Good sized flat in the town centre; excellent communication from host

The location is perfect when visiting Bishops Stortford, right in the centre, with free, secure parking. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good sized living room / kitchen. We received excellent communication from our host both before arrival and during our stay. To note: We had read the reviews highlighting the parking space is narrow, so brought our small Mazda MX5 and therefore had no problems parking. Our other car is a CX5 and we reckon that would have been ok.

The windows were open on arrival and we found them difficult to close. We needed 2 of us. Very slight smell of damp but not enough to put us off booking again.

Nice apartment, great instructions from host.

Great communication from host. Lovely sized apartment, sofa and table very comfortable. Perfect location.

The bed linen was very bobbly which made the bed uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that it was perfect.

Filthy, gross and impossible to stay there, never ever book this!!!

Fake profile and fake reviews on booking.com. Totally gross. No communication. Total scam. Never ever book this place however desperate you are. Dirty sheets. Filthy rooms. I've travelled in the worst places in India and South America and I wouldn't sleep here. We arrived at midnight and still preferred to leave and make a new booking ten miles away. Better to sleep in the street

We were happy with our stay and could use the flat again if we went to Bishops Stortford.

The location was excellent, near some very good restaurants and we went to COTES. The breakfast was basic, as described and adequate. The bed was comfortable, we appreciated the mirrored windows , the tv was easy to operate. There were 3. We only tried 1.

The second double room was small and the double bed was against the wall. We booked it for only 2 people so there wasn't a problem.

Great location

Loved this apartment, spacious and very comfortable. Great location to town and train station a walk away which brings you straight into london city. Totally enjoyed our stay here .

Nigel (tha owner) was so helpful. We had a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

convenient to the town of Bishops Stortford. Everything you need in walking distance. parking was good too.

bathrooms were a little ‘tired’.

Amazing stay near London and Stansted airport

Everything was just amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very close to the Stansted airport and it was easy to get there, even at night. We wish to stay longer there :)

The location was great as it's a short drive away from Stansted Airport. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and it was easy to access because of all of the information provided by the host.

The beds were a little bit too hard.

Really central lovely apartment plenty of space well equipped

Unfortunately we could hear the beeping from the shutter for the parking underneath us but we blanked it out after a while in bed it’s not very loud so didn’t cause too much of a problem

The location was excellent.

One of the beds had a very poor mattress and was very uncomfortable. The noise from the underground carpark woke all of us on numerous occasions throughout the night.
