Clean, comfortable, everything worked, nice staff.
Decor, fittings etc mostly seriously tired. Approach, forecourt etc badly rutted.

War seinen Preis wert.
Etwas dürftig

I appreciate that they allowed us to leave our luggages for a day coz I overlooked and booked leaving 1 day gap.

It was exactly what I needed - the staff were very friendly and helpful went out of their way to help me.
There really isn’t anything that I could fault

The only positive thing was the lovely reception staff.
The road into it was like a war zone, full of holes. The rooms are very dated & tired. There were only 2 pillows, no spares. The carpet was stained & dirty looking.

On the main A90 it was easy to find. We just stopped for the night. The rooms were tidy, the bed comfy the shower a blast.
I did not expect much, but was positively surprised.

Staff very helpful and supportive.
Room floor....mouquette has to be changed

For what we paid it was decent for a cheap weekend away. Staff were lovely, nice and clean room and although basic had everything you need for a weekend stay.

Hotel is very basic it's a bit run down but the beds are very comfy what makes the place is the staff they go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly every person I spoke to was incredibly nice helpful and honestly was the best part of the whole stay they were full of advice tips and were amazingly accommodating the young guy who was on Saturday night was incredibly helpful and when asked about possible disability changes every single request was met and exceeded will be back
The rooms were in a real need of updating they had real hostal vibes rather than hotel there isn't alot around about to do if u don't drive and the room was so bland it made it quite depressing
8.0
Very easy to find, dog friendly, very spacious rooms and very affordable.
It is a little dated decoration wise, but for the money it is well worth it!

The weather.

Easy to find
Bed was very uncomfortable, minimal facilities, lack of pillows, carpets were very stained, breakfast was not explained online for it to only be a pastry and orange juice, lights needed fixed, strong smell of dirty toilets all throughout the corridor

Very clean and staff were great.
Room 7 - no sockets near the head of the bed. Poor for charging phone and laptop.
10.0
Helpful, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Good value for money. Good value for money.
I had seen some reviews mentioning the carpets. They probably need replacing but everything else was clean and tidy.
6.0
Difficult to find in the dark
The pillows have no support

Nothing never stayed there because of the conditions of the rooms.
Rooms were dirty with fecal matter left in the toilet, hairs on beds, food left in the room from previous occupants. I have an ongoing dispute with them about a refund which they are only willing to pay a partial refund which I think is bad management from the company considering I never even spent the night there. I had to book another hotel.

There was a kettle in the room. The bedding was clean although the quilt cover had a noticeable hole. It was in a good location for us. Surrounding area was quiet.
No cups/mugs/tumblers/tea bags/coffee/sugar/milk. The carpet in the room had a number of wet areas. Shower was poor.
I asked the man on reception for the missing items and he did bring us mugs and tumblers. As we’d just arrived from the airport and it was after midnight we had no drinks/tea etc with us. Thank goodness for tap water. We also only discovered the wet areas on the carpet when I picked up my overnight bag and found it was wet. There was also one outside the bathroom and a third area near the window. It was late at night and we were tired hence the reason I did not ask for a room change.

You need a car to stay here but overall a good location
Entry to the car park is tricky

It was very close to ninewells as I had s very early morning appointment so we decided to go over the night before and went out to the movies and bowling which are just 10 minutes down the road ..clean and tidy and staff super friendly and polite ...the price is a steal
For us it was very good value for money there wasn't anything we didn't like

La cama era comoda. Y el servicio muy atento
La moqueta estaba algo sucia y una de las almohadas apenas tenia relleno

This is a really good budget option hotel. Staff were lovely . I had a wee dog and paid £10 dog supplement. The room was warm and I switched heating off overnight even in mid December.. I just got takeaway food from the very nearby garage that had M&S food. Couldn't fault it for a very good price.
Carpets are worn but fair enough at £40. It was otherwise very clean.
1.0
location was good. nothing else
mould around bath tub. Taps full of gunk and not cleaned for ages. no soap in the bathroom. long hairs not cleaned. disgusting, dirty and filthy. room carpet was dirty. room heater not working properly, most time goes off. never staying here again and others BEWARE when booking.
8.0
It is budget and not pretending to be anything else.
Easy to access and has parking.
A little tired looking but not a massive problem
9.0
Location, staff
We were on the ground floor and could hear people walking around upstairs

This is a cheap hotel(maybe the cheapest in Dundee). The staff were excellent and made sure my pregnant wife was comfortable providing extra pillows etc.
Difficult to fault them.
6.0
Located in a good place
Carpets were very old and not clean. No elevator and had to carry all our baggages to upper floor.
10.0
The staff made everything perfect.
There are no negatives to my stay
7.0
The room was spacious, warm and all surfaces clean. Shower was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was quiet at night.
No iron available at reception, carpet in room was grubby and there was a pair of underwear hanging on the back of the bedroom door.
7.0
Excellent staff, room very clean (staff are making the very best of what they have )
carpet/furniture dog eared/threadbare - place looks very tired for £110 per night...
6.0
Did not have breakfast . Location was a little difficult as we were visiting ninewells hospital . Access to dual carriageway was north on exit . Staff were excellent
Carpet in room requires cleaning/ replacing ( well worn) . Really needed 4 pillows for double bed ( not two) . TV signal seemed a little erratic
6.0
Free parking without height restriction which enabled me to park my camper van.
Very tired and dated. Mould in the bathroom. Very faded/dirty carpet. Breakfast in a bag contents were cheap.
2.0
Mattress was soft
It was very basic, cleanliness could be improved, paid for breakfast and not received - not value for money too dear
