The location of this hotel was perfect! Central to any part of Lyon you may want to explore. The bathroom was fairly modern, the room not so much but it’s perfect for a short stay as you don’t spend much time in the room. For a solo traveler it was perfect. The staff - in particularly one lady- were lovely. She spoke great English and gave me some great recommendations.

Nothing too bad but you can hear a bit of noise from outside as well as other rooms.

Friendly, helpful staff. Food good. Quiet.

In need of repair. Electrical outlets need work. No lights on stairs or hallways. No soap in shower/bathroom. Very dangerous unlit stairway.

Good location, clean and staff very nice

Location was good. Rooms very clean. Our room was nice having a balcony.

Breakfast could have been better for the money. Shower in no14 was too small, my father-in law had difficulty showering.

The staff was very welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations. It was very quiet even though it looked out over the pedestrian walkway. There was a kettle and coffee/ tea. It was very quiet and I heard no noise from other guests or the street. There were additional blankets and pillows. There was just a very small square of soap and if you stayed longer than a day you needed to ask for additional coffee but that was no problem at all. The beds were made up with new sheets every day. The location was superb. Near the old town, The tourist office, museums and subway connections including a direct route out to the airport. The staff were especially kind and spoke perfect English. I recommend room 14.

Nice small room

Very close by Bellecour metro station. Room nicely decorated and clean. Very friendly staff. They allowed me to keep the luggage after check-out. It was more silent than I expected. Room get completely dark with the outside blinds down!

Shower cabin is quite small.

Hotel did not make the room ready when we have arrived ,also when checking-out the hotel was under construction so we could not find any place to store our luggage but they did not inform us correctly

The location was very good. The room was small, but clean. The staff were very friendly.

The only problem was that there was no air conditioning and it was very cold.

The location

A member of the staff took my ipad and accessed information on it. I was informed of this by another device linked to this one. I think that this is a serious breach of trust!!

Disappointing and poor value for money despite the good location

I didn’t try the breakfast because the breakfast room was tiny and crowded. The bathroom was tiny and had a bad smell, like mice. The grouting in the shower was dirty.

Check in and out. Lack of staff. The bathroom was not very nice and had a bad smell. It was hard to access and the grouting was dirty.
