Faticoso ma centrale!

Le camere curate e la posizione centralissima!

Tante tante scale! C’era stato detto secondo piano a piedi ma una volta arrivati al piano con cucina e soggiorno c’era un altro piano all’interno per arrivare alle camere da letto, dopodiché altre scale per raggiungere un bagnetto piccolissimo dove nella doccia ci entravi a stento in altezza(sono 1,67!!) un alloggio sviluppato in altezza insomma !! Una fatica con le valige immane!!!

ottima casa ben ubicata ma con difficoltà di accesso

Sicuramente la posizione è eccezionale: di fianco al Duomo e al palazzo dei Vescovi ocn tutti i servizi a portata di mano. La casa in ordine con letti abbastanza comodi. gestore gentile con cui ho avuto solo contatto telefonico.

Mi è dispiaciuto e mi ha dato qualche disagio il fatto che non fosse dichiarato che la casa è al quarto piano senza ascensore con scalini ripidi. L'appartamento stesso è su due livelli dunque i piani diventano cinque da fare sempre a piedi e difficilissimi quando ci sono da trasportare valigia e e spesa. Inoltre - non essendo dichiarato- se qualcuno ha qualche disabilità non può accedere all'appartamento e a mio parere è una grave mancanza di informazione. Il bagno è molto piccolo e un pò ostico perchè a sua volta ha altri gradini all'interno. Caratteristiche di una casa torre certo, ma ripeto, VA DICHIARATO.

Leider eine Enttäuschung

Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Geräumiges und schönes Appartement.

Unser PKW hatte eine Panne, wir wollten früher einchecken. Ich habe höflich, 30 Std vorher nachgefragt ob es möglich wäre, keine Antwort, nichts....dann standen wir mit unseren Gepäck, 2 Kindern und einem Hund pünktlich um 16.00 Uhr vor der Tür und kamen nicht rein. Du brauchst einen PIN. Wir haben den Inhaber mehrmals abgerufen, leider ohne Erfolg. Erst als ich Booking kontaktiert habe , hat sich der Inhaber per Nachricht gemeldet. Kein Entschuldigung, nichts.... Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Nice place, both for business travellers, solo travellers and couples.

Superb location, can't be any better. Central, yet silent og calm. Easy to collect the keys. Big fridge and a modern bathroom, with toiletries and so on. Comfy bed and sofa. Fast internet, which is important. Clean.

There is no breakfast service, which really isn't a problem, there are more than enough cafes, bars and so on around. But maybe there could have been some coffee and tea in the kitchen, even just some freeze dried coffee, as an extra service.

Never again ! We have been ripped off !

What breakfast ? There was not even milk in fridge. Liked shower pressure but not bathroom.

Photos are duplicitous - it's simply not like that. No balcony. Lighting is very poor. KItchen has no Electric kettle, toaster or microwave or lighting. Shower pressure is excellent but bathroom is so tiny that movement with care is necessary ; toilet not in good order. Location is central but noisy. Entry is by 4 flights of very steep bare concrete steps with no safe handrails - completely unsuitable for older or impaired or for heavy luggage. Book only if desperate !

We enjoyed being right in the centre of town and the apartments were clean and functional.

The location was ideal and the apartments were a good size and air conditioned.

We used this property as a convenient place to stay for the Pistoia Blues Festival and it was perfect.

Pros and Cons of Via Roma

Location was excellent although that did come with its drawbacks. Communication was excellent from Roberto and getting keys for accomodation was very easy Flat had all that was required for stay

Although the location was excellent, this came with drawbacks, without doubt the noisiest accomodation I have ever stayed in, not just in Pistoia but anywhere. Did not get a good nights sleep at all. A restaurant directly below along with Via Roma being a main thoroughfare is not ideal. Also this property is in absolutely no way suitable for anyone with any health issues or young kids/babies, its up 3 steep flights of stairs, just to your property door, then up another flight of stairs to the kitchen and living room, then up another flight of stairs to both bedrooms and for goid measure another couple of stairs up to the bathroom. This property does not have a lift. A wee spray of wd40 on the door hinges would be great so you dont wake everyone up when you need to go visit the toilet.

superb location, at the heart of the city center, the view from the window is on the main square - Piazza Del Duomo. all the historic center by foot, with everything you need around you! the apartment is very clean & has everything you need! Roberto is a wonderful host, and was in touch to answer all my questions

Great gem in Tuscany

The apartment was clean and it was very well equipped with two AC units. We used Pistoia as a a base to travel to neighbouring cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The old Pistoia center was also really nice with some good quality restaurants. Perfect apartment and we were lucky to have the Balcony. The host, Roberto, helped us out with Pistoia parking which was most useful.

I loved everything, it’s right in the Historic center who makes life incredible easy. Robberto was amazing, him helped me moving my luggages from one apartment to another and helped me on finding someone who could give me a hand with my luggage still Florence so I could get my train. Everything I needed him was always very helpful and always answered within minutes off me texting him. I strongly recommend Residenza Roma and I will be come back soon. Perfect little apartment

we came to the city for a wedding in the town hall so firstly the location was everything we could have asked for with the added bonus of having a brilliant gelato shop just a few steps away. Checking in was quick and easy with the lockbox. The apartment was compact but everything we needed, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Our host was helpful and easy to contact if we needed anything.

to many stairs actually the property is in fourth & fifth floor with no elevator not good for people over 60 or with difficulties to walk like us. They should posted the stairs w no elevator

Superb

Everything was great! The check-in procedure was very convenient and the host is super responsive. Since we were using public transport and arrived to the flat 2 hours before the official check-in time, it was super nice of Roberto to prepare the apartment earlier. Another thing: when I realized that there was no kettle and asked Roberto to bring one, he solved it during one hour! So I would highly recommend this place :)

It's located in front of the main party place and we stayed in Pistoia on Friday :D But the bedroom is separated and you can easily isolate yourself closing windows and a bedroom door. Also it would be nice to add some hooks for towels in the bathroom and fix a flushing button.

Best place ever

It was one of the best stays ever. We were lucky and had the room with a balcony. Roberto is extremely friendly and quick to reply to any queries.
