Ok stay if you got caught in the jam and need a short staycay

Super near checkpoint and spacious. Nearby mall not alot of eateries but good enough to suffice our stay.

They did not kept their promise about ice and ice bucket when asked.. Food is mediocre

Not worth the stay, terrible service by the front desk and manager, wrong room given!

Clean rooms

Terrible breakfast ... Smelly and stale Wrong room given to us and we had to point it out. Ridiculous that inspite of assuring us, our group of 4 Families were not given rooms on one floor and we were given the smallest room on checkin inspite of paying the highest price. We managed to get our room changed to the right type but on a different floor.

Great! Will stay at this hotel again!

When you enter the hotel lobby, there’s a nice pleasant smell. The room was spacious, toilet was big and the shower was great!

Disappointed about not getting rooms ready

The counter staff was courteous and tried their best to serve us when we couldn't check in at 4pm.

Why are we not able to get my rooms after I arrive at 4+pm? Was told to wait for another 45 mins. After 45 mins, my rooms were still not ready. Very disappointed with this. We need to pay for early check in or late check out but no compensation was brought up at late check in from the hotel.

Very pleasant and definitely would love to be back soon. Restaurant Fin & Feather was great too!!!

Dayang served us this time round again and she was very pleasant and managed to give us a high floor as requested .

The room had a very strong smell of stale cigarettes when we first entered but the staff brought the ionizer and managed to clear the smell. Breakfast selection was okay but the staff didn’t top up some of the items when they ran out. But overall it’s still ok!

Horrible cleanliness

Water dispenser

Cleanliness really needs to be improved especially toilet. When we 1st stepped in, all we noticed are presence of black mold around the sink and toilet floor. There are also hairs on the floor. Further, floor at shower area is slippery which clearly shows NO scrubbing during the cleaning process. It's gross.

Weekend staycation for family.

We love it as it is.great location to drive to Legoland or the other malls. There are a couple of good outlet shops too. Their normal room comes with a decent size sofa bed. We love the Book Xcess for the cheap and good books. Sport Direct always have good deals too. So for those if u dont bring much clothes you can just shop near by there. Plus their breakfast is good too. Kids below 12 is free.

It would be great if they can change the shampoo cause it makes our hair dry. The toiletries can do an upgrade to a better quality. And spare pillow with blanket for the sofa bed. Overall the room is really comfy for our family of 4 on short stay.

The temperature was adjustable to our likings. Bed was comfy except for the pillow. Staff was helpful

Great hotel but the staff need to put a brave smile, train how to welcome guests, say see you again

The hotel location is excellent.

Staff at the countered were unfriendly except Puan Dayang who was welcoming on one morning. I left the hotel room between 9.15 - 9.30 a.m and returned to the room at 6 pm everyday. Each time I came back to the room, I have to call the room service to refill coffee packets, cream and sugar. These are considered cheap and common stuff that should have been refilled or replaced without any unnecessary in-house call. For the amount i paid for 3 days stay, I normally rewarded with excellent spread of free breakfast in KL or Putrajaya hotels. But In Sunway hotel, I was offered with no breakfast package. Nevertheless, I visited and surveyed the breakfast area but decided not to have it there. I am a regular business visitor to hotels in KL and Putrajaya.

Family friendly JB Staycay (Near to 2nd Link)

Came here to surprise my kids on the very last day of our holiday. There is a practical small kitchenette fitted with a fridge, a washing sink, a microwave a coffee maker and heating flask, good for a family. There is a sofa bed and specified room with a nice comfy bed. Toilet is new, so we hope that it gets well maintained if not better. My view overlooks the CP and NSK mart at the 10th Floor. So there is an open view and it gets better at night. Gym and pool was clean, well maintained and well guarded. So one can safely use the facilities without worrying. The hotel is integrated with a mall, cinema and play area. Do check if they accept card payment, else you need to hold lots of cash.

The ATM, supposed to be set up nearby marry brown has yet to be fixed. So please bring loads of cash if you ever decide to stay here. There is a money changer if you have foreign cash.
