Gerne wieder wenn ein paar Stellschrauben verändert werden.

Das Ambiente und Design, Sauberkeit, ruhig.

Die Aufzüge sind eine reine Katastrophe…das sollte man die Einstellung dazu überdenken. Personal nicht genügend eingewiesen für einen Check-Out vor 6.00 Uhr. Bitte nachbessern.

Für einen nächsten geschäftlichen Aufenthalt gerne wieder

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz am Morgen begehrt.

A 15mn du parc des expositions Messe, quartier calme, l’hôtel est moderne et confortable. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet libre service.

Unmöglich, nie mehr wieder

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch muss man auch den Preis dafür beachten

Das erste Zimmer 631 extrem laut da direkt daneben eine technische Anlage auf dem Dach war, die die gesamte Nacht Geräusche erzeugte. In das zweite Zimmer 435 kam ohne jegliche Vorankündigung jemand um acht Uhr abends in das Zimmer. Ob es jemand vom Personal war oder ein Gast der die gleiche Berechtigung besaß die Türe zu öffnen konnte ich nicht feststellen. Nie mehr wieder in dieses Hotel.

Lawaaiig. De muren lijken wel van papier. De gesprekken van de gasten in de kamer naast mij kon ik letterlijk meevolgen!!

Excellent hotel, good location, very friendly staff, awesome people!

This place is just plain awesome! My room was small but felt way more usable than considerably larger rooms in other hotels, thanks to the very well thought-out arrangement and exceptional functionality of the furniture. I totally loved the instant cozy feeling that the room gave me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I particularly liked that they give you a voucher for a free drink at the bar for each day you skip the room cleaning service. Speaking of the bar, it's a great place to meet people and I had a terrific time there. The audience was very international. As an English-speaker I felt immediately at home there. This hotel made it straight to the pole position on my list of places where to stay in Frankfurt.

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was perfect for me!

They have something like a benefit - if you do not need room cleaning, you hang on the door blue card and you get 1 free drink as guest as thanks. Cleaning lady suppose to leave vouchers in the room. We left the card, but cleaning lady didn't leave us anything. So we make a claim on reception, but they just told us that cleaning lady make a mistake and they didn't want to give us free drink. And regarding price, we have been staying in this hotel since he was oppened, and everything time we come, price gets higer and higer, and now it is so high like some 4 star hotela, but this do not worth that much

Business level hotel for reasonable price.

Kind and helpful personel. Spacious undeground parking. Clean and modern rooms with central air-conditioning. Good breakfast.

Location is quiestionable (if you're traveling for leisure), on one hand - very close to autobahn (if you travel by car - don't need to go through the city), on the other - it's 15mins walk from the s-bahn station.

beyond basic, my room was not cleaned daily, the 2 towels which i got were not replaced, no available iron & board, dtaff gave the wake up call at 9 am for check out even though you can check out by 12, no water in the room, etc

I likes the friendly reception desk. Everyone went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Many thanks again. The peppermint tea is lovely.

I really missed a hot water kettle in the room and the option to make a coffee/tea. The coffee I'm the reakfast room is not very good and I we t to a coffee close by for breakfast. Apparently the pancake maker was broken but still on the breakfast buffet - creating the impression of functioning.

To give an overview the hotel is nice and its affordable.

i liked the Breakfast, there was a variety of what to eat. i also liked the cleanness and the customer care from the staff at the reception.

During my last days of staying there (like two days for me to leave, the bathroom was not cleaned and soap in the bottle was not replaced as well as the towels were not changed.

No heating in my room. Nothing was done in spite of my many complaints. On the last night I finally was moved to another room.
