Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten war top. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Großes Lob an den Koch😊

Für den Preis würde ich einen Kühlschrank im Bungalow erwarten

De locatie en het eten

De sfeer en hoe vies de bungalow was, in de bungalow staat op een briefje dat je moet vragen aan het personeel of ze de bungalow willen schoonmaken maar dat doen ze pas na 3 dagen. Er stond geen interieur in de bungalow, geen WiFi . Je krijgt geen waar voor je geld.

Super Essen und direkt am Strand... Aber...

Das Essen abgesehen vom Frühstück, war dafür sehr sehr gut!! Von Auswahl bis Portion und geschmacklich einfach top! Auch die Lage am Strand war super. Man konnte jeden Abend wunderbar essen und aufs Meer schauen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Der Standort speziell unseres Bungalows war sehr ungünstig. Kein Schatten, kein Wind und im Bungalow waren es 50 Grad. Der Ventilator hat null geholfen. Leider war die Chefin etwas kühl und nicht herzlich. Angesprochene Probleme wurden wegdiskutiert. Leider war das Frühstück sehr unflexibel. Wir essen kein Fleisch und konnten, ohne etwas extra zu bezahlen, schlecht variieren.

Amazing place to stay

We got the deluxe AC garden view room and was excellent. Super quiet, clean, hot shower, but zero wifi The location is perfect, restaurant/bar with sea view, they have lounges on the beach, Thai mat on an elevated platform. Honestly we loved every minute there

I think the Thai management and staff might have to pick up a bit more awareness in treating customers. We got a few mistakes without an apology, few situations where we had no idea what was happening and waited for no reason, but seemed we were “the hassle”. The wifi also should be something to be fixed as it works well all over the island and on the beach front also with a Thai sim (we had DTAC Tourist)

Für 2 Nächte ok, aber Preisleistung stimmen für diesen Komfort nicht.

Das Zimmer bietet genug platz für 2 Personen und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Bad war ganz ok.

Es war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Ablageflächen, kein Spiegel und keinen Kühlschrank & Wasserkocher. Die Bungalows sind sehr nahe aneinander gebaut, man hat nicht viel Privatsphäre. Das Personal ist total überfordert und hat wenig Ahnung.

Lage traumhaft bei sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Die Lage unserer Unterkunft direkt am Meer war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Keine Reinigung oder eigene Reinigungsmöglichkeiten während unseres Aufenthalts, Abwasser versickert im Sand.

A lovely setting but disorganized unnecessary.

Our bungalow was very conveniently located near the beach and restaurant. The staff were pleasant but didn’t speak Thai so my partner was often confused about the menu options.

The owner berated us for taking a shuttle from the landing dock she didn’t send. Unprofessional. Food orders at the restaurant were often confused and disorganized. The power was cut from the island, but restored 2 hours later, but no staff noticed our bungalow had no power until we were forced to search out a staffer to reset our power breakers—although we were within eyesight of the office. Negligent.

The most amazing Beach & Bungalow on the Westcoast.

Amazing Bungalow at the beach, beautiful beach. Great view, great for swimming in the ocean (no Jellyfish). Kayaks for free use. Great Food & Breakfest Options. Very friendly Staff.

11/10!

We spend two and half week on this spectacular resort. Hosts Amy and Matt and their staff made our experience in Thailand the most memorable. They have numerous delicacies and coctails on their restraunt menu that you can enjoy while watching the gorgeus sunset. You can also have for example delicious mango lassies and different coffees from the restaurant! We loved caramel macchiato :) A big plus was that the chefs were able to prepare dishes suitable for vegetarians/vegans and also took into account allergies. The bungalow we stayed was modern, clean, spacious, attractive and filled all our needs. The bed was excellent. They also rented a scooter for us and let us use kayaks for free. The beach is very good and peaceful. Overall the place and service was like a five-star hotel but on an island. Marina's people will help you with all their knowledge and heart!

The Owner is not very friendly, she doesn’t seem to understand customer service, and the vibe of the place is not friendly and inviting like everywhere else you go in Thailand!

Life is good.

Everything was fine but unfortunately the bungalows were sold out and I had to sleep in a tent which I did not like. But I cannot complain, it was an offer, and I accepted it.

Less people on the island. (I am from Denmark and not Jordan; why do you think I am from Jordan?)

Birmese staff at the resort were very friendly but the Thai woman who runs the place is a fake. Enjoyed Flower Power Resort next to it much more.

Fantastic few days on Koh Phyam in Marina Resort. We booked 2 bungalows with AC and seew view and those were fully in line with description. Bungaows were very clean and well kept and we highly recommend Marina to other guests. Also hotel restaurant is very good and clean. All dishes we ordered were fresh made and tasty. The biggest advantage was however support we received from our host - Amy. She helped us to arrange transfer from Khao Sok and ferry to Koh Phayam in very competitive price. During our stay entire staff of Marina Resort was top helpfull, always smiling and willing to make our stay unique. Thank you very much, we highly appreciate it.

Relaxing & quiet place with a beautiful view

Beautiful beach, the water is perfect for swimming, kajaks of the resort are free of charge, SUP can be borrowed but you have to pay for it, amazing beach/ocean view, beautiful sunsets, good location, close to restaurants at the beach and to the hippie bar, quiet place, the room was big clean and comfortable with a nice balcony (we had a very good sleep), the staff was very friendly and helpful, we had our own water bottles which we could refill every day, motorbike renting at the resort, Amy the owner organized transfers for us (taxi to the port, speed boat to Ranong, taxi to the airport) - everything went perfect. We had a wonderful and relaxing time at the resort and enjoyed it a lot. We definitely recommend this place!

Sun loungers at the beach would have been nice. To reduce plastic we missed a public water refill station for resort guests. But if you ask the staff they refill your water bottles what we did.

nice resort in perfect location with warm welcoming staff

Starting with the smooth and clear communication with Amy (the manager) after the booking we felt warmly welcomed from the beginning. Amy organized the transfer from Ranong airport to the resort and some motor bike for us. Everything worked out perfect. The whole staff is very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay a lot and did even extend some more days. Try the restaurant/bar which is one of the best on the island. Everything is very delicious. (special hint: try steamed squid, Tom yum soup and pad thai are awesome!) The resort itself has bungalows of different sizes and views. Some have direct view to the sea. All of them look comfy. all in all highly recommend.
