Super Lage, tolles Frühstück, Zimmer etwas veraltet.

Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, alles im Hotel sehr gut organisiert und sauber. Super Frühstücksbuffet!

Hotel Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht eine Modernisierung.

Восторг! Очень хочется повторить!

Отличный отель! Номер большой и очень комфортный. Заботливый персонал. Расположение идеальное. Рядом водопады, оранжереи, интерактивные музеи. Территория ухоженная и огромная. Пляж внизу. Океанские волны и шум прибоя восхищают! Завтраки самые лучшие, где мы были. Рекомендую съездить в Халим парк. Очень впечатляет!

Piscina exterior aquecida. Localização agradável com várias ofertas de restaurantes e cafés.

Apesar da piscina exterior ser grande, não era o suficiente para um hotel tão grande. Além disso, para ter acesso ao rooftop do bar ou espreguiçadeiras mais resguardadas tínhamos que pagar. O spa também tinha um custo extra. Num hotel de 5 estrelas não faz muito sentido.

It’s a great place for family rest

Location is great. Room is spacious and clean enough. Stuff is friendly. I like time we spent there. Next time I’ll surely stay there again

It was a huge property. We explored most of the hotel and even went bowling.

Unexpected fee charged

The staff was polite.

We were unexpectedly charged a fee that made us feel very unhappy due to the staff's poor English. When we requested a room change（We were only asking to switch from a king bed to a twin bed) the staff told us it would only cost an additional 6k KRW per night, but they ended up charging us 60k KRW per night. We only realized this when we saw our credit card statement after leaving, which upset us greatly.

Great location. Friendly, excellent staff. Better value than Sheila Hotel, but at a slight sacrifice.

It’s showing its age both on the exterior and especially the interior. The rooms can definitely use some updating and redecorating.

다자녀 가족 여행 (프리미어 스위트 룸)

안좋았던 점이 없었어요... 룸 서비스 식사도 정말 맛있었고.. 야외 수영장도 따뜻하고 관리도 잘 되고 있었구요, 룸 컨디션도 수시로 잘 관리 해주셔서 가족 여행 정말 좋았어요.. 아이가 셋인데, 아이들이 즐길 거리가 정~~~말 많았어요... 여행 끝나고 아이가 울더라구요.. 롯데 호텔 또 가고 싶다구요 :D

아쉬운게 전혀 없었어요.. 완벽...

Приветливый и приятный персонал

Приезжающим сюда туристам необходимо учитывать как минимум три вещи: 1) очень маленький уличный бассейн ( с учетом размера отела). Так что в часы пик это напоминает суп из людей. лежаки заняты всегда 2) чтобы оказаться на пляже вам потребуется спуститься по ооочень длинной лестнице, других вариантов не предусмотрено 3) Очень, просто ОЧЕНЬ дорогое питание

Fun stay at a family friendly property in Jeju.

The staff were excellent - super helpful and courteous. Swimming pool was clean and nice also. Very family-friendly.

Property is a bit on the older side. Facility could use an upgrade.

Good hotel to stay, traveller experience could be elevated further. But will be back again.

Good facilities for family bonding in hotel, great pool with live performance, nice location short driving distance to attraction places.

Long walk to beach, need to cut through short jungle path to the beach. Most facilities (arcade, bowling, kids playroom) requires extra payment.

Location is great. Great amenities.

Some staff are rude and a bit racist if you are of darker skin tone. Don't do the breakfast buffet, you'll be seated in a corner near the trash far away from their other guests.

Very good

Big and very chic and fancy; really nice stuff and good service overall; vey tasty food and buffet has huge choice. You can spend time near the pool (the upstairs terrace is usually empty) or at the beach, the sea is just in front of Hotel, and there are very few people. Also there is 7eleven on the territory of the Hotel, so you Val always buy some snacks cheap. Lots of restaurants and hiking trails are near the Hotel too. The big Garten for walks and breathtaking nature - u feel like in fairy tale

Really overpriced food and SPA; The pool looked much bigger on the pictures as it really is
