El personal muy amable, aunque para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas podrían mejorar su inglés

Podría considerarlo como un hotel de 4 estrellas Las habitaciones se ven un poco deterioradas por uso en especial las paredes y alfombras Pedimos ayuda para pedir un taxi, tuvimos que ir personalmente a recepción porque por teléfono no entendían el inglés… pedimos el taxi a las 6:50 am y llegó 6:30 am pero el taxista no dejó de regañarnos y estar de malas por haber tenido que esperar ademas de que nos cobró extra

아이들이 이층침대를 좋아했습니다

화장실 샤워기, 수영장 썬베드, 수영장 샤워실 너무 더러워서 이용시 힘들었구요. 테라스랑 이층침대 때문에 1층 예약한건데 테라스도 관리가 안되어 있어서 더럽고 방충망 찢어져 있어서 벌레 들어어고ㅎㅎ5성급 호텔이 맞나요?? 화장실 샤워하면서 물이 바닥에 흘렀는데 물이 배수가 안되고 고여있어서 신발신고 이용했어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ(홍수난줄) 가성비라고하는데 저는 그렇게 저렴하게 이용한것도 아니여서 ㅎㅎ다른호텔이용 추천 합니다.

중문단지의 편리함을 누려라

중문단지내 위치하고 있어 인근 5성급호텔 이용이 편리함. 5성급호텔? 임에도 가격은 저렴함. 수건도 넉넉함

수영장 관리 직원이 태만함. 썬베드 청소라도 좀 하지. 알바 관리 필요해보임

룸컨디션이 매우 좋았습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 가성비 숙소로 추천하며 4계절 온수풀이 정말 메리트 있었습니다. 조식 가격이 다른 곳에 비해 저렴한만큼 음식의 가짓수가 많지 않았지만 맛있게 식사하였습니다. 재방문의사 있는 숙소입니다.

피트니스장이 매우 협소하여 두명이 사용하면 다른 고객들이 들어오기 민망하다고 생각이 듭니다. 기구도 제대로 관리가 되지 않아 기구 사용이 어려웠으며 덤벨 무게 가짓수를 올리면 더 좋았을 것이라고 생각합니다. 피트니스장은 재구성이 필요하다고 생각됩니다.

Not five star quality but comfortable and quiet.

This hotel is fine but definitely not the five stars they are advertising. Location is good, close to a lot of stuff. Clean spacious room.

It’s a bit worn. The fitness rpm was airconditioned so running was a bit of a challenge. The room service is the worst ever. Whatever you do, don’t order anything to eat. Wireless internet was sketchy on/off, very unreliable.

Breakfast is very expensive. I requested for the breakfast buffet $30 because it is the last day for the combination of breakfast and lunch but limited hours 700-930am

Really lovely hotel

rooms were so comfortable. Everything you would need in the rooms. cute terrace area. Fab pool as well.

there’s no ice bucket built in to the terrace table like the picture says. They offer a complimentary drink in their restaurant but it’s one per room rather than one per person which was a bit disappointing

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff

Good location within walking distance to some restaurants, stores and the beach. The lobby was nice and the staff were helpful.

The carpet in the room was dirty / looked like has not been deep cleaned for a while. The restaurants/bar closed early and same with room service so there is really no option to get food in the hotel - we had to settle for the convenience store outside which is not great. Normally hotel room service operates 24hours but not here.

A poor quality 3 star hotel at best.

Close to bus stop back to the airport. Not a terrible location.

First and foremost, this isn't a 5 star hotel. A modern 3 star would comfortably compete with it. We booked a terrace room where the air-conditioning didn't work. It was November and the room was easily above 25-26°C in November. After bringing this up we're told you the air-conditioning is central and you have no control. Seems like they didn't want the power bill of having it on. An old fan on a chair was offered instead... We were moved to a duplex room which while having two beds (useless for a couple) had separate air-conditioning but we lost the outdoor area. The hotel saw this as an upgrade. Room was filthy with marks on the walls, dirty carpet, rubbish from previous guest behind sofa cushions, mould in tile grout. The hallways of the building are dark and dirty. Regularly old plates and cutlery are left outside rooms for hours or overnight. The pool was empty and non usable The laundry service didn't exist, instead told to go 20 minutes up the road to a coin laundry in the basement of an apartment block The business centre computers only have trial versions of programs so are useless for work. Staff literally laugh and talk amongst themselves if you ask a question. Having stayed in multiple 4 and 5 star hotels around the world, this one is by far the worst, both as far as service, facilities and value for money.

Exceptional

The location is really good to reach restaurants and museums. Breakfast is served clean and fresh. The room was cleaned every day. Overall I am satisfied staying in this hotel with my family.

The parking lot is not so big. If you arrive late there may limited parking lot.

Great stay for the whole family.

Wonderful Breakfast, spacious and well-equipped room, friendly staff, well situated next to several golf courses, next to the beach and good for exploring the island.

Good Location, not so good for children but recommend cost-effective hotel for single or couple

It is located in a good place to access from Jeju Airport by airport limousine bus No. 600 and is located in the best place to use various attractions on foot in the Jungmun area. That is, it is very good location. Compared to most hotels in Jungmun area, it is relatively inexpensive, so if you think of taking a rest at a hotel for travel and tourism purposes, it is a very cost-effective hotel. If there is a convenience store in front of the hotel, so it is inconvenient to use the restaurant in the COVID-19 situation, you can use the convenience store to have a simple meal instead of meal.

If a family with children stays at this hotel, especially in winter, the hotel does not have auxiliary facilities for children, so they have to find attractions and move for children.

Loved the location and access to pool. Really great hotel for the price point.

Shower could have been cleaned better. Rooms don't have good soundproofing, we could hear the neighboring room talk.
