They really need to up their game. This is not 4 star standard

On sea front

Dirty room with no working tv or telephone. Sewage smell and suspicious fluid on floor near toilet with back bits in it and hair. Towels appalling, old and scratchy. Beds have greying linen on them

Immensely helpful staff

The staff were immensely helpful. Everyone in the hotel tries to help you with a smile. We weren't satisfied with the first room they gave us and changed the room upon request. The restaurant staff even helped with decorations since I organised a birthday dinner for my spouse.

There was nothing we didn't like in this hotel. Definitely, we will plan another weekend break there.

All inclusive. Jeden Tag das selbe essen. Untere Preisklasse, viel Kartoffeln,Pommes,Pizza. Hauswein billig. Alles aus Plastikbechern abends und tagsüber am Pool. Keine Bar nur ein animationsraum mit 1 Bar. Frühstück keine große Auswahl. Kein Wasser im Zimmer, man musste täglich durchs Hotel mit dem Lift,um sich Wasser zu holen. Zimmer sehr schön, sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Trotzdem Alles in Allem sehr enttäuschend für 4Sterne

That. We had to go for the bathropes and we wanted to have coffee , but we didn't find water inside the room.

Perfect

The location of the hotel is perfect if your goal is relaxing and active holiday. The staff is supernice and helpful. The air conditioning works perfectly. The view from sea-view rooms is amazing. I would definitely go back.

Al di sopra delle nostre aspettative

Abbiamo adorato tutto! In questo resort non c’era da annoiarsi, si può scegliere cosa fare in ogni momento della giornata! Roof top stupendo dove rilassarsi al tramonto,dotato di piscina vista mare,al piano inferiore c’è un’altra piscina e poi c’è un solarium diretto sul mare. Serate a tema , staff sempre disponibile… Che dire: una vacanza stupenda grazie a questo Resort!

More a 3 star hotel overrun with bookings so everything is mass catered. Rooms make a difference and ours was the worst,

The adults only rooftop pool, nearby restaurants, bus stop locally. The staff were nice.

We had the worst room of the place I’m sure. On the 1st floor by the toilets, smelt like damp. The air vent leaked in the bathroom. We were forgotten about (went out for the day and came back to no towels had to ask), the balconies are squeezed in tightly and awkwardly so you’re basically back to back, no sun, the air con sometimes stopped randomly. There is a mini golf area right by the balconies so no privacy whatsoever. We could hear people in the games room all night or walking through the corridors loudly. Only room on this floor so it made us nervous when people could see exactly where we are. We were checked in late even though we were on time which was frustrating after travelling so long. Limited breakfast choices for vegetarians no omelette station for example and the juice and coffee were grim. We booked a restaurant but it was only buffet service which wasn’t clear. If I would go back I’d book a self catered apartment with a pool or somewhere in Buggiba as better vibes.

Una chica rubia de recepción se portó muy borde con nosotros, ya que yo el inglés no lo domino tanto y hablaba muy rápido, le comenté si podía hacerlo más lento y no le importo luego otra chica de recepción si que me lo explico más despacio y gesticulando. Es una pena que no haya personal que hable inglés en la recepción

The stay was ok, but not for such sum of money.

Location just great, nice view true the balcony (we had with sea view), the bus stops behind the hotel, street is not noisy. sea water in the main pool, which was cooler that in the sea. water fun is behind the hotel. Amazing view from the pool on the hotel roof. The barmen SALVATORE is the best one, easy going and very helpful.

At first night air conditioner was not working at all, in overall it was very old. mini bar was empty. very poor wifi (at least on the 8th floor, room was 842). During the breakfast very noisy and crowdy.

Grei plassering og flott med basseng på taket kun for 18+

Hotellet bærer preg av å være noe gammelt. Var kø på de få heisene hotellet har 24/7 og frokosten var noe trassig for det som forventes av en hotellfrokost.

Pool is very nice and location is good.

Internet was so bad, water pressure wasn’t really good, and every day the same choices for the breakfast. Exactly the same each day. There was no amenities in the room or bathroom, such as tooth brush, small shower gel or anything like that. No iron, no water.

Good value for money

Good location and great view from the hotel. Good value for money. The hotel was recently refurbished. Good breakfast with quite a few options!

The room doors don’t have a good isolation so there was a lot of noise coming from the corridors, couldn’t sleep as long as I would’ve liked. Also the spa facilities were all closed and are only opening from July. Lastly, we asked if on the check-out day, we could spend a few extra hours by the pool (post check out) and the staff at the reception said that this is not possible because they are fully booked. I would understand if we were checking out on Saturday or Sunday. However, we checked out on a Monday when most people checked out so the hotel wasn’t full until the afternoon when new people would check in. In fact when we were leaving, there were quite a few empty sun beds by the pool. I feel that this is definitely something they could’ve accommodated for like all hotels I’ve stayed at so far always did! It was never a problem…

The location was great, lots of nice restaurants nearby. The pool was right next to the sea, with direct access to swim. Plus there was another lovely beach only about 5-minutes walk away. The breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and helpful

Despite having signs encouraging the reuse of towels that said towels would only be exchanged if they were thrown on the floor, our towels were exchanged daily, even when we did not want this and left them hanging up. This seemed like a massive waste, and not very environmentally friendly. Especially given that signs were there but did not seemed adhered to.

Great sea front location (rocky coastline). We had a car but bus stand is right outside.

no car park, a few free bays opposite and some more about 100m away. mid week food was a bit run of the mill, but stepped up on Thursday and Friday. leaking ceiling in the restaurant with lots of towels and bucket on the floor. dated decor but generally clean.

As usual with the Qawra Palace mostly positive, Do Visit Their Café Royal being the best value.

Room had good facilities cleaned daily Sea View Rooms have beautiful views over St Pauls Bay. Good Breakfasts ,

The Tap Water in Qawra is notoriously undrinkable and when we were foolish enough to run out of bottled water after midnight there was no drinkable liquid what-so-ever as the drinks vending machines were both defective and the night porter had no access to the bar or restaurant areas once they had closed. To be fair he gave me a single glass from his personal supply but frankly the situation was far from satisfactory.
