Peaceful, lovely, cosy. Such a nice place, well appointed and decorated.
Nowt at all! Perfect all around

A cute little outbuilding with everything we needed for a winter weekend break. the host had catered for everything and the house and key were easy to find. We had the perfect amount of privacy away from the main house but from the lovely comments from previous guests, the host are more then welcoming should you need to ask them anything
If I really had to choose something, and really nitpicking, the view of a ploughed field isn't exactly idyllic but absolutely not the fault of the host or the building. I would expect the field to be amazing when full of crops and in any case, the sunrise from the gable window was still a perfect way to wake up before breakfast

Great location for getting to all the local attractions and for direct walks on The Warren
4.5
Great facilities, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & fridge/freezer.
The owners have also provided clear instructions for the wifi & Amazon fire stick & the gardens/views are lovely!
The heating took a long time to warm up as the heaters are on a timer which can be over-ridden.
There were a few creepy crawlies in the bathroom & cupboard but it’s a rural location though!

Hosts had kindly left a welcome pack of crisps, wine & fresh milk. House was well equipped & comfy. Nice quiet location
Shower room with toilet was incredibly small & a tight squeeze to get between the sink & a hot towel rail. Not ideal at all.
4.5
Lovely little cottage in peaceful setting overlooking fields. Nicely decorated with a seaside theme. Good off road parking. Heating is on timers and it was plenty warm enough (April stay). Well equipped kitchen.
Nothing, we could easily have stayed longer! Just a note for stays of a week or longer...bring a few coathangers. There is plenty of storage in drawers under the bed but not so much hanging. Also for longer stays, no washing machine.

The property was very clean and warm and had everything we needed.
The bathroom is a little cramped but the shower worked well.

quiet, clean and comfortable
A bit cold when we arrived and there was a lot of condensation in the floor in the bedroom.

the location was very quiet, with a great view across the fields, very relaxing
TV reception was very poor

Excellent and friendly hosts, nicely furnished and equipped property. Very tranquil setting and a great location to explore this lovely part of the world.
Not much. Maybe an access problem for people with mobility issues as the property is 50 yards or si from the road and is approached across shingle paths.

A sunny, private garden, good wi-fi, free parking and an excellent location for travelling around the area. Nice pub within walking distance. Comfortable bed, and a well equipped kitchen. The bed linen was lovely!
5.00 pm check in was a bit too late really. Bathroom a little small, but still fine considering the size of the property.

Very comfortable, lovely garden to sit in. Good location.
The weather was good and it was very bright in the morning, I get woken by the dawn sun so I blackout curtains would have been really helpful.

Little House with a big heart! We booked Little House the night before arriving when our air b'n'b host let us down, yet the house was spotless and there was a welcoming gift on arrival and flowers from the garden. The space is cosy, light and warm, peaceful and quiet while being well connected for exploring the local area by bike and car and is near a local bus route (not sure how regular it is). The friendly owners have really thought about the details which make a really comfortable stay, from hooks in the right place for towels and coats to kitchen utensils, good mattress, great shower, fold-out table, good broadband, lighting in the pathway leading to the house, local maps in the bookshelf, outside seating in a lovely private garden space overlooking the countryside beyond, Amazon fire stick and DVDs. We'd definitely stay again.

Spacious kitchen/diner/living area, nice outdoor space, friendly hosts, treats on arrival, and good pub/restaurant within easy walking distance.
The shower room/loo is small, the TV signal wasn't good, and the check in time is rather late (5pm).

A lovely place to stay a a beautiful setting.
Although I admit that the check-in and check out times were displayed prior to booking I found a 5pm check-in time and a 10am check-out time a little to restrictive. I could have paid £25 to either check in by 3pm or check out by midday, but felt that would have made the overall stay too expensive. I think this is down to the company managing the property, rather than the owners and I had no complaints about the owners or the property itself.

Location. well equipped and comfortable.
surprised that there was not a microwave. It would be a good addition.
