Brimming with sunlight and an impeccable sense of style, this picturesque, two-story cottage was designed for enjoying Provincetown - and its beaches, restaurants, galleries, nightlife, and annual events - on foot.
This charming home is located on the west end of downtown, two blocks off Commercial Street and a half-mile stroll from the Provincetown Marina, the Pilgrim Monument, and the historic center. Walk a few blocks to swim in the bay at the town beaches, or ride your bike to Herring Cove (less than two miles) and Race Point Beaches (less than four miles) on the ocean side. Cape Cod National Seashore is within a scenic, 10-mile drive as well.
Begin each morning outside on the brick patio, where you can sip coffee, read the newspaper, and set the table for an alfresco breakfast. After a gorgeous day at the beach (with the provided chairs and umbrella in tow), you'll end the evening outside as well - barbecuing on the gas grill and opening a bottle of wine in the warmth of the firepit.
With its white shiplap walls and easy coastal feel, the interior is full of understated elegance. Enjoy a sunlit living room where you can play nightly games of chess with a favorite movie streaming in the background, a great office nook with a desk workspace, and both high-speed WiFi and central air running throughout. The kitchen has been thoughtfully outfitted with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), such bonus tools as a stand mixer, and a marble eat-in table.
Both quaint bedrooms are upstairs, where you'll sleep soundly beneath the rafters. A private washer/dryer is provided as well.

Well equipped and spacious within a short walk to commercial street.

Regardless of the blustery rainy weather we loved chilling at this property! So close to town we’ll be back 👍

I would highly recommend this property! It was clean, beautifully renovated and furnished, well appointed, and the perfect size for four adults. The location was amazing…quick walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Commercial Street. And the two parking spaces were an added bonus! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Just spent a magical weekend in this house. The perfect size for 4 people. It was super clean and is so well located. The kitchen had great amenities for cooking family dinners and the central air was a lifesaver on the hot summer days.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was a breeze We were walking distance to everything… shops, restaurants and far enough so it was nice and quiet. The house was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the a/c worked great! Looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay in the house during July 4th week. It was a quick walk to Tea and we also went to LIz's cafe a few times for breakfast which is a couple minutes away. Having the parking spot at the house was also really convenient to go grocery shopping. The street is very nice and quiet, and the hosts left us beach towels to use as well. Would highly recommend and would stay in the house again. We didn't cook any dinners, but the hosts left all the kitchen appliances and pans you would need to cook a meal.

We unfortunately never had a comforter for one of the beds. Just a sheet on top and when I reached out I was told extra blankets aren’t supplied. When I specified that we were lacking an entire comforter, they told me to look all over the house- again, nothing. I continued to check in all day and for the duration of our stay. This was never rectified! We froze our butts off as the old AC blaster overnight. I came for a vacation and instead I had to sleep with no blanket and couldn’t wait to get to my own home.
To top it off, the cleaning crew awkwardly rolled up at 845am and forced us out. I reached out to guest services with no support. We had to rush out as they started going into the house to clean well ahead of checkout time.
Terrible experience.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It’s super cute and great little walk into town to experience all ptown has to offer. I’d definitely stay here again but caution folks the stairs are very steep and bathroom is downstairs, which is inconvenient for those who need the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, one of the guest rooms was missing a pillow cover and blanket/duvet on the bed and had to take one of the blankets off the other bed.

Great location, clean, easy access and parking. Met all our needs perfectly.

Perfect walking location to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect, nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!!
