Price ok but really need to improve

Price ok. Breakfast ok. Basic food but still can make you full.

The hotel lobby full with old furnitures. Doesn't match. Aircond not functioning and request to change room. Must makesure check before open for booking. Coffee taste serving during bfast is not really nice Pillow abit smelly

Love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere

Quiet and peaceful. Not too far from town.

Kitchen operation hours. We would like to order food around 6pm, but the kitchen already close. (School holidays season) Maybe can prepare something that available for grab and go

Good price with huge room and breakfast.

Huge room. The room is very clean. Breakfast here tastes nice.

Im not sure about this, but our room has no hot shower. For me, its ok. I'm used to cool showers. fewer items for the breakfast buffet. I recommend adding more items in the future.

Avoid this place. You’re paying for an old, small town “motel” room at a hotel price.

Terrible breakfast to start the day. Poor menu & setup.

Dark, smelly, old furniture, poorly maintained room condition. Dark, Smelly & dirty toilet. Dirty uncleaned toilet bowl. There’s unbelievably an old ceiling fan…but it still works, thankfully.

Affordable & recommended

Quite good , even old furniture but it nice & clean , aircond tiptop , no problem, view nice.. sfaff very friendly

did not use closet, its a bit smelly but its okay.. we put on the long chair . 😀

Hairdryer in the bathroom

The hairdryer was in the bathroom.. And usually we need to constantly use it after shower, but due to its placement was in the bathroom, we have to kept our safety prioritise

Bad experience. Pictures posted in advetisement not visualizing real condition of room. Furniture in the room very old. Room main door very hard to close. Partition door in bathroom already broken. Room and bathroom had unpleasant smell. Curtain looks shabby. Room looks very dimmed. Some more, there was a moment of electricity was cut off which makes me anxious since i was alone. Overall, i am not happy during 2 days of my stay. Not worth it.

WORTH IT & COMFORTABLE

I love the friendliness of the receptionist and the smooth check-in/out process. The location is quite ok as it is close to Klebang Beach and very near to AEON mall. The hotel also offered free parking space behind the hotel where it was monitored by guards. It is a spacious room for standard type. You surely have a massive space to relax. I guess my standard room can actually fix up to 5 people. Both shower and sink come with water heater features so you can choose for hot/warm/cold water. This hotel also offered room service where you can order meals to be served in your room. My booking was already included with the breakfast meal, and I was satisfied with the taste and meal options offered. Not much of a selection but still can fill up your hunger. Water dispenser and iron facilities are available in the hallway as it is not included in each room. It's convenient for Muslim as they provided sejadah in each room and Kiblat direction.

The hotel's elevator is very small and can only fit max 4 adults at one time. I bet they had a shortage of staff because it took a bit of time for food to be refilled during breakfast. A few electrical plugs are not in good condition. It can be used but must be extra careful.
