Super happy with location and employees. Not happy with cleanliness of the room.

Location was great. We went to a concert and to a Braves game. Both were super close. The staff were so nice and helpful!

The bathroom had hair in it from a previous guest. Not just in one place. In the shower. On the door to the bathroom. And in the corners of the bathroom. The mattress was pretty hard and the bed frame was pretty gross. Dust and dirt and what looked like skin particles.

Tru by Hilton Atlanta Ballpark, GA

The location to Truist park was within walking distance. The hotel does have an on-site shuttle that you can pay to use if you don't feel like walking. The front desk worker Miracle was the best. She was kind and informative. Always smiling. Rooms and facilities were all clean. Easy access on and off Interstate.

The hotel deposit of $50 isn't reimbursed until 5-7 days after check out.

New hotel. Every staff member we encountered was very nice. Hotel was clean and close to Truist Park. And our room was huge

Not worth the money

Nothing it looked like a hotel that was actually closing. Nothing going on some type of writing all over the windows like it was a moving sale. Didn’t even have a closet just hooked to hang your stuff up horrible look like a color.

Needs tlc

The man that worked at the front desk was phenomenal... honestly he was the best thing about my stay...Also the housekeepers were very nice as I was leaving... they spoke and smiled and told me they hoped I had a great day.

The shower was dirty, floors had dirt and hair on them and I kept my slides on to walk around.... also the walls were just dirty and it seems all together like nobody really tries to clean the room... like it's half done. The pillows seems very over worn and the room was sticky and damp ... I feel like for $200 a night plus a parking fee, I should be getting better. Like I said the guy at the desk was so friendly... it seemed like a madhouse in there and he was the only one there... and still was smiling and so friendly in spite of being slammed busy... he deserves a raise for sure. All in all this could be a great hotel with the right guidance in some areas. I've been a housekeeper myself and so much I seen was just unacceptable

We had a great time!

Great location, staff was very kind. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were never told when breakfast ended and missed the little sign, so we were a little bummed to have missed it entirely when we came down at 9:30am

This is our go to hotel for Braves baseball!

Location and clean

The breakfast was picked over. Not much left with 30 minutes to go in the hours open. The person who was running it was stressed! No regular coffee left.

Very nice place to stay close to all restaurants.

The property was clean. It was perfect for a family with kids (a pool and games in lobby). The hotel made us feel safe with the key card access to every door.

Better selection of cereal for smaller kids. Boiled eggs could be still warm instead of rock hard and cold.

The blackout curtains were nice. The hotel was quiet.

I was skipped by housekeeping. I asked front desk to have them come by and they said it would happen. I left out to run errands and returned to still have dirty towels. They didn't come until next day.

Nice facility but was disappointed by front desk staff’s helpfulness.

The overall hotel was nice and had a nice lobby and amenities.

The staff wasn’t very responsive. We had forgotten an iPad upon departing and couldn’t get a hold of the hotel to confirm that it was there. They were apologetic, but our emergency was not heir emergency. Not a very good customer service model.

Nice hotel. But....

The gentleman that checked us in was the best experience of our entire stay.

There were children running up and down the hallway but somehow we got a noise complaint for our TV being too loud when the TV was not even loud enough for my wife and I to hear in the room. There was a box of condoms on the floor during check in. When I told the front desk agent, I ended up repeating myself several times because she was not courteous enough to pause her music or take the earbuds out of her ears.

Exceeded our expectations!

Overall the facilities, I had actually booked a room next to this building and I was horrified, I had to book to this hotel to get away from the room I was given from the other facility. I was very pleased and happy with my decision even though I did not get a refund from the first hotel I had booked. Thank you to the staff and management for the clean facilities and comfort.

Nice hotel. Staff needs training

Most of the staff was nice facilities are very nice. Pool was nice. It was a pleasant surprise to find outdoor seating. They actually have a little fire pit.

Very upset about the lady she was very rude. She yelled at several kids who were actually well behaved just waiting in line for pancakes. She yelled at a teenage boy for taking pancakes, which were not big at all. Location was not as good as it said they did say there was food walkable distance I did not find any.

We would not stay at this hotel again if in the area.

The room was comfortable, but the service at the front desk was below expectations. Upon check-in they could not confirm the payment through Booking.com, and we had to wait several minutes for that to be taken care of. Also, we were not informed of the charge for parking at check-in. I had to call after noticing the charge on my credit statement when I got home. The room was clean, but the common areas were not

Fiz a reserva via Booking com pagamento antecipado e segundo as informações do booking com todas as taxas inclusas! Na chegada pedem um cartão para gerar um crédito que depois não será cobrado, o famoso calção. Acontece que para minha surpresa fui cobrado em USD 200,00 no cartão apresentado, sem NENHUM motivo pois não ocorreu nada durante a estadia para justificar essa cobrança! Enviei mensagem para o hotel e para o setor de apoio do Booking mas ninguém retorna!!! ABSURDO!NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL E O BOOKING! PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO!

Breakfast was good, variety and quality good too. Coffee was very good. It was nice to have some fresh fruits available. Nice, simple, and well organized self-service breakfast.

Third floor rooms were a bit noisy, you could hear people noises from the floor above.

Great location.

This place was great, staff were inviting, location felt safe and the room was spotless. Only issue, I couldn’t sleep because the people above me (what it sounded like) wouldn’t quit stomping. I needed a quiet room because I had to be up at 5am and I was only there to sleep. Other than that, great hotel!
