Great property! Great location. Newly refurbished. Made to feel very welcome - even had a bottle of wine. Would definitely use this property again.
I am from the area - but might be fair warning to know the walk up from town, albeit short, is very steep.

Close to old town, we went there for the castle, mostly. Very clean, smelled nice, equipped with more than we needed for the 3 nights we stayed there. Quiet street, we had room to park our SUV. No issues whats so ever.
Nothing negative to say about our stay.

Location was good. The thick duvet was also great as the weather was not good this week. Wifi and the TV worked well. The kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery and odds and ends of items where you only need a small amount, e.g pepper, olive oil. Instructions were provided for the use of the hob and the oven. Cleaning materials had been left should you need them. The folding table had 4 stools tucked inside. This suited us, but we are quite small.
We could not find the hair dryer. The cottage was cold and damp and it took a long time to work out how to use the radiators (there were no instructions). We needed a handtowel in the kitchen, rather than having to run upstairs every time. We had to remove a slug from one of the kitchen units. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, and they became damp and smelly. At times I could smell the drains. The bed was a queen sized (smaller than a double) and the double sheet rucked up underneath me. While the bed suited a shorter person, only taller people could reach the crockery.

location ideal for a short walk into Caernarfon centre. Parking available outside the door or near the church. instructions for getting the key were excellent. the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is good with a good supply of clean towels, the bedroom is light and airy with clean sheets on the bed. the bottle of wine was a nice welcome gift.
the bed was uncomfortable, there were no instructions for using the television or how to use the heating radiators.
The rain although this isn't under the control of the house owner !

Average little house, nice big bathroom. Easy street parking.
No mirror in the bedroom. I had to move the settee and use the lounge mirror to dry my hair. There is a perfect place for a mirror by a socket alongside the bathroom door. Although the bathroom was big there was nowhere to put toiletries eg a shelf. As for location we did not enjoy the walk across the bridge into town. We encountered groups of unruly teenagers hanging around.

Location....short walk down to Caernafon
Reasonable sized one bedroom apartment spread over two floors
getting access was very easy and simple
There were literally cleaning products everywhere....my daughter tried to drink one of the air fresheners
I am always suspicious of that level of air conditioner but place was nice and clean!!

For the most part was as advertised, clean, tidy, and nice.
The place was advertised as sleeping 4, this is misleading. Not only is the place only really suitable for 2 adults sleeping upstairs, but no bedding was provided for the uncomfortable futon. Not good enough.

Nice, well equipped, free wifi, good view from the little hill by the house. I tried to spend the absolute minimum time in the house so it was fine. It was clean and they did their best to fit everything in 24m2.
Its super small I think for 3 people. The sofa bed isn't good to actually sleep on, however there is a foldable bed which was much better. The lock needs to be pulled all the way down to open from inside which even my husband had sometimes problem to do and you need to always remember to take the key or else you will not get back into the house.

Cozy little 2-floor town house, recently renovated and well equipped with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. Great location: in a calm dead-end block with lots of room to park for free, but within 5 minutes of Caernarfon town center on foot via a convenient footbridge over the A road. Caernarfon is quaint, has nice pubs and restaurants and a couple of large supermarkets, and is a perfect base to explore north Snowdonia. We did not meet the host but got all the required information from messages in the Booking app. Finally, the price was fair compared to other availabilities in the region (Snowdonia can be expensive!).
The bed was comfortable but a bit small for 2 people (around 120 cm wide, the "norm" is 140). There was no way to properly recycle our garbage, since only one bin is provided on the street. You have to clean the place yourself before leaving: this was clearly mentioned and came as no surprise to us, but can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you are in a hurry on the day of departure.

This property was self catering and it was warm , clean and sufficient for my needs.
There was Nothing That I did not like. As mentioned it served me well.
