Regular, ni lo mejor, ni lo peor.

El trato de las recepcionistas no recuerdo los nombres pero las chicas muy muy amables, serviciales. El venezolano súper amable, servicial y guapo.

Pueden mejorar, Pintura de la infraestructura Habitación de damas con cortinas en las ventanas Espejos, espacio amblios para la ropa.

El peor hostal en el que he estado en mi vida

El peor hostal en el que he estado en toda mi vida. Cucarachas en todas las estancias: dentro de la cama, en la cocina, la ducha, el lavabo. Los baños sucísimos, la cocina peor, no hay utensilio que estuviese limpio. El staff bastante decepcionante y antipáico, sólo Edward fue amable y estaba ahí para cualquier duda. Las camas y sábanas sucias llenas de pelos. La habitación privada sin baño privado mide 1m², parece una habitación carcelaria. Sin ventilación ni espacio para nada. Muy cara la habitación para lo que es. Horrible. Lo único bueno es la ubicación del hostal, cerca de la zona de bares y del parque El Poblado. No recomendaría a nadie este hostal jamás.

Die Kosten für die Übernachtung wird hier doppelt in Rechnung gestellt!!! Keine Weiterempfehlung!!

ACHTUNG !!! Obwohl man die Übernachtung BAR bezahlt hat und in der Unterkunft übernachtet hat, erhält man einige Tage später eine Mail, dass SIE in der Unterkunft nicht erschienen sind. Somit müsste die Unterkunft die Übernachtung erneut in REchnung stellen. Also buchen SIe den gleichen Betrag nochmal von der Kreditkarte ab!!! Deshalb kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!!! Ersparen sie sich einfach diesen Ärger.

Not worth it.

It was cheap.

The dorms only have one plug for charging purposes, and there are 4 people per room so two of them are not gonna have access to electricity at all. Women’s bathroom was mostly clean but men was disgusting and the showers always clogged and you feet get wet from that dirty water why you shower. The room only has one small fan and it doesn’t turn in all directions, so only one person will have the fun and again there are 4 ppl per dorm so not cool. There were roaches in the room. Some guest are nasty and the workers do not do anything about it, my roommate didn’t change clothes for 3 days and he would eat in the bed. The whole room had a nasty nasty small, we had to sleep with the door open to get some air because I was getting dizzy of the smells and hot weather with one poor broken fan. Also the metro station is like 20 min walk and uphill not too close tbh

Nothing good or positive to say about this hostel, maybe that it is kinda cheap but does it worth?

The Stuff, the beds and the cockroaches ( a lot) The administration is incompetent and she thinks that is above the clients, with a really bad mood and bad human and customer service skills, at least they would have the minimum human skills to be working there, but NO The receptionist girl at the morning always has a bad disposition to help and work there, it looks she always had colics, she should be removed from customer service, she has not skills to help others

un lugar genial que te queda en pleno centro del poblado , cerca del parque el poblado, la amabilidad del personal de panela es lo mejor,estan dispuesto siempre ayudarte y son muy cordiales. soy viajero solo y me quede en una habitación doble,: todo bien , el bano , la cama y en general la habitacion estaba limpia con sus toallas y tv. el precio lo mejor en mi caso ....

-One woman is very friendly from Bogota that works there. -Cheap -good location

- One worker there never smiled or tried to make conversation made me feel very uncomfortable -Quite a dull feeling in the hostel not many people speak to each other. But I guess that happens when the receptionist won't even talk to you.

Don't spend your money!

The room is in very bad condition: old furniture, bad mattress, hole in the door, creepy walls, smells moisture, little light. Lots of noise from the street, it is a very party area. We could stay 15 minutes before we booked another hotel. Could not sleep there, we felt too bad inside.

Very social hostel

We stayed here twice because it's in a really great location and it's well priced for a dorm bed. The first time we stayed here was better than the second mostly due to the different rooms we were put in. The first room was on the bottom floor and although there were no windows it was quite a comfortable room in terms of temperature. However the second room was on the top floor and it was extremely hot especially on the top bunks. But in saying that the kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are kept clean, there is also really nice social areas on the top and bottom floor which we liked. So it's just the luck of the draw on the room situation.

Top bedroom is too hot.

the room is disgusting, full of bugs and cockroaches, smells really bad and there are holes in the door and the bathroom door doesn’t close. and also the apartments are not at the same address as the reception. you need to walk 3 minutes
