Einfaches Gästezimmer bei sehr angenehmen Gastgebern

Wer die Beschreibung gelesen hat dem ist klar, dass es sich um ein Gästezimmer mit einfacher Ausstattung handelt - und wird nicht enttäuscht sein, im Gegenteil: - sehr nette und angenehme Gastgeber (ink. Katze und zwei Hunden) - gutes Frühstück - kostenfreies und stabiles WLAN / WiFi - gute Lage, Läden, Restaurants und Metro ins Zentrum fußläufig (alles in 5 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen) - kostenfreies Parken (Achtung, das Wohngebiet liegt innerhalb der LEZ - Registrierung des Fahrzeugs erforderlich) - Ladestationen für E-Autos in unmittelbarer Nähe

short stay in green district

nice and very quiet part of Brussels, which is well connected with the centre through a variety of public transport. Hosts are very kind and do their utmost for visitor's comfort.

there is nothing particularly negative. Some may find it less convenient to use shared bathroom and have cat in the house, but it has its charm.

The location was a bit far from the closest metro station. And because of the slopes, it was hard for me to reach there with a big baggage.

Very good

Was very cosy. Authentic house with very friendly owners and their 2 doggies. Nice breakfast . The area is great for some peace and quiet. Felt like visiting locals, not a hotel, I recommend it The only thing to consider is that it is a bit far from centrum. From central station you need to take a metro and then a 17 min walk. The walk goes through a park though so that's pleasant.

Wonderful cozy place with really nice and helpful owners 😊 Location is quite nice with view to the garden. Very quiet and nice to rest. Bonus: could pet the pets 😍

What you need to know is that it's not a hotel - it's more of a guesthouse where you have contact with the owners. I really liked the hosts, they are good people and it was good to talk to them. The place is in a relatively good location (usually a bus from the center or underground + bus, also there are usually electric scooters around so you can speed up getting to the metro station or the bust stop) - also, the area is definitely a safe neighborhood which seems not to be the case with many other cheap places to stay in Brussels. Also - it's quiet! The place is clean, the breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Ps. There are some cute doggos on site.

Minor details - the temperature in the room could be higher (it was January) and the "road" to the toilet from the room is a pretty long one.

The hosts are very kind and they also have 2 cute dogs. There is a small garden in the backyard that you can access.

Bathroom is partly upstairs (sink and shower) and partly downstairs. It is also shared with everyone else in the house and you have to go through the living room in order ro reach the toilet.

Fine for a calm overnight

Nice and quiet location near the park. Patricia was very kind and helpfull. I didn't have the time to use it but the little garden looked very pleasant. Comfortable that you can park your car close to the house. Breakfast was ok.

The toiletroom downstairs (especially not easy at night). A shared bathroom is not a problem for me but would feel more comfortable with a key at he door when I realised there was another guest at the same time. The house is a bit noisy because of light walls and doors.

The people was very friendly. Really nice. But this is not a place for business trips.

No WiFi and its not a hotel or guest house. This is a room in a house where you share everything with the owners. Not good value for money.
