Always a nice experience.

Always love staying at Mollies! Great location for work, lovely rooms and food over at the diner.

Found a young person on reception quite rude and abrupt, although this was rectified by another member of staff who was very helpful and kind.

Good

Really nice rooms that are modern with comfy beds.

Not having a kettle in the room and having to get hot water from a tap outside that was dangerous with the self closing doors. Housekeeping knocking on the door at the exact check out time felt unnecessary and rushed. The restaurant was very slow service but the food was good.

Perfect for an over-night stop

We booked Bruce Springsteen tickets for Cardiff quite late, and the nearby accommodation prices were off the scale by then. Someone suggested we drive to Bristol for the night (questionable advice with hindsight), and a nephew recommended Mollies. I loved that we could turn up at any time (we finally did at 1am). I thought the room was great, looked better than I'd expect in a Motel. I knew nothing about Mollies, and was heading to reception to ask about a kettle (as tea and coffee were provided) when I spotted the hot/cold drinking water tap in the corridor. Glad I hadn't already undressed! And I wasn't happy to get the teas in the morning with my bed-head, but luckily my husband didn't mind. The shower pressure was great, as were the towels. Good hairdryer too, and comfy beds. We had a twin room as that's all that was left when I booked, but the beds were pushed together, and separate single duvets was actually rather fab!

My nephew had been raving about the breakfast at Mollies, and I only realised when we arrived that we'd probably have to book it in the separate diner. There were few timeslots left when I checked online at 1am, and no suitable ones when I checked in the morning. We both needed our sleep due to lots of driving and decided to prioritise that rather than book a slot the night before. We ended up stopping at Gloucester Services for a tasty breakfast instead.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay.

The room was clean and tidy, good size, bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel is right next to a busy road it was quiet in the room. Loved the hairdryer and straighteners included in the room. The hotel's aesthetic is lovely.

The lack of availability of drinks at the bar - we tried to order 5 different drinks but they couldn't be made as ingredients were out of stock; we were told that the staff were awaiting a delivery. We walked into the diner at 9:33 and were told that we couldn't order food, even to take back to our rooms. The 'last order' time for food should be detailed somewhere as we were disappointed by this but could have made alternative plans had we known food wouldn't be served from a certain time. I was surprised at the lack of room service.

Fine for a night but take a kettle if you like tea

The location is very handy being close to the motorway. Staff were friendly. Room was clean , tidy and quiet

Didn’t like there are no kettles in the room you have to go down the hall to a hot tap and get water which isn’t very handy in your pjs in the morning or last thing at night . I don’t think there was a lift either . The basin was in the hall way of the room not in the bathroom. No bath

Short and sweet but comfy and convenient

It was very handy for visiting clients in Bristol with being just off the motorway and has EV charging Although my EV charging facility was missed the kind reception chap got me set up on an EV charger on the front of the property

Great weekend break in a fabulously funky Bristol Motel

Great styling, spacious room, free tea and coffee, lovely Cowshed products and Dyson hairdryer. Easy check in and out and option to pay to check out late. Fab Diner breakfast too! Will definitely stay again.

The shower leaked quite a bit making the floor very wet (with the door shut). The only room available was a twin and we found the 2 single duvets too small for 2 adults. Vacuuming outside the door at 8.30pm on the Sunday!

Very functional building and comfortable stay, I liked all the wood.

Great location, choice of electric car charging fast or slow. Well thought out rooms.

Our shower leaked so made a massive puddle every time you showered. Getting hot water and cold drinking water from the corridor instead of boiling your own water was different.

Modern and spotlessly clean👍 The room was perfect for disabled access👍, as was the rest of the Motel👍 Quality huge TV Dyson hairdryer & hair straighteners👍 Beautiful garden👍 Work station in reception 👍 Coffee tables with inbuilt phone charges 👍 Staff were lovely👍 Loved the 24/7 reception and the tea/coffee/snacks.👍 I really liked hot/cold water for drinks in the corridor (doing away with kettles is a great idea)👍 Will definitely be staying there in future

Good clean place for stopover on the way to the Southwest.

New and very clean. Rooms are simply decorated. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Generous tea and coffee are freely provided in the lobby. Snacks are avaiable for purchase too. The Diner, which is in a separate building, could be slightly inconvenient to get to on windy and rainy days. The large shopping mall nearby, which has a lot of shops and food outlets, is more conveniently accessible by car.

The hand rail in the bathroom was broken. The TV remote did not work.

looks nice and new, super easy check in. good interior.

not sure about sink being in the room rather than in the bathroom. also even it's relatively fresh, shows wear and tear. shower cabin was leaking a bit, and "rain" shower head had a split on a side so it was more of a "waterfall" :)

Very nice and clean place, comfortable rooms

Very clean, everything is new, convenient beds

If you want tea or coffee you need to take a cup in your room, to go downstairs to the reception to put kettle on and then to go back to your room with hot drink. Bad idea. What if someone wants to make coffee or tea for himself/ herself and a partner- how is it possible to carry 2 cups of hot drink and to open doors to get to the floor and a room at the same time?

Really like this place. Have stayed a few times now. Good price and easy parking.

Like the decor and vibe. Staff are young, friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking. Diner next door is great. Toiletries in room are really nice.

Asked for decaf coffee but none available. Fitting to put shower attachment would not stay in fixed position. Had to place shower hose behind toiletry rack to stop shower head from gradually rising upwards and spraying water at the ceiling! Shows there is good water pressure!!

Comfortable, clean and cosy.

We were given a ground floor quiet room and it was massive! It's new so everything is clean, modern and working well. I even tried out the Dyson hairdryer and GHD in the room which I wasn't expecting. The bed was huge because it was two singles together but the mattress is fixed so we didn't feel a join. We spent some time in the lounge / bar area and felt very comfortable and relaxed. It was very easy to find, park and location is perfect to break the long drive down to Cornwall. Having our devices cast to the big TV was easy and added to an easy and comfortable stay.

I missed having my own kettle because I had to put clothes on before my first hot cuppa of the day! There are hot water taps shared on the corridors or tea/ coffee making in the lounge.

Very nice clean place and good location and worth money

Location good but didn't have breakfast and we very clean and nicely laid out. Very quite too!

Pleasant, comfortable stay in the hotel.

Polite and very helpful staff. No remote control in the Light, airy and clean room. Clean and well lit corridors. Free car parking, well lit at night and very close to hotel. Very quiet considering its location.

No hot water in room. Didn’t fancy making a quick dash out to the water dispenser on the corridor in my nightie/PJs to make my morning cup of tea! Food at the diner was disappointing. Had ribeye steak which was as flat as a pancake. Thank goodness I didn’t go for the Flat Iron steak which I was told was even thinner!!! Rather pricey for a very disappointing steak. Scrambled egg was done in a frying pan so tasted heavily of oil! Not the best food sadly.

Clean and good value for money

Clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Staff are always lovely and helpful. Well lit room and great diner attached to the hotel.

Air conditioning doesn't really work. Been to Mollie's quite a few times over the past few years and in the summer, the air conditioning isn't cold enough. Then in the winter, it isn't warm enough. Also would love a lettle in the room to make tea and coffee.

stylish, welcoming, tastefully simple…great for singles, couples, families, business & leisure.

everything is made easy at Mollies, the bunk rooms are perfection for families. Cosy & stylish bunks, great shows, stylish & paired back. staff are attentive.

Weirdly noisy sheets but noticeable probably because there were 4 of us in the room.

The eggs benedict as always was superb 😋 never had a bad one. The ease of everything and the staff are always friendly and helpful
