Great for short breaks

Location was just what we needed close walk into the city no need for the car

Seating was ok for the three of us but a fourth person would have been on an uncomfortable chair all of the time. If it’s a four person facility make sure four people can sit comfortably. The noise from the lift if you are in the second bedroom will wake up light sleepers

Brilliant place to stay for a trip to York

It would wrong to use “dislike”, the only downside in otherwise exceptional accommodation was that we were there during a period of extremely hot weather, the flat was very warm and it was difficult to open the windows to ventilate. However fans were provided and very welcomed.

Beautiful accommodation and a great base to explore York. Would certainly recommend.

Location was superb minutes away from all the shops/restaurants and York Minster. Beautifully furnished apartment very modern with all amenities.

It would be helpful to have instructions for the dishwasher and how to switch off the towel rail in the main bedroom. However we contacted the company and Chris came out within 10 mins which solved the issue.

Perfect location, highly recommend.

Location perfect, layout, design and facilities of apartment lovely. Photos don't do it justice. Building and carpark extremely well maintained. Quiet, with an exclusive feel. Lovely greetings hamper, thank you.

TV in bedroom would be nice touch. Underfloor heating in bathrooms wasn't working.

Ideal place to stay while visiting York for a short break

Modern well appointed apartment with good size rooms. Very well located on edge of city center with good local shops, bars and restaurants.

The slightly noisy air conditioning unit close to the second bedroom operates from 7.00am to 11.00pm. While not a major issue, some visitors might want to wake later or sleep earlier.

Property and location were great.

The en-suite bedroom had a musty damp smell, could have been from a previous water problem or Ongoing issue with the walk-in shower, No visible signs.? But overall this property was first class with everything for a great break.

fantastic apartment, will definitely come again.

Fantastic location, only two minutes walk to the Minster. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. Having dedicated, secure, parking was also a real bonus.

The blind in the master bedroom was broken before we arrived, meaning that we could not raise it during the day. Not a big deal but needs looking at.

Ideal city centre location

Location, free secure parking, spacious. Very well stocked in terms of cutlery, crockery, glasses, etc. Welcome hamper.

Main bed a bit springy. Blinds in lounge and main bedroom didn’t go down/up respectively.
