Everything really. Pleasant, helpful hosts.Lovely, clean, comfy cottage in a beautiful location, surrounded with stunning views and wildlife. Enjoyable days out to lovely locations, to walk and places to eat, with our dog 😃
There is nothing I can think of. We had one bad day of weather, but the cottage was so comfy that we decided to stay in and just relaxed chilling out.

The location was excellent, the hosts were friendly, the accommodation was excellent

The bed was very comfortable and the tv worked. The property was clean. The local pub in Theberton was good. Nice food and very welcoming.
Not a good idea having an oil fired boiler in the bedroom. It woke us up at 7am each day and the fumes were unpleasant. Definitely not good. The settee and armchair were very uncomfortable. The kettle was old and poured badly. Everything seemed very shabby, apart from the bed and the tv. The area around the property was neglected. There was a patio area at the side which was overgrown and couldn’t be used as there was no outside furniture, apart from a bench at the front of the property. It would have made a lovely, private spot for breakfasting or having a coffee.
All in all, for the money, we were very underwhelmed.

beautiful location and perfect for a little weekend trip away, felt safe and owners really friendly

Quiet location and self catering allowed us to set our own agenda for each day. Location was close to Aldeburgh where we wanted to see and the weather was dry which was nice for a winter break.
No downside at all.

Lovely detached accommodation in tranquil farming countryside. Very spacious with comfortable bed and furniture. Good access to local attractions.
The WiFi was very poor, the response time was so slow that nothing worked. The mobile reception was also very poor.
We learned that BT was coming the following week to upgrade WiFi.

Lovely little cottage set in quiet surroundings. Lots to do in surrounding area only a few minutes drive away. Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Dunwich and Orford worth a visit. Waitrose and Tesco in Saxmundham
Nothing, all was excellant

Lovely rural location
Internet not good enough. This would deter us from staying again.

Great location to visit the area and come back to a very peaceful base to relax in the evening.
