Great place. Very noisy trains 😳
All good.

Unit K -- The concept is cool, the design of the house felt modern and crisp. Sky lights throughout was nice for light and the high ceilings helped the space feel bigger. Liked that it was walking distance to Cafe Roze which was fabulous
Unit K -- The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, they felt inflatable due to the plastic lining. Several corners were skipped, there was paint on light fixtures, exposed electrical wires, the shower didn't have a door so the bathroom was soaked each and every time someone showered. There were about 8-10 light switches which some worked and some didn't, they really should label them so you are turning each and every light on and off to figure out which is which. Calling this a hotel is misleading, just call it an airbnb -- definitely wasn't worth the price. Location wasn't central to much at all so given that fact they definitely should have a TV in the unit

This tiny home community nestled into the perfect neighborhood of East Nashville with café and restaurants within walking distance couldn't be more of a dream to stay at! The owner is super responsive and is always there to answer any questions at pretty much any time! I've been wanting to build myself a tiny home and this was a great trial run to see if I would enjoy it!!
The only negative I would say is the train that is right across the street that does frequently come by...however enough people have commented on that and that is something this property can't change because of location and it really isn't that bad...I think it actually adds to the charm!

The location was great, not far from anything. The water pressure was good. It was pretty quiet inside.
The entrance to the unit was overrun with hedges. The only inside sitting area were two wooden benches around an oversized dining table. We ended up bringing in the patio chairs from the deck, cleaning them the best we could, moving the monster dining table aside and created our own relaxing space (relaxing as much as a plastic outdoor chair can be). We would’ve preferred comfortable seating over the fancy French press coffeemaker that we never used. There was no TV or radio . Lastly, we had to leave the blinds up in order to exit the unit, leaving all our things exposed to whoever wanted to look inside while we were gone.

Surprisingly spacious inside (we stayed in Suite I) and the bathroom was huge for the size of the property! Lovely coffee, comfortable bed, lots of parking and a great place to retreat back to after every night at the CMA festival.
Being English we would've appreciated a small carton of milk in the fridge on arrival as the nearest store was a drive away.

We loved the feel of the home. It was very cozy but also spacious for a small amount of room.
My only complains would be the bushes along the stairs to our tiny home were overgrown and took up a large portion of the steps making it difficult to carry a suitcase ip the stairs.

Loved the architecture, overall style, and attention to detail in the tiny home. You can tell a lot of love has been put into the place and it's very stylish. Nice shower/bathroom amenities as well as good towels and comfy bedding. The French press coffee maker was a nice touch. Cute little balcony and fire pit for hanging out which was lovely. It's an easy Uber to downtown and feels pretty central. There's excellent coffee across the street at the Drum Shop.
Lights -- The string lights outside never turn off at night and they are super bright, which made it feel like trying to sleep during the daytime (at least in suite P). They do provide eye masks, but they weren't particularly comfortable and it was still bright. It would be really nice if they turned off after midnight or something like that. There were no curtains or darker shades to block out the lights at night and in the morning it is extremely bright due to the windows/skylights, we felt like we were in a greenhouse when the sun came up.
Noise -- Not the fault of the owners but the train is LOUD when it goes by and it blows the horn many times. Charming during the day, not when you are sleeping. They do provide earplugs but if you are a light sleeper you don't stand a chance! We also had noisy people chatting loudly by the fire pit until 4am one night -- would be nice if they suggested what the quiet hours should be and turned off some of the lights to discourage people from partying all night.

Had everything we needed in a well designed and comfortable space
They warn you about the nearby train and they aren't lying - it is very loud! But it was only a couple of times a night so didn't impact us very much

The property was near to a show that I travel to Nashville to see. It was quiet, and there were some places to eat nearby.
I arrived at the property via Uber. Most places had to be reached via Uber and we’re not walkable.

Loved the setting, layout and charm of the home and property. We could tell a lot of care and attention was given to the design and upkeep of the property. Really enjoyed the nearby bbq truck! The aroma lured us and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and company!
Appreciated the earplugs! However, we were disappointed the advertisement didn’t include notification of trains running in close proximity. Charming while awake, and earplugs helped manage the sound while sleeping.

clean, bed was comfortable, location, minutes to downtown, beautiful park near by, grocery store
the train, no darken shades, street lights come through, eye masks were provided

The concept of these tiny homes are awesome. They have a lot of potential.
Unfortunately the place wasn’t vacuumed, there was no coffee despite the French press available. The train track runs opposite the house so you can hear it horn all through the night (all hours). I feel pretty disappointed with this place given it wasn’t cheap. The advert notes no pets but my partner had asthma attacks staying here and he’s only allergic to dogs. The place is cute and has a lot of potential but fell short for us :(

Bed was comfortable.
Location-No television-noisy train throughout the night-very small deck. Had to clean dishes, which would be fine if we were paying a cheaper price.

We liked the overall design and uniqueness of our Tiny House. We appreciated the pull up door which opened up our Tiny House to the Greenery, Fire Pit and our nearby neighbors.
The pull out bed was a hidden gem. All the fluffy pillows, and duvet comforter was a touch of quality and comfort.
Who doesn’t appreciate a good shower. Great water pressure, and the hand made soap, shampoo and conditioner were appreciated!
We look forward to our next stay in one of your Tiny Homes when we visit Nashville again!

It was very clean! The fire pit was a relaxing touch.
No laundry in the smaller units and the bed blocks the door. No room service to change out the sheets after a few days. Got used to the train but it was LOUD.

The location was perfect. Since I was there on business (and first time visiting Nashville), everything I (we) needed was "right around the corner!" As a plus, restaurants and bars almost on every block.
When you hear the term "tiny house," it is meant literally. Again first time staying in a tiny home but this is not a bad thing at all. I just brought too much stuff! lol

Very well equipped, hair dryer & steamer were nice extras, nicely decorated, cute common outdoor space. Bed and bedding was very comfortable, as well as the nice sized bath towels. Ample parking. Easily walkable to several bars/restaurants
We are not smokers and our ashtray on the patio was full of cigarette butts. The shampoo container was empty. I appreciate the reason behind not having paper towels but if two people are eating something, it’s inconvenient to share the kitchen towel you also need to use to wash your dishes.

I like to find unique places to stay when i travel and this place is gorgeous. I loved the courtyard with the fire pit. It is also walking distance to several places to eat. I am a runner, and like to run when I travel and this place was just about a mile from Shelby Park on the river, where there is a paved path and trails to run/bike on. Kroger is only a mile away as well. Perfect spot.

The design and atmosphere of the tiny hotels was inspiring. I wish we could have stayed longer. So much better than a standard hotel. Loved driving through the local neighborhood into the city.
We wish we could have stayed another night but it was already booked!
