-Lots of space
-Great value for money
-Had lots of facilities (clean towels, soaps and all kitchen appliances were available to use)
-Didn’t have to pay a deposit
-No cameras on site so we felt trusted and safe
-Sleeps 8-9 people
-Close to bus stops and Tram station
-Close to chippy and corner shops
-Very good communication with Host
-A previous stayer left some dirty clothes which weren’t noticed by the cleaner
-Steps are very steep so the property most likely isn’t suitable for some disabled/elderly people

Plenty of room for us all, generally nice and tidy. Toiletries and towels provided. Didn’t have high hopes due to some of the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised overall with the general condition of the property.
Only improvements that I would say are necessary and would improve the general experience are:
Put a proper door number on, first impressions were not great. Door number is written on with sharpie which is just unnecessary, door numbers don’t cost much and would just make all the difference on first impressions.
Matching bedding, have all the same bedding on all the beds to look more professional. As well as matching towels.
Front and back gardens could definitely do with a tidy up, again not much that actually needs to be done to drastically improve the appearance. Just a de-weed and sweep/general tidy really and get proper door mats for outside.

another toilet but obviously not possible so no complaints

Beds were okay and a lovely big kitchen.
The worse part is the bathroom and the toilet. We were a group of friends and we had to queue up for the shower or toilet
4.0 / 10.0
We felt the pictures of the property had been cleverly taken to mask the condition of the property. The shower did not work. There was significant mould on the bath. There was cigarette ends and broken glass in the yard outside. The fridge was not clean with milk residue in all the trays. The flooring in the kitchen was ripped. The bannisters were dirty and loose and significant wear and tear to the property.

I was disappointed on entering the house, there was the dustbins full, the steps to the house are very dangerous due to being steep, no light to see and the front garden needs tidying up.
On entry in the house, there were dirty marks on the walls , in the living room there is blood on the wall , cobwebs and brown marks on the sofa.
Kitchen - was okay, not enough cups for 9 people only were 7 mugs.
Holes in flooring and cobwebs.
Back garden - never had a sweep, lots of cigarette ends everywhere and dining chairs.
Upstairs - banister unclean
Bedroom 1 - okay , no issues with dirty marks , cobwebs
Bedroom 2- bedding had crusty marks on bedding, has to change
Bedroom 3 - dirt on the wall - looked like dried boggies.
Bathroom - okay, mould near shower
