Whether you're in St Andrews for its world-class golf courses, stunning beach front, ancient university or just visiting, this lovely and modern duplex apartment situated in a safe housing development offers all the comforts of home with modern furniture throughout. A spacious open plan living space, designer Bosch/AEG kitchen, Porcelanosa bathroom and stunningly appointed bathrooms, outside seating area with picnic bench / Weber gas BBQ and 2 complimentary parking spaces.

We had a really enjoyable stay in St Andrews for three days around my son’s University graduation. The accommodation was excellent and very handy to get into town.
The only thing worth pointing out, if someone in your group has mobility issues, there is a steep set of stairs (13) to get into the property. It was also hard to get into the bath to access the shower. There is a breakfast bar with barstools and for somebody with mobility issues, these were challenging to manage. There is no traditional dining room table.
The check-in and checkout process were very easy. The welcome basket was lovely! All in all a great experience. Thank you.

The house is in a quiet are of St Andrews only 10 minutes walk from the town and 15 from the Old course. It was a perfect location for us and our 2 dogs. The home is the best equipped I have ever stayed at. Everything has been thought of. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

Great location
The apartment is very close to the town centre and modern / well equipped. Although it could sleep 6, wouldn’t recommend for more than 4 as there is only one bathroom. No dining table - only the breakfast bar. No freezer - not even an icebox inside the fridge for cool box blocks. We had a great week in St Andrew’s and the apartment is easy walking distance to the town / beaches / pier etc.

This was our second visit to the apartment and just as good as the first, the location is super close to the main streets and the apartment has everything you need for a great stay. This is now our go to place when staying in St Andrews.

Superb St Andrews staycation
Great position (just a short walk to the East Sands beach & town) with plenty car parking.
Fantastic accommodation - immaculate, comfortable, beautifully furnished & extremely well equipped (they've truly thought of everything.....including rucksacks, golf brollies, thermos mugs for hot/cold drinks, a selection of games, ice & coffee machines, wine coolers) Only things we didn't use were the barbecue, as there are so many fab restaurants within walking distance, & the bathroom scales.......also because there are so many fab restaurants in walking distance!!! 😱😁
Only slight downside is there is only one bathroom but that is really all!
From booking onwards it was a great experience & we enjoyed it very much. We would love to return sometime.

Great accommodation in a good location
The apartment has been done to a very high standard with quality fittings. It's in a quiet location though only a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Plus free parking. The welcome pack went down well too.

St Andrews
A great find minutes from the centre of St Andrews, the interior decor, fittings and amenities are of the highest order and the owners have thought of everything even down to the rucksacks at the front door for you to use during your stay. The kitchen is well fitted with plentiful supply of everything you will need even tubs for your picnic. The building may not look much from the exterior however you will not be disappointed when you make it inside.

Great Escape
Nicklaus is a beautifully furnished and equipped holiday home, complete with all mod-cons. Property makes the most of the available space, with very well equipped kitchen and neat breakfast bar that happily fits six adults. Good storage to accommodate 4 sets of clubs plus wetsuits. Everything pristine and in as-new condition. We may even have christened the excellent Weber barbecue!
Location brilliant - 2 mins to park for the boys; 5 mins from town centre and seafront.

A little gem in St Andrews
We booked a very last minute stay at this property and were completely happy with our 3 day stay. The property is very well located with max 10 minute walks to either the beach or the centre of town. Good parking access too.
The property is remarkably well equipped - there wasn’t one thing we looked for that wasn’t supplied. There was a welcome basket for our arrival, which was a lovely personal touch. There is very high attention to detail with regard to what a potential holiday maker to St Andrews might need - rain or shine. Plenty of games and reading material, although we didn’t attempt to recreate anything from the Claridge’s recipe book! Backpacks and umbrellas available and lots of containers to use if you want to take off with a picnic for the day.
The property had also been cleaned to a very high standard prior to our stay, with plenty of cleaning/sanitising products available for use during our stay.
The bedrooms were spacious enough with plenty of storage. Beds a little on the firm side, but that didn’t detract from our stay. Bed Linen and Towels are very good quality.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in St Andrews. Our only regret was that we hadn’t booked for longer!
