Exceptional Riad in Fes!

Location was great, right outside the bustling Medina and walking distance to the secure parking lot. Very easy to find. We loved the details of the place, the roof terrace, and the lovely and helpful hosts. We stayed for a couple nights and Hannae was wonderful to arrange a guided full day tour that was super fun and informative - I highly recommend doing that as well if you have time, it was a great way to explore Fes with outstanding guides. We also had dinner one night and it was delicious. Rooms are with AC so it was helpful during the hot days and nights.

Nothing, it was a wonderful stay.

Un Riad muy acogedor

El personal super atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que sea. Espacio muy agradable en general. Muy útil el aire acondicionado.

El desague de la ducha tardaba en succionar el agua y si haces duchas un poco largas se puede innundar el baño un poco.

Le froid dans la chambre 😱, le bruit 😱, la literie dur comme du béton , le petit déjeuner très très bof pour le Maroc et surtout les quantités sont très très petites, à quelques pas un super petit déjeuner pour moins cher et typiquement marocain et copieux !

Le personnel extrêmement gentil, la terrasse, l'emplacement (proche médina), la déco typique, le fait qu'il y ait un restaurant sur place

Pas très propre (lit, tapis), lit TRÈS dur, draps pas en coton (matière synthétique statique), déco sympa sauf salle de bain (très vieille), aucune isolation, les néons dans le restaurant

great affordable stay to enrich yourself in the history and culture of the medina

the staff is so friendly, makes you feel like family. super close to the medina. great price. accommodating. nice rooftop. breakfast included and is delicious. nice location. made me feel super safe as a solo female traveler.

check online and with other agencies for tours or excursions. a little pricey compared to others at the hotel

Clean and value for money riad

Air-conditioned and clean Riad just outside the medina for great value! Very nice host Hanae. I saw some guests having dinner and doing the cooking class and it looked great!

The stairs are quite narrow so if you have difficulties with that, request a room on the first floor

the staff was so nice, they helped us with everything and the owners are 2 sisters, it’s amazing, they fully deserve your money❤️ the rooms were beautiful, if you are staying in the ones with the mosaic walls be aware that it opens right to the main hall so it’s not that private! otherwise it was perfectly clean, the breakfast was very good and affordable. The riad is right on the main road so you can directly take a taxi there, but definitely ask for directions for the old market because it’s easy to get lost and suddenly find yourself somewhere else:D

Lovely place, amazing people, you can find everything you want here!

Everything was amazing, I really recommend it! The riad is very well located, was clean, we had room services and if you want to try a real morrocan experience this is the place! They have also amazing food, pastilla was the best food I’ve tried in Morocco. Also the host was kind and helpful, and spoke very good English! They also have pick up services and can help you with trips.

Beautiful design and nice staff. But far from Medina.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They upgraded the room so I could stay in a large room.

A sink is small and the floor of bathroom isn’t flat. So water spilled out and came to the bed room. The location isn’t convenient. You can’t catch a taxi early morning. The owner book a private taxi though.

The most expensive accommodation we payed in Marroco

We choose the Riad because of the location. It was on the boulevard so it made us feel safe in such a big city. We appreciated the cleanliness and the staff.

The price we discussed before checking in, was not the price we payed once we were there.

Fantastic hotel

It's a fantastic family run hotel. Great location, fantastic food, wonderful stuff, beautifully decorated, close to everywhere. I stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed my time. Strongly recommend.

I don't have anything to complain about but I do have an advice: if you are not very fit as the young guys it is better not to choose the room on the top. Although there is a balcony up there and a very lovely one, every day you will have to walk up and down on the quite steep stairs. That gave me a lot of trouble.

Exceptional

Beautiful old style riad just outside of the medina makes the hotel both close to everything worth seeing yet just outside of the busy hustle of the city. Hamza and the staff were excellent hosts and will take care of all your needs and make you feel like family. Do not hesitate with booking this hotel, it’s value is far beyond the cost of the stay.

Great Location at the outskirts of the Medina. Parking Spots are right nearby for a few Dirham per Night. Hamza was one of the kindest hosts we've ever had. On top, it was really clean.

The riad is really beautiful. It could be upgraded to achieve better standards. The staff was really helpful with any of our request. If you are looking for a laid back atmosphere in Fes you should stay there.

very beautiful riad and too well located, close to everything. the terrace offers a magnificent view. the staff is too welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back when I'm in Fes again.

The Breakfast was nice, the tea was amazing, and the staff was exceptional and so friendly! My whole group had a great stay in Fez and they all helped us with tour guides and excursions which we good prices and so fun!

Nice cosy place a short walk to the Medina

Very welcoming people who prepared dinner for us when we arrived at midnight. nice location, just a 10 min stroll from the Medina. The taxi dropped us off at the door and didn’t have to walk at night time to get there. Also the taxi driver who organized the hotel waited for us around 45 minutes for us to leave the customs.

Our room wasn’t very private since we were right at the court where guests sit down to relax and the windows don’t close properly, plus they’re a bit see trough.

Riad was very clean, this is definitely very important in Morocco! Personel was very kind and it was pleasure to sleep there. I’m happy that I choosed this riad for my last night. only in this room could I sleep peacefully. It is also great that each room has a private bathroom.

Perfect location at the Old Medina. Having breakfast on the roof top was amazing. The family who runs the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this wonderful Riad.

We had an amazing stay in this riad! The hospitality was great and the employees were very kind. Especially Hicham who served us most of the time was very kind and helped us with everything whe needed. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Fez.

Fantastic

I can’t express how beautiful and amazing this riad and its staff is. Abdul went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure that all our needs were satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the couscous, the chicken tajine, briouates, Moroccan and the breakfast… everything was fresh and super tasty. Rooms and bathrooms are huge, super clean and beautifully decorated. Great location, just a couple minutes walk from the Parking, stores, pharmacy… Special thanks to Abdul, Salah, Mohamed, Hassan and Hanan… Strongly recommend this place
