Wonderful, clean house with very comfortable beds. Kitchen is well-equipped and great to stay in and cook. Basement area was fun for kids, but needs a little TLC. Outdoor area was our favorite and we spent most of time out there. Do king our boat and jet skis was easy and we enjoyed swimming off of the dock. The patio area definitely needs a power wash and cushions could use a cleaning. But that’s just being picky!! We would
definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and accurately represented on the site. There are plenty of beach towels and the starter package was great! The coffee machine during our stay was a Kuerig with both the k-cup and full pot brew feature. There is a Publix within a few minutes away for all your needs. We all had a great time in the evenings with the throw-back Wii - bowling and playing tennis.
Watch the 4th step down going into the water as it could use being replaced. The door to storage could you a lock/latch. We almost lost grandma down those stairs when she leaned against "the wall" to catch her breath not knowing it was a door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was close to grocery store and the cove was great for swimming and kayaking. We brought our boat and kept it at the dock. We also enjoyed the covered bar at the dock to get out of the sun. The house was very clean, beds comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked the house for our biys lacrosse tournamnet weekend so after their games we could enjoy time on the lake . Although the weather was not the best we still were able to take our boat out to explore the lake with the kids. It was a great long weekend of relaxation and games ! Perfectly paired . The house had everything we needed and the communication with the management company was excellant!

The property was spacious and there were plenty of cooking implements available to make just about anything you would want. The only downside was that the water did not get very hot. Since it was getting a bit cooler outside it would have been nice if the water heater was turned up. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had a great time! The backyard and dock area is what makes this place. There was plenty to do for the kids and adults. Only downside- tv at dock didn’t work and basement needs some updating. Other than that, it was great! Lots of rafts are supplied and life jackets, which was super nice

Everything was great. Great location, clean, relaxing. I would suggest 2 large trash receptacles as we arrived the day the trash was picked up and left before the following pickup so our trash was too full for just one receptacle. Nothing negative to say and can’t wait to come back!

Upon arriving at the property the code given to us did not work so we had to wait for a code to open the door. After getting into the house we noticed a egg or sulfur smell in the bathroom off of the kitchen. It lingered in that area and the kitchen the entire time. At one point 3 of the toilets were not working. They were not clogged but would not flush. I think the septic obviously needed to be pumped. The day after we arrived an employee from southern charm dropped by and said that the neighbors told them we were over our limit with people staying at the house and that we had two dogs on the property. We were not over our limit of people. We were unsure if the neighbors were watching us the entire time or there were cameras in the house. It was a very uncomfortable feeling the rest of the time there. They threatened us that if we did not find somewhere else for the dogs to stay and that we stayed under the limit of people (which we already were ) they could make us leave and still keep the 5500.00 we spent for the week. We found someone to watch our two small dogs for the week. Overall the location - besides the neighbors or cameras in the house - was good and the dock area was nice and big. I have stayed at many places and I have never had any issues like this. I would never stay at that property again.

Overall, the house was nice.it fit 8 adults and one teenager very comfortably. We ate in quite a bit and had plenty of room and amenities. we spent most of our time in the yard, on the dock and in the water. liked the fact that there was not a lot of boat traffic in the cove. Quiet. good for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. Water in main bath and dishwasher a little sulfur smelling so limited their use. it was a nice place to spend with family!

Great property and location
The house was very beautifully updated with a great downstairs area for the kids. It had movies and video games available with the extra fridge downstairs which was very convenient. The location was very convenient to grocery, restaurants etc. The cove was large but not a lot of traffic which made swimming at the dock super fun and relaxing. They had a few floats and outdoor games available, floating mat and lots of life jackets. The house itself was very clean but I gave it 4 stars because of the dock and patio area. The dock had a table and chairs and bar area with a mini fridge which was great but the area was really dirty. I would recommend a wipe down (or power wash) whenever someone leaves just to keep up with it. because we ended up not really using it. Extra beach towels would be good too since the house sleeps so many (provided 4 beach towels) and additional tupperware and large plastic bowls, cups. Overall, the trip was successful and lots of memories were made. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

Sun kissed cove Lake Norman was peaceful and amazing!
The house was exactly as pictured and it was on a quiet cove which allowed us to enjoy all the outdoor activities as a family. The private dock was amazing! There were games provided and water equipment (fully stocked with all kinds of ways for everyone to enjoy their stay!) I can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just enough to allow us to cook at the house. This was a great place to stay and made our trip really memorable.

