The great charm of this house are the welcoming touches provided by the hosts. Although we did not meet them, they had left lots of items for breakfast, a super coffee maker and other utilities, and everything that made you think of home. It was absolutely spotless. Their instructions for a access were great. We know the area well so it is very central - Union Place is right beside the railway station.
Highly recommended.
Check out is a little early at 10.00am.

The house was super clean. The kitchen utensils, crockery, pots pans unreal. The presses had tea coffee cereals spices washing tablets dishwasher tabs ....you name it....was in the v well stocked kitchen. We didnt get to use the fire but lots of kindling, firelighters & coal. We use booking.com for house rentals at home & abroad & definitely the best stocked kitchen ever. Lots of towels in bathrooms.
Nothing really..... we were there Sat & Sun night so noise from traffic in front bedroom minimal but maybe on week days might be bad. No free parking outside during day but host gave details where to park before 6pm. Like everywhere in Ireland the cost of 2 nights even if w/e nights a bit steep...but the quality of house & location ...amazing.

This is a delightful terrace house about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sligo. With a supermarket next door & a range of parking options, it was a great place to stay. The owners were very helpful in providing lots of good advice about local restaurants, music venues, shops & other things to do. The house was well fitted out with everything you could need…including local art on the walls. We had a great stay.

The host left fresh bread milk jams and marmalade butter cereals, so so good and finest quality
Don't have one complaint, it was just perfect and everything they said it would be - even had a beautiful Christmas Tree in the living room.
Highly recommend it to all !!
Absolutely an amazing unique and beautiful home

it felt like a home, not just the typical rental holiday house

Clean, comfortable with easy to understand controls for heating and hot water.
Well stocked kitchen .
WiFi in kitchen was poor but there is a desk in the living room to work at.
4.8
great location! nicely appointed.
some initial trouble getting the WiFi to work, but the host came right over and got it straightened out.

very near the centre
not the best view from the house but that didn’t matter

Gorgeous cosy house, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Bed were v comfortable with crisp white sheet, plenty of throws, cushions & pillows. Plenty of hot water and towels provided too. Kitchen fully equipped with everything u could possibly need. The hosts obviously put a lot of thought into how to make guests as comfortable as possible, from supplying tea, coffee, milk and bread for a cuppa to having fire set and umbrellas to borrow on rainy days. Will definitely return.
Loved the house and location, however I'm very light sleeper and was more comfortable sleeping in the bedroom at the back of house.

The house was spotlessly clean & well equipped - a short walk to a host of great pubs & restaurants in the town centre. The owners had left fresh bread, mike, tea & coffee which was great. Wifi worked well also.

Loved the location, right in the middle of town.
Very well equipped, with all the basics covered.
Very attentive hosts.

I couldn’t fault the property

Traffic noise was a little bothersome

Great location, comfortable, clean.

Newly refurbished house, nicely decorated...
Poor parking space
4.8
The space of a whole house, nice and clean, cooking facilities, being able to have a wood fire(!), and having the station next door is extremely convenient.
The hosts leave a comprehensive guide to activities, bars and restaurants, which was a good read. (Why not include some local food shops too. Lidl's not the only grocer in town.)
Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
Hearing the sound of the neighbour's tv through the wall in the sitting room.

The house was spotless, warm and everything we needed was there. Very central location...couldn't find any faults.

When the cleaner arrived shortly after 10 o'clock, I explained that I was unaware that we had to check out by ten. I said that we would appreciate an extra hour for each of us to shower and get packed up. The cleaner agreed. Within moments I received a phone call from the owner who stated he had been told by the cleaner that we were refusing to leave the property! I explained the actual situation and asked for a half an hour for us to have a quick shower before and pack but this was refused. The landlord explained that guests were due to to check in that afternoon at 4pm and the property would need to be thoroughally cleaned before that. Very disappointed about the inflexibillity of the host. The owner waited outside in his car until to ensure we all left as quickly as possible.

Host had supplies in for us. Nice touch.
Bed comfortable but noisy. Also I found it hard to sleep with traffic noise early. Remote control hard to manage especially for husband.

A spotless comfortable house in Sligo town. Well equipped and generously supplied with tea, coffee, milk, bread, jam and cereals, much appreciated.
A couple of tiny constructive suggestions for the owners - mirrors in bedrooms would be a great addition, and there seemed to be a two hour restriction on parking next door at Lidl during the day. Not a bother for us as we were out all day during our stay.
We would come back to the property next time we visit Sligo and would highly recommend.

Very clean, ideal for family. Loads of utensils etc in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds.

The house itself is truly lovely - really tastefully decorated with great space in the kitchen and living room. The hosts Chris and Collette provide many wonderful touches like umbrellas to use (very useful in Ireland :-), a breakfast package, a spice rack and helpful information about restaurants and things to do in the area. The location of house is excellent - easy walking distance to Sligo town and to the nearby Lidl if you need a quick grocery run. There's also a modern TV, relaxing showers and nice heating. It was our favorite house to stay in on our trip out of four rental houses - we wished we could have stayed longer. Strongly recommend!
