This condo is a great location, short trail walk to the Discovery Trail and Boardwalk, we could also walk to the main street shops. Quiet area. There is wi-fi access and a smart TV you can stream apps from. The cell service(for reference, we have US Cellular)was not great inside the condo but there was service in the parking lot area. There was a regular coffee machine for ground coffee and other basic kitchen amenities. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and connected bathroom with shower. There are also 2 foldout bed options in the living room space. Stacked washer and dryer is available, with a couple complimentary laundry pods. The balcony is nice, not really a view of the ocean but beautiful surroundings. We've now stayed more than once at this location, it fits our budget and the needs of our family of 4.

Easy to shopping and boardwalk. Nice deck with wildlife coming up to the backdoor. Home was comfortable and well stocked besides salt and pepper. Lots of towels and linens. We will stay again.

The condo we rented was off of the main street and quiet. The condo was in good shape and clean. Long Beach has a cute, walkable, thriving downtown. Sid's Supermarket had just what we needed. We also found three restaurants that all seemed glad that we chose them. The boardwalk and the beach were the best things about the area...well, the weather was terrific sans a short shower to greet us.

We had a great time staying here for 2 days. Loved the condo, tastefully furnished, superb location, quiet and peaceful. We’d love to stay again. The only thing that will keep us from doing so is the mattress was so uncomfortable I had to get up and move to the couch both nights. Way too soft and dips in the middle. Please let us know if you get another one and we’ll rebook. Otherwise we’ll need to find another place.

I loved the location of this complex, on a quiet dead end road, facing the ocean, with dunes, a pond and the boardwalk as your view. If not for the overly soft memory foam bed which was hard on my back, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very quiet yet within 5-10 minutes walk of Pacific Avenue with shops and restaurants, etc. The carpet had been hastily vacuumed but other than that the unit was very clean. The basics are there for the kitchen though not much more. No instructions for the key lockbox or any of the remote controls, though I figured them all out. Lovely electric fireplace provides heat. For me this place was all about location, and that can't be beat.

The layout of this condo was great! Did not feel crammed and the views of the ocean were amazing!!! Only a couple minutes walk to the beach!!! This is absolutely one of the best places I’ve stayed in Long Beach and would highly recommend!!

We love the place. It is quiet and have a great view from the balcony. We can see the wild life and the ocean. The place is clean and well maintain. It us also waliking distance to boardwalk, the beach and the discovery trail. We do not have to drive around.

We really enjoyed the property and the location. The home itself is very clean. The views were great. Access to the beach was very close, also located very near the boardwalk, which is a great walk along the ocean . We did have half a dozen or so deer that spent the afternoon close to our deck which was quite incredible. I would comment however that two queen beds and one twin bed were noted on the listing, there was one queen bed in the only bedroom on the property and the very small sofa had a pull out. The 3-D walk-through indicated it was two bedrooms, we did not need a second room, so it wasn’t really an issue for us.
I would recommend this property for a great ocean stay, the location is fantastic.

The place is very beautiful, very clean, quiet, fully equipped with almost everything you need you will find there, you can really enjoy the view from the balcony, they also have a fireplace you will really feel like you are on vacation, we will come back to this place, one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. It's worth what you pay for renting here. We just had a little trouble opening the door because of the access code. I hope they can change that for easy guest access, but overall the place is excellent. We enjoyed our vacation very much, the sea is so close you just walk, from your balcony you can also see the sea very relaxing.

We were never able to go in to the apartment. The code for the door didn't work and customer service at Vacasa was not able to help me! they keep us waiting until midnight trying to find the code. We left at that time and checking at a Best Western, considering legal action.

The property is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The deer come up to the porch in the morning for nibbles of Apples, and we left the window open a crack so we can listen to the frogs and the waves crash upon the beach at night.
Overall I would rate this 5 stars. The pictures of the views are understated. The sunset was breathtaking. Magnificent!

Great location, clean and quiet, just 2 blocks off the main road. You can walk to Castaways, great clam chowder or follow the boardwalk down to Pickled Fish to watch the sunset. While you can't really see the ocean, you can watch the wildlife at the pond. We saw the resident deer, an eagle, a hawk, lots of ducks and smaller birds. Not a lot of people at the end of January, which was really nice and peaceful.

Let me start by saying we have been VRBO people for many years and have stayed in about five different condos in the same complex.
The check-in:
Problematic even before we left. VRBO didn't really handle any of it but instead, Vacasa did. When we had problems, VRBO had us call Vacasa. Vacasa kept bugging us by text to finish our reservations (despite the fact we had already paid). I finally got on Vacasa's website and filled out a form. But I kept being bugged... FOR information that was in their form.
On the good side, I'd forgotten my paperwork and had to call for the unit number. I was, after identifying myself, promptly given what we needed.
We got inside to find the smoke detector chirping about every 30 seconds. We called in (to Vacasa) and were expected to replace the battery. I had to stand on a dining room chair (no ladder).
I'd also include the lack of a book of directions on how to operate things in the condo (like the special doors, the electric fireplace, and more).
Heating:
The entire heating was two small wall heaters and the electric fireplace (that had a controller that you could only see the display if you held it exactly at the right angle). It took almost 18 hours until we felt comfortable.
Cleaning:
You know we are dinged with so many charges that the cost of our trip was twice the advertised price. I do understand ONE fee for overhead and one fee for cleaning. So we are paying a fee for cleaning... in effect paying for the maid service on the condo. We got ripped off. When you are finding stuff crusted on the counters, the toaster that was more filthy than any I've ever seen, and a smelly easy chair cover, I think my money for this should be refunded.
Not Exceptional Condition:
Where do I start? Divot out of the sheetrock. Dark black marks on the walls, a light over the counter that didn't work even after I replaced the bulb, the dining room table was so wobbly I wouldn't put a meal down on it, one of the dining room chairs wobbly enough that I thought I would collapse to the floor, a TV stand in the bedroom missing the TV... And my personal favorite... an added tall cabinet to the bathroom. It isn't fastened to the wall. It makes getting in and out of the shower a challenge. The single earthquake bracket they have for the cabinet is only held by one screw and that one isn't fully seated.
Overall:
The apartment is cute but so many problems led to us finding it a tedious rather than luxurious get-away.

This is a very convenient location with walkable access to boardwalk, beach, and downtown. Condo is well stocked with lots of towels a linens. First floor access is nice for loading and unloading and stil. Had a bit of ocean view. FYI there are no barbecues and there is a coffee pot but no Keurig. Also lists gas fireplace but it’s actually an electric unit but it worked wonderful for a November stay. Very cozy and you can tell condo has some updates. Some of furniture is getting worn but overall it’s comfortable. Would definately book again!