This rental was perfect for my family who traveled from 3 parts of the country to be together. We wanted a relaxing trip on a lake and this house was perfect. The dock was the key to our stay! Aside from boating on the lake we never left the house!

Overall really great stay. Cleanliness could have been a little better as some areas of the house like the bathroom showers and floors could have used a little more TLC. The downstairs shower didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. Other than that we enjoyed our selves and would definitely recommend!

The most relaxing vacation!
Originally it was just my nieces and daughter and then friends showed up for a few days. The friends commented at least 3 times, how it was the most relaxed vacation they could remember and we concurred. It was very clean and organized. Everything was perfect down to the wonderful lake floats, kayaks, the fire pit, and especially the lake front covered gazebo with every amenity you could want. Even if it had rained every day, there would still have been plenty to do. We would definitely rent this property again.

What a delightful 5-day retreat! We enjoyed the house, the fire pit and the dock. Wonderful property for families. Kayaks were there and small boat for kids. Fire ring and dock area great for relaxing. College Reunion
Our group of college friends (mostly young married couples) stayed for a long weekend. The property was exactly as described and owner was very accessible for questions. We made use of the boat dock, renting a pontoon boat one day, and the bonuses in the utility room were great. There were noodles, floats, corn hole bord, etc. and the dock bar was incredible. Overall a great space with plenty of room for large families or groups. We would definitely come back and would strongly recommend this property.

Great Lake, Great House, Great Owners
We’ve been renting vacation houses about twice a year for over 15 years. We don’t
normally write reviews, but felt we had to do so for this one.
We rented for two weeks at the end of June / beginning of July. When we arrived at the house, there was a welcome package waiting for us. A first time for us and a very pleasant surprise! The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, very large, with plenty of space for a large family vacation.
The amenities in the house are top notch. Having done this quite often, we normally bring
our own Rokus and firesticks to have something to do when it rains. No need here as all the A/V equipment is equipped with streaming sticks for the TVs and bluetooth connectivity for the audio hookups. Quite nice to have this type of set up in a vacation home.
The outside of the house and the equipment provided is great as well. The dock has a
covered bar, with a TV and audio equipment, allowing everyone to hang out by the dock through out the day. There’s a fire pit off
to the side for hanging out in the evening. There’s a room with kayak equipment including life vests too. There’s a large charcoal grill as well. Again, all of it in great condition and we used all of it.
The location of the house on the lake is quite peaceful. The sun rises directly across from the back porch in the summer. The house is on one of the side coves of the lake. There’s some traffic throughout the day, but not much, and we were there during a holiday week.
It’s in a great area as well. We rented a boat and the company dropped and picked up
the boat right from the dock of the house. It was well worth it for activities during the day and going out to eat at some of the lake front restaurants during the evening. Since we were there for a bit, we even took a day trip to head up to the NC mountains, which is only about 90 minutes away. Well worth the trip.
Finally, the owners are great. Any issue that you have, they are great at getting back to you and are very understanding. They even went out of their way to return a small item of jewelry that our daughter left behind, that had quite a bit of sentimental value.
A great house for a lake vacation and we hope to be back.

Lake house Livin
This house fit our groups needs perfectly (11 guys in our late twenties). The house was in clean condition when we arrived, all the beds were made and the 3 bathrooms were all cleaned and stocked with towels. The house had plenty of beds, but we also brought 2 air mattresses so fewer people would have to share. The kitchen and grill worked out well and we cooked almost all our meals at the house. Having a refrigerator in the kitchen, basement and on the dock was very convenient. Beautiful views from the porch off the kitchen, as well as off the dock and at night the fire pit was the perfect hangout spot. The weather was great so we really didn’t spend much time inside but if we has to there was tons of board games, puzzles, fooseball, knee hockey, Nintendo Wii and other indoor activities provided. Since we were on the lake we obviously wanted to spend as much time on the water as possible so it was really nice that the owners provided access to their array of floats, kayaks, fishing rods and other water activities. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
