Perfect location. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Space and kitchen facilities

No one added extra toilet roll even though we were staying for a week. Perhaps a sign to say where we could have got it would’ve been nice.

Short stay while moving house

It was close to the university and nearby several supermarkets. I liked how everything was included in the room (except for laundry, which is fine). The interior design was very pretty; it gave an elegant and classic style. I appreciated how the company allowed me to move my belongings into the apartment while I was moving between university accomodations.

The west wing entrance was annoying as you had to walk around the building to get to the west entrance. My studio was positioned right next to the entrance so I heard every time someone entered the building. On top of that, I could hear all the conversations that took place outside of the room in the hallway. The Wi-Fi was also very bad on my phone - I kept on disconnecting every 5 minutes or so. I also found some old stains by the desk. Also on the third day of staying there, a cleaner tried to enter my room, thinking that it was empty.

Just (don't) do it 🙄

Nothing - we took one look at the room and left and booked into a hotel nearby.

It looked like student accommodation yet charged a 5* price

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Stadtzentrum und die Clifton-Suspension-Bridge sind fußläufig in 20 bis 30 min erreichbar.

Klein, aber fein.

Mir hat ein kleiner Tisch gefehlt.

A decoração do apartamento. Tinha o básico necessário.

A organização. Muita dificuldade no acesso aos apartamentos. Só depois de muitas tentativas (chamadas e e-mails) é que conseguimos que nos enviassem os acessos. Reservámos estadia para 4 pessoas e só havia lençóis e toalhas para 2 pessoas. Apesar de reclamar, só no dia a seguir é que consegui os lençóis e as toalhas, mas tive que ser eu a tratar disso. Resumindo, numa das noites não tínhamos lençóis para o sofá cama. Viajámos com os nossos filhos e não é muito agradável a ideia de os deitar num colchão sem lençóis. Muito mau.

The location was great. Easy to find. Check in and out was very straightforward. The shower was amazing.

Make sure you get a good room and it will be great.

Location is good and ample parking. Showers were ok. Bed was very nice. The best was the customer service which was impressive despite me being in a mood about the first room they put us in!

First room they put us in was terrible. Really horrible. But they changed it. Do not accept the side room. The other rooms are worthwhile but the double room at the side is not. However, the customer service was good

I liked the location of the property and also, the interior of the room. Also, I have found very nice teas and coffees on arrival in my bedroom.

Easy check in and superbly furnished, stylishly decorated and well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds. Perfect location.

My top floor apartment was rather hot and didn't have a fan or USB charging point as stated in the room particulars

Aesthetically pleasing though could have been cleaned better

Location was great. The building and the apartments are nicely decorated and painted. Layout of the room was good

Cleaning should have been more diligent and that to include cleaning of and around the sofa!

Brilliant place & great location

Loved our stay. Brilliant location for Clifton & walk into town with modern room, free carpark and secure entry system to come & go. Easy to contact property & got an extra night only £68 definitely would stay again x

Nice room but not what I paid for. Dissatisfied

Windows and high ceilings, location, clean.

Your photos and description do not match what we got. It was meant to have a separate kitchen, desk, hair dryer, bigger bathroom, wardrobe, fireplace but I felt we were mis sold it as we did not get these things. Both photos and descriptions on your site are wrong. The fridge in the room kept me awake too.

£180 per night gets you a dusty, blood on sheets, hairs everywhere, unhoovered and dingy apartment!

OK but too hot

Facilities were good and it was clean. Car parking at the venue

It was up 4 flights of stairs - so not great with lots of luggage. The room was unbearably warm. there was a fan but it was just blowing hot air around. the window only opened a fraction.

The room was a good size, clean and modern.

The mattress was too soft, but that's down to my own personal preference.

Excellent

The whole building and apartments are perfect. Even the cutlery , pots and pans are thought about.

The price was expensive for a small one bed apartment. But it was brilliant for my needs. And if I could havr afforded a bigger room I would deffinatly stay again. Great place .
