Great hotel suite. Will stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Central to downtown Boise and only a few minutes drive/uber to BSU. Perfect location with spacious rooms.

Hotel was great but don’t expect to charge your vehicle unless you want to pay a ridiculous sum.

Room was modern and well designed and the breakfast was good.

We selected the hotel because it had EV charging but the EV charging was so ridiculously expensive that we had to leave to get normal priced charging.

We will probably book with this hotel in the future because we had a positive experience.

It was easy to get from the hotel back to the interstate. The parking garage was nice because we had bikes and a kayak we didn’t want left out in public parking. The rooms were large and clean.

We had to adjust our kayak so we could fit in the parking garage. Also, there wasn’t any conditioner in the shower. We paid an extra $25 for incidentals, like overnight parking, so the we were hoping at least the bathroom would be stocked with basic toiletries.

Our stay was amazing and we will definitely be coming back!

Our room was very clean. I liked how there were full size lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The room was spacious and good for a family. I also liked how the tv had an option to log into Netflix! My family enjoyed the breakfast!

Nice accommodations, friendly staff, breakfast could be better and a bit over priced.

The room amenities were nice, staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean.

The hot breakfast options were not very good quality and taste wise, elevator wasn't working and we were on the top floor - very inconvenient and the price was much more than I expected it would be - hotel customers should not have to pay extra to park.

Great location breakfast could be better for the price.

The hotel was very friendly and the location was perfect!

The breakfast needed a swift make over. It was basic but nothing was very fresh. I did leave my brand new shirt in the room and called 3 times and no one seems to have found it.

Great room, great pool, but parking was a pain in the neck.

Very clean, great pool for kids, great breakfast!

The parking garage is very difficult for larger vehicles and is full most of the time!

We had a very comfortable stay, very nice staff.

Downtown, near Boise State.

We came for graduation at Boise State. Convenient access especially with the local Bronco Bus that picks people up a block away for free. Breakfast had a lot of variety, the waffle bar was amazing. The hardboiled eggs were really good. But the pre-made food (breakfast sandwhiches, etc) were not very edible. Me and the kids both ended up throwing most of it away. The gym was nice. The nearby downtown restaurants were very good. (The Fork and the Steakhouse up the street)

The two biggest cons for me was (1) Beds were super uncomfortable and (2) Parking was expensive and when I arrived they threatened my EV charging if I left it for more than a certain time I would get a ticket. I understand not to have your vehicle hog a charger, but anybody that knows how long it takes to charge in the cold knows that it is variable. They said they have no control over the ticketing because someone else owns the parking lot....frustrating. Also, wish there was a hot tub, mostly just a kid-friendly pool.

The best stay of our trip

Home2 Suites by Hilton was the perfect location. The onsite parking, although chargeable was a bonus. Its proximity to the downtown area only one block away for lots of great bars and restaurants and the area felt very safe. We arrived quite early after a long drive and my husband was feeling slightly unwell, so Madi on reception gave us some water and as soon as a room was available she checked us in. The rooms are so big and clean and comfortable and although well equipped we didn't use the kitchette facilities but we did take advantage of the complimentary laundry. Great breakfast too with a choice of hot or cold and the breakfast area was well supplied and very clean. Overall the best stay of our trip

Was too challenging to get housekeeping, we notified them at 8am but were told it had to be requested the day before ? At check in we were told as long as it was before 10 am they could do it, if check out is at 11 then wouldn’t they still be out and available to clean rooms ?

I will be staying there again. It’s pretty amazing stay.

Breakfast is always great. We love to stay at this hotel. Specially with the inside pool warm water. Has a little kids area. They love to stay there. It’s amazing!

Restful and peaceful, and the property is one of the best locations in the downtown area.

We eat a plant-based diet and did not participate in your breakfast offerings, other than an English muffin w/peanut butter and honey. My husband reported that the kids were enjoying making their own waffles and/or pancakes. We have stayed at this property at least 4 times, and have never been disappointed. We will be back, as we periodically have business in Boise. Great staff!!! :-)

Can't think of anything that would have been an improvement to our experience.

It was ok. I only had a bagel and an apple because I had to get on the road. The other food look ok, had the processed food look.

It would have been better if it opened at 5:30 instead of 6 so I could have tried more sit down types of food.

Very clean, spacious room and friendly staff.

Would have been nice to have a bar/food options on site other than breakfast. Breakfast was average to above average, staff there was friendly. Room was much bigger than expected or needed. I don't remember asking for the kitchenette. Maybe all rooms have it. Very spacious overall room. Shower was a little odd to have all the ADA accommodations. The bench over the tub would have been nice to be able to remove or lift it out of the way. Didn't bother us, didn't need it, but happy they offer it for those that do need it. Hope we didn't take that room from someone with ADA needs.

Very nice, just a couple tweaks and 5 star.

Clean and very nice staff. Close to many restaurants and shops. Definitely a place to bring your kids.

No hot tub. The pool is made for kids, and that’s great. However, after a long drive I was looking forward to sitting in a hot tub while my child played in the pool.
