Everything was great! Staff were so friendly and courteous, the facilities were excellent and well maintained. You didn’t even need to leave the property for anything. We left feeling so relaxed and can not wait for our next visit!
Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Excellent location, but the restaurants are horrible, the Korean and japanese restaurants, and yet they charge a fortune. The hotel room were dated and old with uncomfortable beds, the furniture was probably 20 years old.

Service was good when questions were asked
Rooms facilities are old and not worth what was paid for in my opinion, a lot better choices on the island , not enough English channels as well in cable tv , most hotels already have Amazon , Netflix , Apple TV u can log on or screen share they don’t

Grounds were very nice. It was raining during most of our stay, so the indoor pool was key for the kids. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, though pricey.
Smell in the hallways was terrible - almost like manure. So disappointing for a five-star hotel. Room was a bit tired and dated. The pool was noisy with lots of small children.

The staffs are very professional and attentive. They are always ready to respond to guest's voice and requests
The poolside bar was crowded on the weekend, but the food (esp. Chadol Jjampong) was worth to wait

Very nice family hotel with excellent staff throughout including reception, concierge, restaurants and room cleaning
Car park was often full making parking difficult
Breakfast was very impressive, however, several items served were luke warm rather than hot

Love the big and comfortable room with the traditional style. It's really suitable for families with rabbits and bird feeding in the morning at the compound. The view at the park overlooking the sea was surreal. We booked the glamping dinner for four to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was memorable and the food was awesome and the service from the hotel staffs were impeccable. It's worth the indulgence!
No complimentary slice of cake for birthday celebration. However, We happily bought it from the lobby cafe and the staff arranged for the cake to be sent during dinner which I'm very pleased with their service.

My parents enjoyed it a lot.
You have to pay extra for an extra guest but there was nothing provided for that extra guest (towel, etc).

Great location and facilities. Room upgraded for free.

The hotel layout and facilites was all well thought out and well maintained. Rooms were cosy and big. The attention to little details throughout the hotel can be felt. The glamping was fantastic also
The strict check in time of 3pm. Even though room is avaliable and we arrived early, we were only allowed to check in at 3pm.

Great location, huge property. Good facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Nice relaxing vibe. Clean though old-fashioned design.
20,000 won for sauna is slightly inappropriate given the already high cost paid for the room. I think the guests should be entitled to one free visit per stay. Hotel is also slightly dated in design although very clean and well furnished — my friend mentioned it feels like it is out of the 1980s…

Beautiful property with access to the Olle trail, and Jungmun Saekdal Beach. The native plants garden is lovely.

The heated outdoor pool and the landscaping gardens outside the property towards the beach were excellent!
They definitely need more English speaking staff if they want more international visitors. Also needs a better vegetarian/vegan food menu across all restaurants and the room service.

The service was excellent from start to end. The housekeeper even greeted us and asked if we needed anything twice during our two-night stay. Very clean, spacious and well-designed room. It was also refreshing to hear bird sounds every morning at the balcony.
The hotel has a plenty of facilities and activities that could keep you busy. The weather wasn't nice on our second day of visit, so we spent most of our time at the hotel visiting a mini animal farm and the gallery exhibition as well as enjoying the brunch buffet. After that we went on for the yacht trip (one of the hotel activities ).
The swimming pool was also great, not to mention there was live band performance by the pool at night.
Overall, expensive but 110% satisfied.
