premise or it’s facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Overall the experience was great. The only negatives were
Master bed is too high w/o steps for short people.
Some low lighting is also needed at the steps on the beach at nighttime.

We had a wonderful time at this clean and well furnished condo at OIB. The host was very attentive and helpful. All beds were comfortable and all appliances were in excellent working order. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very nice and came with the little extras you always forget (laundry soap, cleaners, paper towels, dish and hand soaps etc). Hosts are super nice and checked on us midweek to ask if everything was in good working order. Easy walk to beach and the grandkids had a good time using the pool.

This wonderful property was absolutely incredible for the long Memorial Day weekend with my family and grandkids. The bedrooms and bed configurations fit our needs perfectly! There are ocean views from every room, and the beach and pool are just a minute away. The condo has been updated throughout and was spotless upon our arrival. Paula was an awesome host, and provided thorough communication throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property!

The property was clean, decorated nicely, great amenities such as an ice maker/water dispenser on the fridge. The front and back porch were great to sit on and had a nice view of the ocean. The bedrooms were nice, only thing is the bedroom with twin beds had the washer/dryer in the closet and no space to hang clothes. Overall great space and worked for my family!

This was a beautifully maintained property with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. The property owners were very good communicators and it was very convenient that linens and many other things were provided. We had a great stay!

This condo was lovely. It was updated with cute beach decor and was equipped with all the appliances and necessities we needed to cook with. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on and have coffee or play cards on the high top table with the sound and view of the ocean waves. The beach wasn’t too crowded even during the holiday week. The pool was nice to take a dip in and take a break from the salt water. I love renting a place where you don’t have to bring your own sheets, towels, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, etc. It was all provided. The owner was super helpful with some great tips and information. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was well stocked and very nicely kept. The accessories in the cabinets and closets were an added nicety. There was no parking passes as stated, but we didn't see the need for them. The height of the master bed was a little annoying, but provided entertainment watching a short nanny attempt to get in bed. Also would recommend changing the direction of the vent in the 2nd bath to up to stop freezing the patrons as they get out of the bath. These may sound a little nit picking, but it would make for a more enjoyable stay! We really had a great time there.

I have to say while this condo isn't oceanfront it is an absolutely lovely condo that does have a nice oceanview. Everything was decorated beautifully and updated. They even had box fans in the bedrooms for those that need that little extra to sleep! I would definitely return!

We loved this condo! It worked great for my family of 4 (3 & 5 year olds) and my wife’s parents. It is a great location with a nice walk to the end of the island. The condo was in great condition, plenty of room for all of us. Fantastic view from the balcony that we enjoyed every morning and night. The owners were great to deal with and immediately responded to me when I had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property was beautiful! Newly renovated, very clean, well accommodated so you can pack less. Very close to the beach and a beautiful beach view from the porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing! Large comfortable master king, and ample space for my teens in the other two rooms. We would definitely rent this property again!

Ocean Isle vacation 2022
Our family had a wonderful vacation! The location of the condo was so convenient to the beach and pool and not to far from anywhere you would need to go. The condo was so clean, updated and decorated so nice. They have everything you need and more. My kids loves that they had games for the kids to play! The owners were great to deal with they answered quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be back to stay again!! We love OIB!!

Enjoyed a long weekend in late September with our 2 adult children. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the small balcony/porch. Enjoyed morning tea and late afternoon cocktails on the porch. The porch is rather small with seating at a small table for only 2 and a rocking chair, so all 4 of us couldn't eat out there. There is another table for 4 on the front, but with no view of the ocean - only the parking lot. The weather was pleasant enough and there was a screen door on the master bedroom allowing us to leave the door open and hear the ocean at night which I love! Would recommend a screen door in the living area as well so that door could be left open when the weather is nice. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of games and beach items: beach chairs, boogie boards, corn hole, bocce, umbrellas, etc. The beds were comfortable enough for a long weekend though the master bed did dip slightly to the center. The decor is cute and beachy and the bathrooms appeared to have some newer fixures and shower curtains. Appreciated the extra shelving above the toilet for toiletries and such.

This end of the island is relatively quiet and is a short walk to the end of the island where there is an inlet and view of Sunset Beach. There are many grocery stores and restaurants a very short drive away.
The owners were very responsive to questions and very accomodating to requests. Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of chairs, beach provisions and toys for the kids to play with in the storage locker. If you are a golfer, there are 6-7 courses within 20 minutes to play. My only recommendation for the owners would be to get a king sized bed for the master bedroom. Anyone used to a king sized bed just feels a little cramped in a queen sized bed. And since the point of vacation is to relax, why not make that bed as comfortable as possible.

Relaxing family trip
Overall, loved the condo as the location is super close to beach & view is beautiful. It was so nice having the closet full of beach chairs, boards, etc. Having 2 full baths was also awesome & much needed for our group. Only complaint was none if the mattresses were very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We were pleased with the apartment and its location. Internet did not work the first day. There was an issue with the company. I contacted the owner Paula and she was very responsive. She immediately put us in contact with the internet company and the service was restored the following day. The apartment was clean and very well stocked!
