Petit appartement très agréable, à proximité immédiate de la gare avec un hôte très accueillant

Karim est un hôte très attentionné et très flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Il m'a accueilli au pied de l'immeuble avec beaucoup de gentillesse à mon arrivée à 22h30... L'appartement est bien agencé, très cosy et très propre. La connexion internet et la télévision avec de très nombreux programmes internationaux fonctionne très bien.

El dueño del departamento fue lo mejor de la estadía, súper atento y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inquietud. Cada espacio bien pensado.

Creo que el colchón, podría ser renovado. PERO la locación, la vista (mejor que donde te llevan los tours), todos los implementos del departamento y por supuesto de nuevo, el dueño- anfitrión, hace que cualquier eventualidad pase a último plano... La pasamos como en casa. Gracias de nuevo.

Una casita acogedora para visitar Bélgica.

Nos encantó el estudio, tiene todo para estar cómodo 1 semana. La calefacción funciona súper bien. Hay cafetera, tostadora, microondas, hervidor de agua y secador. Una terraza enorme con buenas vistas. Está a 1 minuto de la estación Nord y 25 minutos andando del centro. Karim es un encanto de persona que te acoge estupendamente y te recomienda lugares.

El colchón es de muelles y a la larga no resulta muy cómodo.

Accommodation was located close to train station and had everything we needed for our stay.

The host was very friendly, he met us on arrival at the entrance to the building to hand over the keys and show us through the apartment. He also gave us great tips for what to do during our stay and left train travel cards for us to top up and use as we needed. The accommodation was conveniently located next to the train station, had a great view of Brussels from the balcony, and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including suitable WiFi for working remotely.

The furniture took up a lot of space in the apartment, making it a little uncomfortable to navigate around.

Experience of staying with family

Flawless. During my trip, I stayed in one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. Karim's apartment has everything, including cooking utensils, spices, sugar and coffee, as well as cleaning supplies, shower gel and shampoo and many other things! His hospitality is the best in the business. The experience of staying at his place is very similar to that of staying with your own family. When I was having trouble finding a cold drink due to the hot weather, even his mother, who was staying two floors above us, gave me several cans of cold drink for when I needed it. Without a doubt, I'll be coming back here again.

The host is exceptional, informative and can’t do enough for you..

The apartment is snug with 2 people but it is fine, there is a lot of cupboard space.. the small terrace and view are a bonus too..

The property was just as described and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was bigger than expected and lovely soft towels provided. The bed was also comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space.Nice touches such as tea and coffee provided, even a nice cold beer in the fridge!

Short stay for work and visits.

The view is excellent, and the building is literally just a few steps away from Gare du Nord: with line 3 or 4 you are in city center in no time. The host is very friendly and accomodating. The other residents of the building (that I encountered) were all friendly as well. Compared to prices (and price/quality!) of places in the rest of Brussels, this is really a fair price too. The apartment was also clean and neat.

There are really no downsides that one could blame the host for, and I think the price I paid fairly reflects the only drawbacks: The apartment is really very small, and the furnishing is old. The region around Gare du Nord is not very nice, and at night even a bit hostile. But again: there is nothing that the host could do about this.

Noce Pleasant and Clean property with good view

nice location. right in fromt of Bruxells Nord. building looks old from outside but the flat is nice and clean Host Karim is amazing and I felt he loves hosting guests. as he was in touch with me a day before my journey guiding me to his property and made sure he was available for us if we ran into problems

the location is not great but it worked for me and for anyone specially staying for work

Very comfortable apartment in a great location.

I loved the location, it's just outside of a metro and train station and not far from the city center. Also Karim the host is honestly one of the nicest people I ever met. So welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed and provided lots of recommendations for our stay. Also everything was really comfortable. It also has a great kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking.

It's a bit old fashioned and simple, but it was great for us either way.

Karim is a great host and has done everything to make sure that we have a pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean apartment of a good size. Cheap parking on the street via e-tickets arranged by Karim. Secure bike storage in the building. Close to the city centre. Big balcony with a great view. Big television with lots of channels from many countries. All in all, a superb stay. We will surely stay here when we are in Brussels again.

Excellent apartment, clean and cosy, with a beautiful city sight. Close to the Brussels Noord train station and 15 minutes on foot to the city center. Karim, the host, was kind and very helpful. He fulfilled all our inquires, gave us early check-in from 10 am, and even fixed the TV abonnement within minutes after we contacted him. We had a great time!
