Impeccable renovation in this gated oceanfront oasis, Beachwood Place(tranquil small community environment with only 24 units). Located in the heart of the Coligny Beach/Plaza area.
This villa has been stunningly redone from ceiling to floor. This beautiful seaside escape is walking distance to The Tiki Hut, restaurants, boutiques, bars, The Lowcountry Celebration Park, and numerous outdoor attractions. Large pool with abundance of lounge chairs and barbeque area with tables and chairs. Private access to beach and shower station. One minute walk to pool, 2 minutes to one of most beautiful white sand beaches on Hilton Head Island (Coligny).
2 bedroom, 2 bath, naturally lit open floor plan sleeps 6 comfortably. 1st floor location means no waiting for elevator. Kitchen has quartz countertops, new high end stainless appliances, counter height table and chairs, coffee center with Keurig and drip coffee maker. Villa is fully stocked with all new furnishings, one of the few units with in unit washer/dryer (additional laundry on each floor). Living area and both bedrooms have smart TV’s for streaming. Villa has high speed internet and cable. Charming patio with views of the ocean with access from living room and master suite. Master suite has king bed and bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has extra long twin over queen bunk and separate bath. Hop on the free Breeze Trolley outside the complex gate. Located on the bike path and a bike rack is on the property.

We had such a fantastic time during our stay at this rental. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh and contemporary decor. The unit was very clean, which I personally appreciate. And we were grateful that it came with enough supplies for us to get started for the week. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The location was perfect. We were on Coligny Beach but away from the most crowded part. There was music every night at the tiki hut close to the condo but it was never loud or bothersome. We sat on our deck each night to listen to the performers. The condo was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Before going to the store, be sure to check all the supplies that are already in the condo. There were garbage bags there as well as paper towels, toilet paper, all kinds of spices, laundry detergent, and even shampoo and conditioner. It saved us from having to purchase these items. There was also plenty of beach gear- beach towels, beach toys, chairs, a wagon, and a large beach shade that was wonderful in the heat. We really enjoyed our trip- you will too!

Very lovely place on the beach. The villa was immaculate and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The pool was never crowded and the villa seemed hid away from all the crowds, yet close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. We made use of their beach chairs, canopy, and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely go back again. Thank you Larry for a smooth check in and relaxing vacation week!

This condo was absolutely amazing. My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for 20+ years and this was the most equipped condo we have stayed in. It was very clean, close to the ocean and pool, and close to coligny. We will definitely be staying there again!

During our 10-stay at Larry and Sally‘s beautiful condo, we were continually delighted with the well appointed kitchen, and all the amenities provided. Nothing was overlooked. The decor was simple and tasteful. Its proximity to Coligny Beach and the plaza with its restaurants and shopping was ideal. We enthusiastically recommend this lovely condo.

Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 13) spent the past week in HHI at Larry and Sally’s beachside condo. It was absolutely perfect and was a true home away from home. The condo’s updated status made it extremely appealing, warm, and comfy. The added beach accessories allowed us all the fun at the beach we wanted without having to lug our own along. Larry was a great host, responding to my texts in a timely manner to ensure we had the best vacation possible. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is clean and updated. So nice! Larry was a great host. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our kids also loved the Adventure Park (also walking distance). The complex is 24 units which makes this a wonderful and quiet place…never a crowd at the pool. We’ve already booked next year!

We couldn't have been happier with this condo, location or friendliness of the owners! Super clean and updated, you can walk to so many shops, our favorite HHI playground and restaurants and you're still right on the beach. We loved the small gated community and the pool was never crowded. This is the perfect spot for a family!

We had a great one week stay. The condo was clean and provided all the necessary items for our stay. Beds were comfy. We had plenty of room for our family of six. (4 children under 10). Noise level was never an issue. Walking distance to Adventure Park, Coligny Plaza. Lots to do within a 5 min walk. Beach access right outside the condo. We would definitely rent again the next time we visit HHI.

You cannot go wrong with renting happy place! Outstanding! The location is simply outstanding- you are right at Coligny Plaza and everything else is like a 5 minute drive. Larry made a fan of me with using a Shibumi tent - that thing is the real deal on the beach with 25+ winds! Awesome kitchen and freezer had tons of ice. The bed was super comfy and there place is super clean. Constructive criticism- need a nice lazy boy to compliment that nice couch. Thank you for a terrific week and we will be back!

This property has everything you need. The beach chairs, towels, wagon were a huge bonus for us with kids. We did bring our own beach tent, but they had one there too! Will hopefully stay there again in the future.

The condo was beautiful, updated, spotless, and had everything you could need, plus enough storage for clothes etc. Larry was a pleasure and very easy to work with. The location of the condo was perfect, you could walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza easily. Although we did not use the pool, the location was very nice, at the back of the complex with ocean views. And it was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. We would love to stay here again!

This property exceeded my expectations. Not only is it as pictured on the website but it has been thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest would need - lovely dishes, linens, towels and various coffees. The hosts were extremely responsive. The location is terrific and the beach out front is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property!

I'm so happy Larry and Sally's beach home was our getaway for the week! Beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained and perfectly stocked with the necessities. Location was perfect, allowing for convenient access to the beach, bike rentals, restaurants and shopping. Communication was easy even when we wanted to extend our stay an additional day. We will definitely be back and have already referred this location to family, friends and clients.

This was an R&R extended weekend trip for my husband and I to spend with our son and his girlfriend who will be graduating from the College of Charleston. We arrived a day ahead of the kids to find everything even better than described. When the kids got there the couldn’t stop raving about how well it was laid out and use of space maximized; they’re currently apartment hunting so they’re keyed into that. Our hosts thought of everything, I mean everything, to make it an exceptional stay. The in unit washer/dryer combo was a bonus and we made good use of it. Delightfully subtle coastal decor, top notch amenities (the guys were happy to watch the MS/U of M game in the big tv. Picture quality was excellent), state of the art bathroom dehumidifier wall switches and Heat/AC units, and the location was superb; on the beach in minutes flat and easily walkable to Coligny Circle. Beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, bathrooms were spotless and the balcony was THE spot to have morning coffee and listen to the birds and ocean surf. Cannot recommend this “happy place” enough!

My wife and I stayed at Sally and Larry's "Beach Happy Place" and were delighted with our accommodations. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally well stocked, a very short walk from an amazing beach, comfortable beds, and wonderful showers made our stay memorable. While we didn't need any additional assistance, our hosts made it clear that they were ready, willing, and able to assist us. We will return!
